Is artdesigna.co.uk Legit?

Really good service, very happy with my print!

Having placed my order, I needed to request a change to my order, with their only means of contact being their website email or their email address.Over a 3 day period I webmailed and gmailed for assistance, but no reply.By all searches they don't have a UK phone number, a web chat or a street photo of an office, although they do have a UK flat address. I have had to resort to cancelling my Paypal payment with documented evidence, to get their attention, I am now waiting for a response. Just an extra addition here, following ArtDesigna's email from Paypal on this, I received a response from ArtDesigna saying that my emails had appeared in their Spam account, who knows, so to give them the benefit of the doubt, I am raising this from a 1 to a 3 star review.

Purchased for my wife as a gift after seeing a link in Facebook. Checked their feedback on here before purchasing, was dubious that the artwork was coming from a distance away and what would happen if there were issues with transit (customs / loss / damage).Thankfully the item arrived after about 10 days, was well packaged, and no import issues. Picture was vibrant, good quality and looks good in its location.Likelihood is I would buy something else in future, so no negative experience on this transaction to report back on.

Placed an order after seeing an advertisement on FB on 14th July, website states 3-5 business days, on 18th I received an email saying the item was shipped (lie) and a link to the DHL tracking number, this said a note has been raised but they didn’t have the picture? Numerous emails (which don’t get responded to for days), still nothing by the 28th July, think it arrived the week after that. Awful company to deal with, art is sent from Turkey, it’s ok, average at best, colour is fine but I don’t think the imagine is as defined as advertised, wouldn’t deal with them again. Buyer beware!

Absolutely love this glass art work by Banksy!. Ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived by the following Friday from Istanbul. I bought the largest one and it looks fantastic above my sofa..Excellent service and product, I will definitely be ordering more .

After reading up on the reviews and seeing that the products are actually shipped from Turkey, I had some reservations about completing my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to receive prompt emails updating me of the progress and delivery window through DHL. My order arrived a week after being placed, was well packaged and exactly what I was expecting. The image is lovely and looks great now it’s up on the wall. I would definitely use this company again and have no concerns about recommending them based on my experience.

Firstly, the items did come from Istanbul. That should not be a reason not to order. The service by Artdesigna and the quality of the product is faultless. I contacted them prior to placing my order as I was concerned about one or two reviews. I need not have been concerned. Oktay responded immediately and was polite and actually very patient as I did question him quite forcibly. I ordered 3 pictures placing my order on the Sunday evening. DHL were the courier, I received constant updates and received my order on the Thursday. Very very impressive. I must also say, for the money the pictures are very clear and of very good quality. The fixings are of good quality and hanging the pictures was an absolute breeze. I really can’t find any fault with any aspect of either the service nor product. Would and will recommend!

Yes, as others have stated, this is not a UK supplier. My order also came from Istanbul, but it arrived as stated.I was taken by surprise that it wasn't coming from the UK. But that said, when it says shipping in several business days, it's fairly obvious that the stock won't be in the UK.So, a negative aside, I ordered the 110x70 "Painted wood" item. It's stunning. The colours are vibrant and the image is as sharp as a knife. I can't see a way to add a photo, otherwise, I would prove how good it is.I am very happy with the service. No nasty surprises. And I am absolutely delighted with the picture.

So I'm not really sure what all these bad reviews are about. One complaining about customer service wrong. The one about photo reselution wrong. Me and my fisnace brought a sugar skull piece. We then saw the monkey gang and wanted to swap our order. So I emailed customer service got straight back to me less then a day and swapped the art for us.With no problem. We had our art work arrive today when it was ment to be in three days time. so quick and amazing delivery from DHL. Then we looked the picture absolutely amazing. We are so pleased to others please don't let other reviews put you off buying here we live in Norfolk and the picture came all the way from Turkey without a scratch and the quality is out of this world thank you so much artdesigna we will be buying from you again

Really annoyed these people trade as if a UK based company! They are not! My order has now been sat ina depot in Istanbul for a full week and not moved! Missed occasion the gift was for and no updates from the company! Avoid

Please be very careful with this company. I bought the trio piece called Painted Wood in the size 110 x 210cm. The quality of the glass was fabulous but the quality of the image behind it was extremely poor. It looked like someone had blown up a JPEG way beyond its resolution - it was fuzzy and unclear. The other size, which is 72 x 138cm might not be as bad.Either way, when I spoke to customer services they just argued with me. They accused me of failing to read all the good reviews and argued with me that the image was okay and is checked before it leaves the factory. Whoever has looked at this piece and thought the image was clear or vibrant probably needs to find an alternative career. They then tried to suggest I was returning the piece because I'd changed my mind, which would have incured an additional restock fee, which I think is 10%. I had to forecefully remind them that I was returning the piece because it was not fit for purpose. I don't expect to find a customer service team to be so argumentative.Eventually I managed to get a refund but I had to pay for the courier service back to them and this is where you should be most cautious. I could not get this piece insured. All the major couriers would not insure glass or artwork, which means I had to send a £459 package without insurance, which isn't ideal. Returning this piece cost me £50.Do yourself a favour. Buy from a company where you can return it for free if the product is not satisfactory.

Sent an image that really popped with colour. Received the printed picture back and it’s very dark/drab

Artdesign is exactly what it is, I need to buy more
