Really happy with the service!I got a laptop from asgoodasnew and it was working perfectly for 11 months. Afterwards it failed because of a common issue of the laptop that I don't think it's cause of it being second hand but they reimbursed me the whole price of the laptop without any problems!

I ordered a phone via refurb.ie website not knowing it came from this company. There were problems with a delayed delivery by UPS which meant that i was going yo be away whenit waa due. Everytime I contacted them about it they told me that they could do nothing about it and it was down to me to contact UPS! I ended up in a dystopian loop. The phone was eventually left at a local shop, unsecured and I had to ask a neighbour to collect it. Will never buy from these again

I'm surprised this company is still running.I purchased a tablet back in July 2024 from the Italian website to be delivered in Ireland. On July 25th I received an email saying it was delivered although it wasn't and it was meant to be signed for upon delivery and I surely didn't sign for it.I contacted the courier (DHL) and they said they can't share with me proof of the investigation/signature upon receipt due to data protection and that I need to contact the company.The company took forever to get back to me, in the meantime the parcel appeared in poor conditions, and the tablet has a defect on the screen.The company blames UPS (although DHL was in contact with me for the delivery), UPS/DHL blames the company.I was told for defects I have/had 7 days time to contact them and they're 7 days start on July 25th although I received it on September 11th!I contacted them right away as soon as I received it although I was abroad (I had my partner open the parcel for me cause honestly after so long I had lost hope).So now almost 2 months after I placed the order I find myself with a damaged tablet and no one taking responsibility. Funny cause I just saw a review from September 3rd (last week) saying the same thing although they managed to solve the issue eventually!

Second time I bought from this shop. Never disappointed. I feel sufficiently safe to continue buying here because I trust their judgement on the state of the product. Besides, the 30 months warranty is a big plus for which I pay the extra premium compared with a buy from a private, which wouldn't be that much cheaper either.I have never returned any product though. That's to say that I don't know how effective this warranty is.Anyway, I'm happy.The minor improvement I would expect is to have more pics of the product available and more information like battery cycles for battery. This is important to understand how "used" the product is.

Ordered a 'as new' mb pro 14 inch 2021, was 110 EUR less than new, and that price was already about 100 EUR less than other sellers, device has no scratches and original packing, 25 cycles. Can't complain.Edit: actually I found a mb pro for only 100 EUR more in new condition somewhere else, so I had to send it back, however, they responded that the device was accepted back within 36 hours after receiving it from DHL, much faster than Amazon did, so very good service 🙏
