They have completely revamped the design and structure of the site and it is now attractive and easy to use both for artists and customers. The payment system has also been improved and simplified and even more upgrades are planned for the future.

As an artist and also an art buyer I am so pleased to see the new version of Artgallery up and running so well, implemented after a lot of hard work by the new owners. There is now a much higher standard of art available, and a smoother, safer, more reliable process for buying and selling art. Because of the partnership with Stripe and their proven track record, there is little or no chance of fraud and payments are made quickly once all parties are satisfied. Things will only get better as more and more quality art is uploaded for sale from the world class talented artists onboard.

I am really enjoying the new improved website with Artgallery.co.uk. Humph has been very helpful and proactive in helping to set it up and answer any concerns or questions we artists have. I was paid very promptly for the last piece of artwork and everything ran much more smoothly than in the previous couple of years and the website looks very professional too with lots of great pieces of artwork starting at £100

Since the new owners took over ArtGallery.co.uk it's been a great gallery to be involved with. I sold work within the first few days and got paid promptly as well. I can recommend it to fellow artists and art buyers as a reliable and friendly place to buy and sell art with fantastic customer service. Onwards and Upwards ArtGallery.co.uk!!

The curator is very efficient and it looks like it's the only online gallery that offers genuine low limited prints..i.e 10 rather than , say, 150, which makes a huge difference to the investment viability.

I’ve been an artist on this site for several years and have made many sales. The new site seems to be working well and I appreciate how we can bow send a message directly to the customer when we have dispatched their art. It’s straightforward to upload new artworks.

Direct communication with artists if there is an inquiry about a product. I bought three wonderful paintings and will be adding more to my collection. All original pieces. I have been a happy customer of The Art Gallery for more than 20 years and have always valued greatly the advice and support that has been generously offered to me as an amateur artist. The framing service is superb, and all is carried out with humour and in a friendly and welcoming way.

Easy to use service - thank you. Quick communication from artist when a bit more info needed from me for delivery. Quick delivery was good, and well packaged. Only criticism is that the art work received - and I still like it - does not look quite as presented on the gallery website. But I recognise art is art - exact replication depends on medium and so variation can occur. Thank you though.

We were interested in a painting but had a query re' the final cost & T&C's. It was immediately addressed and the service was excellent. We now have a beautiful, original painting on our wall :-).

I have bought three pieces up to now and all transactions have been very easy, really please with the artwork also. Great idea to get access to work I would possibly not see.

Been with art gallery for many years and used to be a fantastic site, easy to sell through, well run, and good service, but after the big website update in 2019, it seems to have changed for the worse. Unintuitive to use, no longer show latest sales, artwork seems to sit in pending, and sales not showing up on account page. I am not sure what happened but I am now looking for alternative galleries

I wanted to buy some affordable original artwork for the living room and heard about this site. The choice was fantastic - from as little as £25, but there is artwork there for hundreds of pounds too. So much to choose from in every taste! I've bought 4 small works of art and each time I got personal emails from Aileen and Mike letting me know what was happening. The art arrived within a couple of days and had a personal note from the artist too. I noticed that one of the mounts was about 1/2 " less wide and contacted the gallery. Not a problem, the artist fixed this without wanting the original mount back. Then I received a telephone call from Aileen to let me know what was happening. This kind of service is very special these days - old fashioned courtesy and high standards. Will definitely buy from them again and would recommend to anyone

Getting my sculptures up online is much easier than before. Really simple to do, I’m not great on computers but this is actually easy! My sculptures got approved quickly and I sold 1 last week!

Hello, I was with artillery for a few years and my first online sale was with artillery. A couple of years ago I had to close my account due to the terrible service regarding getting paid, many other artistes had the same problem,Now it seems they came to be running thing much better but heard stories of artist paying their subscription and there site does not appear, so convince me everything's ok, I would not pay a subscription until my site was on line.

Absolutely terrible, thank goodness for Paypal... The art gallery contacted me to state the product I had purchased was not available at the price they had advertised it for, the gallery stated that the seller had made a mistake to offer free postage, and agreed to refund the amount, but this only happened when I got Paypal involved & It took 6 weeks. Avoid, or be prepared to have a fight for your money back.
