I had previously placed orders with Aromatic in 2021/2022 with no problem receiving my order. Then in March 2022 my order is placed on hold, 'for insurance payment' of 250. I told them I wasn't paying it and to refund my order payment. They even asked me to take payments from other customers for them via Venmo, Bitcoin, etc cause they were Zelle issues. Till this day I still have yet to receive a refund or my order. The number on the website is no longer is service is now a whatsapp chat only Tip for consumers:Please check the contact information prior to placing an order. If you can't call the number and the only contact info is a whatsapp don't use them. There is no such thing as post/enroute shipping insurance!

Review results for the shipping company website are micro-managed and nearly 100% of them are actually hosted on the domain being reviewed.
