Is arneclo.com Legit?

I purchased two Arne orders to the value of around £400 over the last month. Generally, their garments use high quality materials and are marketed at affordable prices. I'd put them in the same category as COS or a more luxury Zara. Although, the style is similar to that of Reiss, the quality isn't as good which is to be expected at this price range. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchases and would recommend bar one, the Technical Trousers. These are part of the new range and the quality definitely feels to have dipped. The waist string snapped on first use and the buttons feel very loosely attached. I will be returning them.

I have purchased several items from Arne, mostly footwear, and find them to be excellent quality and affordable. I recently found a small fault in the fabric of one pair of recently purchased shoes. I contacted Arne and within 5 minutes I received a reply from a lovely representative who instantly offered me solution to the issue. I am so impressed with the level of customer service I record today, and it’s a Sunday! Thanks Arne for delivering not only fabulous products but providing 10 out of 10 customer service :)

After purchasing a Cotton knitted long sleeve button polo shirt for my son, I decided to buy one for myself. I placed the order at 7.30pm last evening and it was delivered before lunchtime today. What fabulous service! Even better, the quality and fit of the polo shirt is really excellent . I can highly recommend ARNE and will definitely order from them soon.

I contacted ARNE regarding my order and they replied back to me (even on a Sunday) within half an hour and dealt with my inquiry very quick and professional and actually sent me a new jacket out and didn’t want anything form me.Definitely use ARNE again and great customer service.

I have never had customer care like this from any other company, others should take note!I raised a query with the customer service team via email, within 6 minutes I received a reply and it was resolved. Was a bit weary of ordering from somewhere that kept coming up on my socials. A friend luckily had ordered the luxe t shirt and short combo which I wanted, so was able to see how nice and good quality they were. Made my 2nd order the other week of tech trousers, overshirt and t shirt. Will definitely order more bits when needed. I have lived in Armani, Boss and other big brands all my adult life but the quality of a lot of their stuff has really gone down the pan lately. Especially t shirts. Arne is a fraction of the cost but the stuff I have ordered so far has been way better quality also.

I’ve purchased a few times from Arne over the last 6 months following my husband, some items I kept and some I returned with no issue.I have to say, the quality and designs are second to none, I have 2 zip hoodies (black & taupe) and more recently purchase the taupe joggers, the hoody has been washed a few times and hasn’t faded at all so is still the same match to my new joggers.I’d love to emphasise on how exceptional the quality of your clothing line is and at an affordable price especially if you compare to other women’s brands for example, Adanola (which I do still live by, but I’ll certainly be more inclined to purchase more from Arne moving forward).The clothing is just so comfortable, minimalistic and very timeless. It’s super hard to find a great affordable clothing brand these days, well done Arne, brother & team 👏🏼I’d love to see more designs and options for women from you guys, more smart/casual wearing. I had an issue with a clothing item which customer service was happy to replace or send credit note. Excellent service and very speedy response.

Love everything I get, always delivered fast. Only 1 problem is that the sizing not completely true. I'm usually an xl but find xxl still a bit tight. Love the look and quality but👌 customer service always perfect👏👏

Web site easy to navigate.Delivery quick.Clothes purchased are excellent quality.Since the size chart has been added much easier to order correct size.Maybe a loyalty discount could be added or a points scheme .

Easy navigate website, good clear pictures of products, very easy to order. Delivery spot on very quick, good packaging not over the top but well sealed in a bag that can be used for storage. Ordered 1 pair of Technical Tailored Trousers, then other family members wanted a pair 3 pairs in total all happy with the fit comfort.

Excellent customer service , bought a pair of shoes over a year ago , shoes ripped a little & got onto the Arne lads who refunded me within 2 hours once I showed them pics , went straight back onto the website & used the refunded amount for more Arne gear as the quality is next to none! The best place out there at the moment for men’s clothes and shoes!

For a relatively new and small business, Arne do so much right. Their styling, clothing and pricing is top drawer.I recently placed an order and unfortunately it went missing through the courier.I contacted Arne via their chat support (a lot of chat help links with larger companies are pretty shocking) and within minutes they responded with an update and sorted the issue.Along with Reiss and other top brands, Arne are my go to when looking for new clothes now.Keep up the brilliant work guys!!

I really like these clothes, they are good quality at a reasonable price point which encourages repeat custom. The choice is amazing and enables you to basically build a whole wardrobe. The delivery service is very rapid on initial orders but can take up to 10 days for exchanges. If I was focussing on anything in relation to customer experience it would be speed up the exchanges process as 10 days is a long time when you have already paid up front. Otherwise a very good product and will buy again

Update: Arne is lying again. They didn’t send me any email or a refund. I had to dispute the charge as they received the package but refuse to confirm. STAY AWAY! Worst experience I had in my life. Terrible customer service! No one there knows anything and go ahead and try to return something, they’ll give you the run around. STAY AWAY!
