Is artmastersjewelry.com Legit?

I saw the site 2 years ago and the rings looked wonderful. I have gathered some money (2500$) in order to buy one, but I would not spend that much money if I wasnt sure that their business is legit and not a fraud. I was suspicious because for every ring they have only one picture, they do not have an in person store and they do not have reviews in their site. So I sent them this exact e-mail below: Dear ArtMasters Jewelry team,I hope this message finds you well. My name is ......, and I am interested in purchasing a ring from your collection. Before proceeding, I would appreciate some clarification regarding the legitimacy of your business. As I am considering a significant investment of $2,500, I would like to ensure that your website is trustworthy and that I am not at risk of any potential fraud.Could you kindly provide any proof or assurances regarding the authenticity of your site and services? Any information you could offer would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your time and assistance.Kind regards,............Unfortunately the response that I got was this: "Have you done your own research, what did you learn? You think the retail services you see would of been there if this was not legit? We check you "potential customer" for a fraud thats for sure.Hope this helps and thanks"Now a smart person will just run from a company that writes something so rude, and especially after reading some reviews here its a big no no... For myself, I ordered a men’s 3-carat princess cut, lab created hot pink sapphire center stone, with two triangle white sapphire accent stones, also set in 18 carat white gold. Gnel, is not just about making money, he takes pride in his craft of creating fine jewelry at an affordable price. Gnel, aims to please his customers, he patiently explains things to me. Gnel, has integrity, and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He truly wants what will look best on the married couples’ fingers. I received my new Art Masters Jewelry ring about a month ago. I purchased the men's 950 Platinum Micro V Pave Diamond Modern French Ring for myself. I knew that when I ordered it, I would, first, get great service, since this is my second purchase from Art Masters (I received great customer service throughout the process), and, second, that it would like be even more beautiful than it is represented on the site. It is! When I opened the box, it was so impressed with how stunning it is. The craftsmanship is just as impressive as the first ring I purchased which was a 14K white gold with emeralds. I knew that I had purchased quality since I've received many compliments over the years wearing the first ring I purchased. Even the sales representatives I purchase from at Cartier and Tiffany all complimented my first ring and asked where I purchased it. I suspect when I next make visits to each store wearing this new ring, I will be questioned again about this new acquisition from Art Masters, since it is even more visually alluring than my first purchase. I highly recommend this group for the quality of their products, but also because of the quality of their customer service.

I am leaving a 100% honest review as a customer that found these rings many years ago. I read a lot of the old reviews and they must not have asked about the colored coating on metal because of course it wears off! I got a white gold ring with deer on it, my dream ring, and customized the stones. It is the most beautiful wedding ring I have ever seen -- everyone comments on it when I'm out and asks me where I got it. My husband bought it in 2015 and I have worn it ever since Oct 2015 on our wedding day. One stone became lose recently and I put off taking it to a jeweler to tighten or care for the ring as one should do. So I woke up one morning and the stone was gone! I was able to contact them and get replacement stones and they sent the other stones in my ring in case. I paid for one stone and they sent ALL of them. They worked with me when my post office made a huge mistake and lost the package and sent it back to them. They went above and beyond to return it. I am so grateful. It is my 8 year anniversary and I'm so grateful still for my dream ring. The gold has never tarnished and the stones are sparkly.

****UPDATE REVIEW****While the ring is beautiful, the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE IS RIDICULOUS!!! Their website GUARANTEES 2 YEARS OF WARRANTY, and the billion times I've tried to contact them they have simply ignored my emails, they delete my comments on their Instagram ( @artmasterhewelry ). I have 2 recoatings per year and haven't had NONE, I'm really reconsidering ordering the matching wedding band for my fiancé, she really loves the ring and the black rhodium is really worn out. It's unfair and ridiculous that after spending so much money, they can't keep up their side of the deal and I'm currently looking into finding a new place to do the maintenance and recoating.Where do I even begin?? I purchased ring R102-14KBGBDD. So I found out about this place through my girlfriends pinterest, well actually just the picture of a ring, luckily it was watermarked and I looked them up, I looked up the ring also and it took me a while from the huge selection they have. I ended up finding it, I contacted a few times about it and they were quick to respond any question I had. Finally after I set up my plans for a proposal I asked when I should order if I needed it before Sept 15th. And they said it takes about 14 full days to make and ship since their rings are made to order. I ordered it on August 25th and it came in today Sept. 9th. When I saw the ring holy f*** was it better than I expected, the 3d rendition of it is nice but having it in person is just breathtaking. It arrived in a nice red box with white inside. The black on black ring with black diamonds is so beautiful! My girlfriend has no idea of what's going to happen and that I found her dream ring. I'll definitely be back for wedding bands!Yes the white gold is covered in black rhodium and the website clearly says it'll fade and they have a 2 year warranty to redo the black, it's stated very clearly and should be understood. Either way the vintage look after it fades should look pretty dope anyways. The black diamonds are gorgeous and fit our style very much. Gnel thank you again for the communication and the priority to get this order to me before the date I needed. I will and have already recommended to family and friends.

I am trying to be objective about this and not immediately give 1 star, but honestly I am not thrilled with the quality, design, or inability to contact anyone regarding the engagement ring as I was not "the customer." (I have sent an email through their Product Inquiry page, as that was the only place I found to try and contact anyone as I had not been the one to make a purchase. My specific question was regarding their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" because I am most certainly NOT satisfied.)I was given a 10k white gold amethyst ring, and I have had nothing but bad experiences with it. It is unwieldy in height, the faux double-ring setting is uncomfortable, and I have ruined all of my knit sweaters because it catches and scratches on everything. The metal is already scratched to hell and back after two months of owning it (I sit and type at a computer all day, and do not wear the ring when doing physical activities or showering, so there is no way this level of damage is my fault).The gemstone at the bottom of the ring in the sizing area cuts into my hand whenever I try to hold anything (like opening a water bottle lid). And, by virtue of it being there, the ring cannot be resized so you are forced to buy another ring if your finger/hand changes size in the future. There are no hand pictures on the official website, with the tiniest note that "all images are renderings" which is a huge red flag for me as a consumer because it does not show what the ring actually looks like. And with the way that the small gems are offset on the outside of the band both at the top and in the sizing area, the engagement ring and wedding band that comes with it cannot stack. Why make an engagement ring that cannot stack with its matching wedding band?While I understand this style may be to someone's liking (they certainly have multiple renderings of the same exact rings), it seems disingenuous to have no actual photos or customer reviews on the site to see what you are getting before purchasing. I feel my fiance was duped, and now I need to find a new ring and wedding band for forever.

I saw a beautiful set of bridal rings on this website. They were made with white gold and covered with rhodium. Apparently rhodium can wear off extremely quickly - not a problem, that was clearly stated. Apparently it gives the ring a vintage look... I emailed the company to ask if they had an image of any of their rings with the rhodium worn; I loved the rings looking completely black and wanted to know what I would be buying. They replied saying they didn’t. I asked if their guarantee covers returns. The rings are beautiful completely covered in rhodium but how will I know if I love it as much once it’s worn into its ‘vintage’ look if they don’t have one picture of what that could look like. That’s when I received this response, verbatim:“Correct, these are exclusive high jewelry pieces, very labor intensive made custom for every customer bride individually and are simply not try to buy pieces. You just mentioned if you may not like it, we totally support this understanding but if we see a slight try to buy intention we will simply refuse an order. Our customer base is a bit different, we are not a typical shop with ready inventory but these are exclusive master works that we put high labor in, for that reason it may not be suitable for everyone. We totally understand your point of it may not fit or you may simply not like it, but we cant just make it for one to try before committing to keep it and frankly we hardly have any returns, the ratio is like one out of 200 and returns are not the case at all with our rings. That policy is there to prevent try to buy orders, to make sure the buyer is in absolute awe when ordering, this will help us to deliver their absolute satisfaction beyond expectations is the way we work. So if there is a slight even chance you may not like it or it may not fit your personality or aesthetic style, then I would absolutely not recommend ordering a jewelry from us as these are not returnable, signature pieces.”Would anyone drop £2,000 on an item that they could not guarantee they would still love in, potentially, as little as a few weeks. This was for a bridal set of rings. A lifelong commitment. Wearing these rings to show my beloved that I choose him and only him. And I could end up hating them. I have never felt so belittled in my life. All I wanted to know was if I didn’t love the final look, could it be returned. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond incomprehensible. After this interaction, Gnel’s “master works”, are as disgusting to me as he is.
