Is arredatutto.com Legit?

Horrific communication skills, refuse to answer their phone lines. Very rude when you do speak to them. Seems to be 1 person who man’s the phone lines for the entire UK. They expect it’s fine to dump your items out for delivery on the street without any prior, or expect you to carry the heavy furniture yourself without actually delivering to your door like a professional company would. No updates on my chair which I bought in advance of childbirth. They’re happy though because they have my money :)

I ordered a Barazza hob from Arredatutto to be delivered to the UK. After reading negative reviews on here I decided to contact them via email before placing the order expressing my concerns (mainly around delivery times). They were efficient in responding and getting back to me, provided me with clear dates when the item will be in stock with them and shipped.After placing the order there was a small delay but this isn't totally unexpected when ordering a large item from Italy. I paid around half the price I would have had to pay had I gone to the UK supplier of Barazza products.Delighted with the service and would definitely order again.

Gessi Faucet ordered online for delivery to US from Italy. Order was confirmed via email immediately, invoice/shipped within 7 days (website indicated 15-17 days) and was delivered 10 days from order via UPS. Item arrived in factory sealed original packaging with all parts. Very satisfied with experience. I did not interact with customer service, but had no reason to do so. Will order from this vendor again.

absolutely incredible place. I am truly embittered. I am waiting for delivery or at least reliable information about its date from September 5, 2023. The deadline of 25-30 days confirmed after placing the order has already been doubled many times and since the beginning of the month no one has even replied to my e-mail. I paid several thousand euros for the order and today I handed over to the law firm the completion of the transaction. This is a total disappointment with the style and form of business...

I should have read this prior to placing an order. Delivery lead time is said to be 7-10 days. I have written an email when I noticed that no single order status is shared, just after "Processing". Until now, no response whatsoever. Now their site is also inaccessible. Please just cancel order if you cant deliver, and give 100% refund

I ordered a table and chairs at an attractive price on 28.12.2022. The both products ware not listed on the official Arredatutto website: 1xLA SEGGIOLA ART 630 CERAMIQUE 120X80 FANGO4xLA SEGGIOLA ART 216 CLOE FANGOThe delivery arrived in Sofia / BG on 10.01.2023 -earlier than expected.The manufacturer had forgotten to put the necessary mounting screws in the box. Arredatutto organizes a quick delivery of the missing screws.Excellent service and communication!Thank you!

We ordered a sofabed September 21. Were promised delivery in 4-5 weeks. In late November, nothing had arrived, nor any word. We e-mailed and were told the manufacturer in Denmark had failed to deliver it. Fortunately my Danish wife was able to call them, and find out that Arredatutto lied: they had not paid the manufacturer. Then several more rounds of e-mail: at every step Arreedatutto blamed the manufacturer and the manufacturer continued to contradict their story.On December 24th, the sofabed arrived--two months late, and missing its metal legs. Arredatutto have now ignored two e-mails demanding that they be sent.

I wish I read all those hundreds of similar stories about this scum shop before I place the order there...The order was made 12/02/2023 with delivery term of 20-30 working days. It is the middle of July and no sign of being even close to getting the goods if any will be ever delivered. Since 10th of May I am getting many different excuses about not shipping the order and they all are similar to mentioned here in other customer complaints. It takes several emails and whatsapp messages to get any answer and then the answer usually is to keep waiting because the order is coming soon... In my case I pass the issue to our lawyer partners to get it solved. Stay away of this shop to save your money and nerves!

Unfortunately have to leave a comment here regarding this company that goes against my previous review. Although they offer good products for good prices, the client support is completely useless and it is very difficult to have their assistance. In case you are unlucky with some product, a product defect or wrong purchase, they will not help you since they do not reply your messages/ requests. I will never buy anything else in this shop and in case you have an alternative I would advise you to do the same.

This website is just band of robbers. I have ordered an item more than 3 months ago. Delivery was supposed to take max 2 weeks. Only one reply to my message with the good excuse of Covid 19. I asked a refund they gave me no other alternative than choosing an alternative product (which never arrived neither) !!!!. The cost of the item is more than one thousand dollars. Have been getting inquiry responses before I decide to place my order on April 30th 2022. Until now its the end of May and there is no delivery confirmation nor any progress updates. Only read the trust pilot reviews now unfortunately and confirms that they are unreachable after you place a order.Just please refund completely and this is a pity you have to be unreliable.

What can I say if phone contact (due to Covid) is non-existent, and I have not received a reply to my numerous email and web form inquiries. Made a purchase early January with estimated delivery in 15 days. No update on expected delivery yet. I received a reply! Thanks Trustpilot.
