Same Chinese company as Eleven Forest and Menweary. All 5 star reviews are fake - they have not actually received the goods. These thieves need shutting down.

I ordered in November for Christmas. I have reached out over 5 times and received the same response starting with "Dear, your items have shipped", with no expected date. These were Christmas gifts. Shipping hasn't updated in 7 days. I have no choice but to dispute the charge and get my money back. Charged and no items received. Total scam. No customer service

This company is a scam!!! I ordered a sweater with an embroidered dog on it, and I received a cheap sweatshirt with a screen print cartoon of the dog on it. When I reached out to Customer Care and quoted their return policy, I’ve been getting the runaround for about 10 days now and they keep offering me a percentage off. I do not want a discount. I want my money back.. I got a response that stated that shipping charges are high. Please take an additional discount. I do not want another product from this company that does not deliver What was advertised or promised on their site I want a refund and I am getting the runaround from this dump of a company

Absolutely appalling, orders a knitted sweater, got a polyester style sweatshirt. Customer services are a joke, never again. Wish there was a way to publicly shame them.

I spent in excess of US$70 on the 22/8/24 & I still have not received my order. ARTSSUS, has not even emailed me to advise what is going on.Obviously they are scammers!

Worst customer service. I've emailed twice about returning my item and no response. I guess they have no intention of reimbursing me. The item was too small to be a large. Ugh!!!

Such a disappointment! Ordered two sweaters using the measurements on the site. Expected sweater material as the picture shows, but what came was a printed polyester. Both were far too small and the buttons would not go through the button holes. Asked about returning the garments but was told it would be too difficult and would take too long. All that was offered was a 20% discount on another purchase. After reading other reviews it would appear that many other people have had the same sort of experience. Wish I had read them before purchasing. Never again!

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Like other reviews, I had ordered a KNIT sweater for my daughter for Christmas. What a kick in the bum when I received the most rubbish polyester thing, which will definitely not be gifted to my daughter. And like the other reviews, I was offered 15% then 20% discount after I refused the first offer, and then the 2nd and keep getting told they have referred my complaint to a different department. I am not giving up though. I want my money back at the very least, or I will be taking further action. Do not shop at this Scam of a company unless you want to be disappointed! Disgraceful!!!

I am still battling with them over a large Christmas gift order 2023 ....all sizes were extremely smaller than ordered e.g. a large would only fit small ...medium was a child size. X large would fit small...obviously reducing the amount of fabric material reduced their costs to manufacture....They have offered me 30% off my next order as way of compensation not indicating how I would access this credit ????

I have never seen such wonderful designs, they are very appealing and attractive. The colours are delightful and hopefully the fit will be great. I am housebound so I’m hoping to give myself a lift with this beautiful jacket.

Ordered dress from this company, stated it was linen and lace. Picture looked beautiful! What I got was nothing at all like the picture. Very cheap polyester. Emailed to complain and requested refund and return address. I was then offered various discounts on next order - certainly wouldn't order from them again. When I eventually said if I didn't get total refund, I would contact my bank to attempt to get money back. Within 24 hours, they responded and sent me return address. Posted today, cost nearly as much as dress did to send back ! But if it stops anyone ordering from them , well with it. Absolute disgrace

I loved the designs and colors of your products and especially the vintage designs and details. I truly hope the thickness of the sweater is as thick as in the pictures, if so, I'll be shopping with you for many years to come. Sincerely, Phyllis Corbitt-Watts

All of your clothing is beautiful! I would have given five stars, but every time I order clothing firm sites like yours, I usually get everything too small. After I get my order, I will be happy to check the five ster box, depenjng on how the clothing fits.
