The drip don’t stop, even in lockdown, and your boy needed a retro Fila jacket to wear around the house to look sick for the pots and pans, and maybe catch the eye of a hot neighbour during the clap for the NHS. Artifact delivered in a matter of days, and took me from quarantined to quaranturn’t in a matter of seconds! You guys are doing the lord’s work and after NHS staff, supermarket workers and the postal service, you’re up there with the best of them! Would use again 10/10.

On 29 Dec 2022, they promised to refund me: "Thank you for your patience, we cannot seem to resolve this with paypal unfortunately. Please can you send us your bank details and we will refund the orders invoices. Our supplier is adamant these are 100% genuine. " and it is nearly 2 months now, I still not yet get the refund without any response

useless. I read the terrible reviews and thought I'd stupidly chance it, big mistake. Sent me wrong item and didn't provide returns label or returns method. they just chanced getting rid off items they want rid off and taking the money. Avoid and save yourself a whole load of hassle. Shame as the sale looks good but doubtful you will receive what you actually order.

Very disappointed in articles of clothing received.Have emailed several times, asking to return 3 articles for refund. After several back and forth I have been told “clothing is not supposed to be returned”. Website has return policy. Cheap fabrics, not nearly as cute as shown on site.

I bought Fiorucci T-shirt and the image of the Angel was not on the centre as the image on the website had it. Was really disappointed and now kind of worried that other products I purchased had been real... No answer to email, no phone answer. Sent the product back and Royal Mail proof of signature said the receiver called himself "Covid". I am now very worried if I can even get a refund.

Ordered on 3rd September. Got an email on 3rd asking me to do a review.Got an email on 4th telling me my order was complete.Now 7th September, 4 days after ordering had no further emails.No confirmation of dispatchNo tracking informationAnd more importantly no goods.Luckily paid through Pay Pal, so if it a scam I can reclaim my money back.

I bought a Vivienne Westwood sweatshirt from this company last month for around £100, which is a lot for me to spend on a single item of clothing, but I thought at least I know I'll be buying quality!When the sweatshirt turned up I could tell straight away from the quality of the stitching (already coming apart before it had been opened) and the cheap material (the plastic, scratchy stuff) it was fake.I don't know if Artifacts Apparel did this on purpose, but I would warn anyway looking to use this site they do seem to have at least some fake items in their stock.

You can tell a lot about a company from the way it deals with returns. Unlike a lot of places, they wouldn't allow a return of swimming shorts, despite being unworn and with tags on, for being the wrong size. When I returned some flip flops, which were too small, they refunded me less than I paid, because a code was used for shipping (despite paying return shipping at my own cost). Add to this the fact that you need to pay for returns and they take over a week to process refunds. Avoid. There are far better companies out there, who will be grateful for your custom. I will not be using again.

Bought a t-shirt for £35, including postage it came to over £40. Item arrived today and noticed straight away there was a stain on the collar. On further inspection there were several stains on the tee. Surely this should have been picked up before the item was packaged? Pretty disappointing as I will have to pay to send the item back as well.

So I ordered a playboy x huf hat; and then I wanted to return the item because I didn’t like the look of it. Contacted customer service via email to very blunt responses via email. I then stated that there was a rip in the seal back that happened clearly during transit or in packaging. The customer service advisor then stated I couldn’t return it back and after email after email pushing it to be sent back they’ve finally agreed to it. But I’m not happy with the fact I’ve got to pay for my own postage back and they recommended I send the return via Royal Mail when they sent my item via Hermes. Not very impressed, the delivery was quick and discount offers where great. But service let it down for me so I’m unsure if I’ll be ordering again if I’m quite honest.

Bought 2 Kenzo T-shirts for my son. Was horrified after they went through the wash! They had shrunk, and it was so clear that they were fake as the material went tough too. So unlike genuine Kenzo T’s I’ve bought him in the past. Avoid this company! Really unhelpful when I contacted them too - giving it the same old ‘we have paperwork to prove they are real’ - absolute bull.

I ordered a sweatshirt for myself and was too big so sent back using the return slip for a smaller size and got email saying received and size changed and getting it returned Brilliant service in my opinion Regards Stephen

Honest service was told order wouldn’t be processed till 27th of December. When I ordered on the 24th of December. Received my order on the 29th. Can’t complain about a company who done amazingly well to deliver in 2 days even over the busy Xmas period

Good communication, prompt delivery.Quality of the tshirts were a bit disappointing but at 15 quid a pop they're vfm, original price of 30 quid would have seen them sent back.

Quick, efficient! Had arrived earlier than I had anticipated, cheaper than anywhere else I looked and was in perfect condition. I will keep my eyes peeled for other various products on here.
