The prices are great and the quality is topnotch. The sets I bought are beautiful and very well made. The customer service is very personal and generous. Someone almost always answers the phone, and they return calls promptly. I'm so happy to have found Articture!

I called to report that one of the lamps I received did not have the wireless phone charger as described on the website. They immediately corrected the situation by shipping a replacement. I was very pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to have the issue resolved. Excellent customer service!! Thank you!

First order with Articture. The duvet/sheet set I ordered was not the right color for me… Articture was quick to accept the return and refund my purchase price (minus a nominal fee, i think 2 points) I’ll admit to being nervous about the return/refund bc it was not a simple form, click, print return label…. I actually had to call and email bc I was concerned about the return window. Turns out I had nothing to be worried about. I received a call back from a professional and courteous gentleman who handled my return and refund without issue. Definitely going to do more shopping bc the customer service was so great. In this time of bogus companies selling garbage and not responding to complaints…. Articture was exactly what i needed: legit and ethical. Thank you!

Order 2 landing lights. One is not working, so I called the company today. Spoke with a lovely gentleman, and without question. He is sending me a new light. I’ve order another item from them… actually 2 more orders. Great company & excellent customer service. Love their products.

Cloud linen (2 sets)I bought via articture not knowing it’s international shipping aka coming from outside of US. I sent them an anxious e-mail about cancelling. Customer service replied the next day informing the product is already shipped. So I held my breath.Received products within 10 bs days. They’re perfect for me. The cloud linen has expensive, soft and silky feeling. I had been looking for bedsheets + duvet cover all over New York but this one from Articture tops all. Super pleased with my purchase.

I bought the Sleek Floor Lamp from Articture almost as an act of despair, as I'd tried any number and all were flimsy and unreliable. This one however is fabulous! Quite apart from the sturdy and elegant design, it is also beautifully made. And this is before we get onto the remote control with its numerous light qualities. I simply cannot recommend this light highly enough!

Articture is an excellent company that I have ordered from over a few years. Their products are of excellent quality, have unique design & Articture has a responsive customer service team. Recently I ordered four different duvet bedding sets, 3 were Egyptian cotton. The cotton is the highest quality & the designs so unique that everyone one who sees them comments on their beauty.

This place sells cheap products from China with 200x markups. I bought two identical glasses but it turned out to be two rather different ones - one of them has much less “crinkles”, a thicker and concave base, heavier weight, less capacity etc. Overall, their poor quality control and inconsistent/bad packaging altogether fail to deliver the premium quality this shop claims to offer. It's a shame because I really like their design, but I guess I could have bought the same things from Ali Express at much much cheaper prices!

Absolutely outstanding customer service! A representative actually returned a call I made to the main number without me even leaving a voicemail. And then proceeded to fully refund me for a Christmas gift that wasn’t the right fit for the recipient. No questions asked with great kindness. Will 100% shop with them again.

We have ordered 2 x bedside table lamps, the money was deducted from the credit card, an order number was supplied butt no email confirmation was received of the order.I have tracked my order on their webpage but it states both my order number and email address does not exist.I have emailed them constantly with my reply.Buyers BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

merchandise looks great. the pieces they actually shipped met descriptions and pictures. It's the stuff they haven't shipped that's aggravating and awful. They can't say when they will ship, and after 2 months of infrequent responses from "Jade" that it "will be shipped within 1 week" i've cancelled. we'll find lovely merchandise elsewhere.

Update: has an almost2month delay in shipping out items we ordered. Communication and feedback loop to customer was poor. Our items finally arrived almost 3 months to the day though we had already given up and gotten another solution so it’s still not best service . Product was ok but all panels were overly curved and hard to work with

I am a contractor who uses multiple companies and various products. This was my first time using their products. I was blown a way by the ease of installation, quality of products, and customer service. This was truly one of the best experiences in my 20+ years of doing business. I will DEFINITELY be working with this company for years to come!!!

Shockingly deceitful company! The pack of 12 "acoustic wall panels" I ordered arrived 120 days later (not 30-50 days as promised) and they were just cheap, plastic things that are worth a fraction of the $211 I paid for them. Exactly the same type of plastic panels are available for a few Dollars each elsewhere. I expect something much thicker and better quality - really shameful. Avoid!!!

I discovered Articture last year and have purchased several pieces from them over the past few months. I have been very happy with my purchases, including the Halo floor lamp, Light of Life table lamp, a cutlery set, various bathroom mats, and most recently, a set of moss art pieces. There have been occasional delays with my orders but I have always been given a heads up from their customer service reps. I have only had one issue with a product which was addressed and my product was replaced promptly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the products and customer service provided by Articture!

I have performed a purchase in this online shop. After some weeks, I was persuaded via email to write a review about my purchase to receive a 40% voucher. I made my review in accordance to my experience and until now no voucher received. Although I have nothing wrong to appoint regarding the products ordered, I feel deceived. It is very disappointing the lack of honesty and worth to be shared.

They delivered the wrong material. I contacted them and they said they would escalate this and I’ve never heard back from them two months later. Spent over 2k. Terrible customer service. Stay away.

Ordered Nov 25 over $500 for a side table as a Xmas gift using ShopPay, first installment paid. Received tracking but FedEx said they never received package and that the seller canceled the shipment 1 Dec. Suspiciously the Articture website has a tracking map- NOT FEDEX- showing it went out for delivery in Rapid city and ‘could not be delivered’. B.S. FedEx has NO record or evidence of ever having received the package let alone attempting to deliver it. I have tried calling Articture several times and no one answers. It just refers you to email. Nothing has been resolved and i am going to have to do a chargeback on my C.C. Thank goodness I only paid one installment . DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY DODGY, UNRELIABLE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH
