I bought because I like their values and the clothes look good. But had a terrible customer experience. Item got delivered to a wrong address and Artknit customer service didn't support by issuing a claim to the courier or requesting the courier to ship the item to my home. Very disappointed that this good looking business is not supported by an adequate customer service. Will not buy again until they do not fix their processes to serve the customer.

Great shop with beautiful pieces of knitwear. I found a lovely piece and it wasn’t available in the right size. The reminder that it was available again came a few weeks later and I received a beautiful jacket. The packaging is very nice and the delivery is swift. Looking forward to shopping again at ArtKnit!

Artknit Studio is probably my favorite brand. Living in between Paris and Milan and having fell in love with Italy, having a brand that takes at heart to use Italy’s best craft to build long lasting garments that can be use for a lifetime is dear to me. The quality and feel of each item is really amazing ! My Italian girlfriend and I offers each other always one Artknit item for birthdays and Christmas ever since we’ve been together and it has became our go to brand for style and quality pieces.

First, the experience was amazing. Shipping from Italy felt fast, but the really impressive part was the eco-packaging. The materials info and the garment bag with laundering instructions are a v nice touch. The skirt itself is perfect. Feels like excellent quality. Soft, smooth wool with a good weight and rich pigment. The fit is just perfect. This will no doubt be my favourite winter skirt.

Initially I was apprehensive about making a purchase due to the high prices for seemingly basic items; I couldn't have been more wrong. The merino sweater I bought looks great even after being used heavily, and shows real craftsmanship.Delivery took a week (to the UK) and sizing is on the slimmer side but overall very happy and would buy from again.

The best quality and design, both me and my husband now can’t go back to mass market options. Customer support was also very quick and nice. The only thing I’d love to change is default to returns via fedex pick up. Sometimes they don’t come or you miss them, I’d love to have an option to get DHL or UPS label and drop the package myself

Returned items two weeks ago (tracking says delivered two weeks ago) and sent two mails asking for the refund status but never got any response. Opened a fraud claim now with Amex. Disappointing.

I discovered this brand through Instagram ads and I lately decided to give it a shot since I was looking for a particular knit which they were fabricating. Amazed by the quality of the garment and I really appreciated the details about the fabric on the tag (reminding us the humans behind its production). It is probably a marketing move but I'm even though sensitive to that. Stunning quality and design, I will shop again on Artknit for sure! +1 for the clothes storage bag more original than a tote bag and still very useful

I ordered The Linen Cotton Short Sleeve Shirt and since before I have The Linen Cotton Vintage Polo. The are both of high quality and nice fit. Perfect for warm days both as a causal and a more dressed option. I bought the vintage polo last year and ordered another one this year but sent it back due tue slimmer proportions then last year. The return was easy without any hassles. As always when I’ve been in contact with customer support they have answers quickly and been most helpful.

Discovered the brand about 6 weeks ago and decided to order the saddle shoulder sweater. Perfect fit and high quality items. I have since then ordered 2 additional items, the woolen roll neck and the superior cashmere polo. Very impressed with the quality of the items, the packaging, and the perfect fit.One small comment, but more related to all Italian knitwear brands in general, is that the cashmere sweaters are usually knitted a little loose compared to the Scottish made products. I much prefer a tighter knit but there is no denying that the Italian designs are much nicer than the Scottish ones. The only thing I really dislike with Artknit Studios is the shipping cost to my country. I get items of similar weight/size delivered by DHL on daily/weekly basis from Europe and it never costs me 50 euros to ship. This is something you can review in my opinion. All excellent otherwise, I am definitely going to purchase a few more items very soon

The design and colour of the jacket is perfect for autumn. Particularly pleasing is the cosy density of the garment which is proof the quality of the wool. I feel that the garment is a little large for a size S, 36, but have kept the jacket in this size as it means it can be worn over light jumpers as well as t-shirts and shirts, which makes it more versatile.

I have now bought 3 Artknit pieces and really love them.I stand for everything they base their business on, which is small productions, sustainability, working with small manufacturers and quality.I think taking into account all the above, their prices are very reasonable and their products are truly beautifully made.

Learned about artknit in the pop up shop in Milan from a family member (son/grandson?); liked the line as does my daughter who loves the turtleneck sleeveless jumper I bought her. Live in London and will order something’s for myself.
