SKY Meditation and Kriya is something all people can benefit from. The steps to practice were new to me. The teacher, Poonam, is gracious and attentive when sharing how to practice it. I am grateful to her. I am practicing the meditation daily led by a practitioner using the Art of Living APP. I feel uplifted and inspired to continue. Thank you 🙏 for the quality and support to shift gears and stay in touch with innate happiness.

As a 20+ year Gurudev/AOL devotee, and having taken various AOL courses over the years - including the Happiness/part-1 course several times (all prior in-person), I have experienced the significance and life-impacts of the knowledge, practices and experiential aspects of these courses (as well as the skill, patience, guidance and Devotion of the Teachers). These are life changing, life re-orienting, life-illuminating and more - all offering the opportunity to advance internal peace and equanimity (with practice, and commitment to these practices). Gurudev, and all AOL courses and programs and Teachers, welcome ALL people, all-religions-inclusive and will benefit one and all who may choose to attend. There is absolutely no judgement, and Gurudev's Knowledge/Wisdom and Grace are for one and all; none of it conflicts with religion or culture, ALL religion and cultures are honored and celebrated (just ask anyone who has experienced even a single course).The reality, as I see it, is that there is no effective way to articulate the value of these courses; to really understand, one must experience for themselves. What Gurudev brings to the world, both directly Himself and through the Teachers globally, is transcendental and allows all to see life and learn life/interactional (interpersonal) perspectives possibly impossible to learn and experience elsewhere or otherwise (at least not with such directly expedient observable/experienced - and consistent - impact and benefit). For any who are interested to learn and experience far broader perspectives, new perspectives of the world and relationships, and most importantly our relationship with ourselves, I encourage them to attend and experience at least one course for themselves; don't take my word for it, go to at least one and experience it for yourself. If one really wants to learn and experience the progression of the significance and benefits, take the Happiness/part-1 and then, perhaps (as per AOL recommendations - for duration between) experience a Silence/part-2 as well, there are more than 50 different AOL/Gurudev courses to explore...From 20+ years experience, repeating these, especially the Silence/part-2 (I have 6 times) - the significance, impacts on life and perspective, and benefits compound - and life becomes far more equanimous, happiness and peace begin to exude, conflicts diminish, confidence increases (and more) as we learn how to manage stress - while depression, frustrations and the limitations of societal conditioning diminish. Every journey begins with a first step - and this course IS a first step that defies description, as now literally millions all around the globe have experienced for themselves - and continue to benefit, grow and enjoy new perspectives about Love/Peace/Wisdom/Compassion/Humility and Grace.The World IS one Family, whether one "thinks" so or not - we all breathe the same air and we all live on this one planet. When you are ready, come meet the most efficacious humanitarian this world has ever known - and come see all of life in new ways 🕉️🙏🏼

The Art of Living Retreat Center is a sacred place. The land feels like a sanctuary. The food is nourishing and delicious. The staff is friendly and joyful. I love that they have water/hot water stations everywhere. Thank you.

The spa and massage was incredible. The grounds are in a beautiful, serene setting and are clean and inviting. Page Black ants in Veda 4 became a nuisance, within the class, but our instructors were knowledgeable and pleasant.Being in silence was a spiritually, mindful uplifting experience.

This venue and retreat was one of the best we've ever experienced. Truly transformative from the moment we arrived to the closing ceremony, the presenting team was spectacular and the Center provided a beautiful space, streamlined organization, and the tastiest, healthiest meals we've ever had on retreat. We will be back!

I attended the Art of Living Part 1 course where I learned SKY breath and received an introduction to Gurudev’s teachings. My instructor Bharani was wonderful and conducted the sessions in a way that left me feeling refreshed and energized. I highly recommend the Art of Living programs to all spiritual seekers, regardless of their backgrounds or beliefs!

My life has been filled with so much grace, calm, and joy.

I cannot say enough good things about our teachers Naveen Sharma and Poonam Verma. Their love of and reverence for SKY and Sahaj is deep. They are so thorough, making sure that we all understood the practice and that we were off to begin our SKY journey in the best way. They continue to be available to insure our continued learning and understanding. Amazing

I just completed the 3-day SKY Breathing Mediation course/workshop.I found the entire experience wonderful, as I have been suffering from oppessive anxiety lately, a state of mind to which I'm unaccustomed.After each session, I experienced hours of peace of mind, and could truly feel the "Worry Wheel" slowed way down. I was able to settle into doing some enjoyable things without a racing mind (example: crossword puzzle).I'm in! I plan to continue daily practice. Shout out to my wonderful instructors and the lovely people who were in my group, I thank you all.

The Sahaj samadhi meditation offered by Art of Living is very simple yet powerful. You get your own personal mantra during this workshop that you can then practice regularly. It is great relaxation technique that you can practice dailySilence retreat is where you go into silence and stay in silence for 3-4 days. This is deep relaxation with many meditations done through the sessions. You can do this from the comfort of your homes making your own in-home retreat. Good to do this 2 times a year

It was an authentic experience and deep.I feel renewed with life and joy.I am glad I had the repeater option available and used it.It is after repeating the program I realize how good I feel.My money and time were well invested. Filled with wonder and enthusiasm I am embracing life itself.

This place gives you the truest rest for the mind and body. From the blissful, yet light yoga, delicious and healthy food and deep meditations, this place is true to its name a Retreat Center in the Heavenly mountains. I come here about twice a year, sometimes bring my family as they also have kids programs. The programs offered by Art of Living are customized for a novice, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels and everyone feels comfortable. They also have a Spa which i plan to use in the future - have heard my co-participants rave about itAdd the Art of Living Retreat center and its programs to your bucket list!

The Art of Living has absolutely changed my life. I used to suffer from anxiety and my health was greatly affected by it. I feel so free and light. My daily yoga and meditation practice continues to evolve all because of Guru Dev's teachings. I love this program. The only thing is I would love to see is for people who desperately need this but can't afford it to have the opportunity to participate and learn the techniques I've learned. Many people who suffer from depression and anxiety who can break free like I did could benefit if it was made more affordable.

This retreat center offered exactly what I had been looking for. The food was light and very delicious. The beauty of this place and the surrounding areas were beyond words. I used to visit this place regularly before the pandemic hit us. I just visited it again in September and experienced the relaxation/peace that I had been missing. I was surprised to see how this place was very well maintained despite of being short staffed. I would highly highly recommend this place.

This place is nothing but heaven. I have been here so many times and it always surprises me with its beauty. This retreat center is located in the laps of beautiful mountains surrounded by long trees. I immediately go into meditative state when I come here for retreats. I forget my worries and become one with nature by breathing such fresh oxygen. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come here, unwind and be with yourself.

I enjoyed the 3 day SKY virtual workshop(although a bit too long each day & would have been nice to have a sort of workbook to go along w/instructor as there was a lot of great info shared) it was an overall great experience. I loved being able to learn more about my BREATH and how it truly affects the WHOLE body & mind & even emotions! It was nice being able to learn something UNIQUE that can be used daily & truly impactful. Love now having access to the SKY app to continue the journey.

I was invited to a intro to Sky (short 2 1/2 hour session) and then followed up with a Sky Meditation Class with Jasleen Sobti via Zoom ( 3 days of 2 1/2 hours each). I found the intro and class very informative, helpful and just plain useful. I already had a regular meditation practice, but recently, I felt that I needed something more. The breathwork that Sky adds has been perfect to calm my recent anxiousness and feelings of "not-enough". Jasleen was a wonderful, supportive instructor. I love her personality, relatability and authenticity. Since the course, I've added Sky to my daily practice. I feel great and am not the least bit anxious.
