Our 15 day trip to Vietnam has been spectacular! Am writing this while I'm our hotel at Hanoi! Annie our organiser has been exceptional! From beginning to end she has planned our trip to our interests. Everything has run like clockwork..all drivers, tour guides and accommodation has been A+. Even little touches like welcome flowers and cake for our Anniversary! Annie has made sure our trip has been one to remember! I cannot recommend Annie and Asia Pioneer Travel enough. If you are thinking of going then contact them and they can plan it for you!!

Our trip to Vietnam was absolutely amazing!! Elly Do with Asia Pioneer Travel arranged the entire trip for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids and it was absolutely perfect! Our week in Vietnam included visiting Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hue, Da Nang and Hoi An. Every day was planned and executed perfectly! We could not have asked for better accommodations, drivers, and tour guides. We have recommended Elly Do to all of our friends. Thank you Elly for the trip of a lifetime!!

This tour company is top notch. We had a private tour of 12 people for 12 days. All of our tour guides from Saigon to Hanoi were A+. This was my first international trip and I’m so happy I made the decision to use Asian pioneer travel. Cherry is the best! She was with me from beginning to end answering every question and accommodating different arrangements perfectly. She even checked up on me during my trip. Roni, my tour guide and driver did an amazing job in Bangkok with me. They are so proud of their country and even took me shopping on their spare time. Beautiful souls. Then when I traveled to Chang Rai and Mai my next tour guide Dare and Johnny are the best duo to have. Dave is so funny and make sure I was happy. Johnny provided snacks from his hometown and they were delicious. I will definitely be planning to use this company again and highly recommend. Hotels are beautiful. Food spots are up to par and overall completely stress free and comfortable!

My cousin and I visited Thailand and Cambodia from 2/1-2/11/24. It was our first time in this part of Asia so Elly Do helped organize our itinerary. We knew that we wanted to have certain experiences, with not too much emphasis on the usual tourist haunts. Though we did go to some "must see" places such as the Floating Market and the National Park, we enjoyed a cooking class, hot air balloon ride, Street Food tour during Chinese New Year, and the opportunity to chat with local Hill Tribes in northern Thailand. Our accommodations were excellent! Elly did a wonderful job matching the hotels/ villas/retreats to our taste and specifications. The guides were knowledgeable, patient, and caring. We did have a dud though. Our first guide in Bangkok was aloof, condescending at times, and simply uncaring. During hikes he walked ahead of us, rarely looking back to see if we were keeping up or in need of assistance. I don't know if it was attributed to the fact that we were women or he just didn't feel like being bothered. We had him for a few days in the beginning and that was it. Our driver was kinder than him, and he spoke very little English. The remaining guides were extremely personable, especially KaNoon. She picked us up from the airport each time we landed in Bangkok. She never left our side until we were one hundred percent settled. She also dropped us off on our departure home and helped expedite us through all the long lines. She was a jewel!!

We had the most amazing family vacation in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Singapore. Stella, our tour manager, was absolutely fantastic. She planned the perfect holiday with a nice balance of culture, adventure, and down time. This is our 2nd time using Asia Pioneer (we went to Thailand in 2018) and they do not disappoint. I have recommended them to all of our friends and family. We loved SE Asia and will be returning - Asian Pioneer will definitely be planning our next trip there.

The idea of a longer journey through Southeast Asia developed after spending a fortnight in Vietnam just before the COVID-19 pandemic. I designed the itinerary for our 3-month journey after many hours scanning through online recommendations, reading guidebooks and trawling through travel agency websites.Since it was our first time in Southeast Asia for such a long journey, I contacted “asia pioneer travel” to review my intended itinerary and to advise me on the best plan of action. She listened to our requirements (hotels and tours), tailored our holiday accordingly and provided suggestions using her experience.We had no stress during the trip as she proactively provided anything we would need and whenever we had queries, she was always available to respond and resolve. I had an amazing trip to Central Vietnam with my boyfriend thanks to the help of Ms. Chloe! Ms. Chloe was easy to communicate with, helpful, and responsive.
