aritzia.ca Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives aritzia.ca a medium trust score on the platform: 56.6. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Active. Medium-Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 56.6 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to aritzia.ca's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above. Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning aritzia.ca, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between aritzia.ca and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of aritzia.ca. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of aritzia.ca, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. aritzia.ca is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether aritzia.ca has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether aritzia.ca boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, aritzia.ca.

I have made two purchases with this company. 1. The super puff jacket. It was expensive and the quality is low. The seams are flimsy and the fabric easily picks up debris when you sit and move through the world. 2. Despite this first purchase I made a 2nd one online for two items with a purchase price of close to $400. I did not receive the items and when I reached out to customer service the team said there was nothing they could do. The customer service is awful, quality of product is low and the prices are high. It just doesn't add up.
Terrible experience at this clothing store. (Hill Crest Mall) We bought a sale item and the clerk egged us on by saying we could exchange and get a refund. But this was not the case. The girl who claimed to be the store manager was not professional at all and made me feel that the quality of this clothing store was poor. It doesn't even compare to Canadian brands like Lulu, Arc'teryx and Root. No more visit ever.
If I could not add a star I would. I bought a jacket in Aritzia at the annual sale in Vancouver. When I arrived home, I realized that the jacket was damaged. I called Aritzia customer service and they said that there is nothing they can do and that I should have had checked the item. Also he proceed to tell me to take the jacket to a tailor at my own cost. The jacket was more than a hundred dollars so it’s unacceptable to take my money and not fix the problem; it’s basically a scam. It is extremely disappointing of Aritzia to scam customers by taking the money for damage goods.
Ordered a gift card and it wasn’t delivered to email. the money was taken out of my bank account I called the customer service number- after explanation I was told to call another number which processes orders. This person said the investigation would be completed and I would be notified in 3 hours. 9 hours later I received an email that they could not process my order and I would have to wait 48/72 hours for refund. If the refund wasn’t issued I would have to follow up with my bank. I received no support from Aritzia and now must handle the problem myself to ensure money is refunded
the customer service is next level POOR. the item in the store is not "cheap", honestly is pretty expensive. The online return policy on sale item is impossible. I filed complaint, all of the staff handling just copy and paste the policy. I CAN read- even the management is rude and offending me. Keep questioning me like I have no money to shop there. A few staff to highlight on being poor customer service is Maddy, Kate , Sarah. Please train your staff.
This store at Hillcrest mall, Richmond Hill Ontario is an absolute nightmare. I went back to the store for an exchange. I tried the one size up and it was perfect. The girl (the salesperson) at the fitting room took the right size top from me. She said she will leave the new top inside my bag. After I finished changing. I went to the desk the cashier handed in my bag; and I left. In a heavy rush hour tragic I went back home. When I got home I took my new top to hang it, shockingly I saw the original purchase size inside my bag!!!!! I had to go back to the store immediately because I needed to wear it to my friend’s party. It took me another hour to go back to the store. When I explained to the girl ; she said oh I am sorry the cashier must have forgotten to exchange your top. It was absolutely rude unacceptable unprofessional and extremely strange. I would never go back to this place. And I recommend stay away from the salespeople at this shop. If you really have to buy clothing from this store go for trying and order it online.
I am very disappointed because we ordered something through one of their stores in Toronto knowing that the item was available. After 10 days without receiving the package or any emails regarding the shipping, I decided to call the customer service. The girl was very kind but I was told that the item was not available anymore and I would have received the refund going back to the store where the order was made.Very disappointing that they are not able to have their website or availability updated in real time not even for their stores. And if I would have called them I might have never known what was going on!Not expecting this from a store like this and with so expensive things.
They have the worst customer service and it takes them forever to come up with a solution that ends up being unsatisfactory. In the past month, they have sent me two orders with the wrong items. One was someone else’s order completely. The items from my orders were now sold out and I couldn’t order them again. Their solution was for me to go out of my way to both times - once to the store and once to FedEx - both being downtown so I had to pay transit costs to get there. They didn’t offer me any discount codes or any way to make it up to me and instead tried to push me to order from them again! Don’t think so - steer clear of ordering from this company.
Avoid purchasing from this store, especially sale items, as returns only qualify for store credits. If you want to place a special order for an out-of-stock item, you cannot use these store credits. I returned four items, received credits for only three, and am still waiting for a response about the fourth. One item in my large online order was out of stock, and I didn't receive a refund until I went to the store to ask for it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must call their "concierge" phone number, which only works at certain hours. Overall, it was a very bad experience; it feels like they try every possible way to avoid giving your money back once you hit the "Place Order" button. This was my first purchase but I highly doubt I will be returning....
Me and my friend just went to the Aritzia in Metrotown, because we work in construction and we went straight to the store after work, two girls in the fitting room, were talking disgust about us, and they even keep an eye on us like what we were doing, they shouldn’t judge a book by its cover!!! Due to that, me and my friend left whatever we wanted to buy, this was the reason. This store is not only for the high five expensive ladies but also for us! I’m extremely sad right now, and they need to work on their customer service.
awful awful experience shopping on their online store. hidden fees, disgusting return policy. Avoid shopping here at all cost. Was my first and last time shopping there.
My daughters and I visited your store at Woodbury commons outlet .. I just want to say the experience we had with Sydney was OUT OF THIS WORLD.. This girl went above and beyond to help my daughters with certain styles that fit them best.. I never write reviews but I wanted to take the time and let you know this girl is certainly a great asset to your business… MAKE SURE SHES TAKEN CARE OF SINCE THERES FEW LIKE HER AROUND IN TODAYS AGE..
Great customer service and pieces that last. I’ve been shopping at Aritzia for a long time and whenever I shop elsewhere I’m disappointed. The quality and customer service is top notch. Everyone is so helpful over the phone or in-person. The website is great and the return policy as well. Love it!
I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so negative that I felt compelled to warn others. They mark the body suits as "Final Sale" but there is no discount or stock, just a random tag for full price and all pieces in stock. When I asked customer support for a refund they said I couldn't return it because it's final sale. It's not written anywhere during the checkout process so I asked for evidence and they were so rude and not helpful and lying to me. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them.
I love aritzia. They're fleece, parka, pants, casual wear, ofc wear, everything is a win win! It does give appearance to a women that doesn't have confident. The material are good quality it last forever! As Canadian product are amazing even other country brought product from aritzia! Staff are friendly even the call center they always assist you every step of the way, they are knowledgeable and very helpful! They won't turn you down. Highly recommended!
Have a silk blouse which not long after wearing got a run just under one arm. This blouse is $98 plus gst, Approx 3 months old as was a gift, they will not exchange or offer gift unless I provide proof of purchase. My Mother bought for me before she passed away,, shopped with a friend, used their account info, my Mother did not even know how to use a debit card and had no email. So much for guaranteeing their quality of clothing regardless of having proof. A run is proof enough that quality is poor
I ordered an item of clothing to the UK with free delivery. The item didn’t fit so I returned it. All seemed fine and well until I was quoted around $45 for the return, something which I was not made clearly aware of before my purchase. This charge was written in small print somewhere on the website and it could be made more obvious for buyers. After agreeing to pay the return price, I thought this would be the end of Aritzia’s extortionate return prices. This was until I received a letter from FedEx asking for £109 in taxes (around 50% the cost of the item itself), alongside an absurd letter in the same envelope from Hungary demanding approximately €2000 euros for ‘premium insoles’ and other items which I did not buy. I asked the customer service about this second letter inside the FedEx envelope and neither they nor FedEx could pinpoint where it came from. I lost trust in both Aritzia and FedEx as companies. I will never order from Aritzia again- this is the worst experience I have ever had with a clothing company.
Absolutely worst company who hates its customers. Shopped their archive sale, it was glitchy, pages have gone down multiple times, they were unprepared, it already was horrible as it was and I spent so much time for it only to get canceled my orders after I placed the order after all these issues. The items fully in stock on regular site but they won’t grant discount for those items even though it was THEIR error to do this. I will never ever shop this company again.
I bought several items online last week. I love TNA...my hat was slightly small and pricey. When I called to exchange, I was told I had to pay FULL PRICE for exchange. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I don't with Zara, and many other Co's. I was not happy with the customer service. The hat measurement was done by me, and was not accurate. Not buying here again. Sticking w my go-to brand. Disappointing. 🥱🥱
Received sweat pants with 2 different leg lengths! Over 1inch difference was so obvious when tried on. First time buying Aritzia product online. Very disappointed in flaw and size was way too small for their sizing description. Contacted their customer support only to be told nicely they would only exchange. Big inconvenience to find a store to attend in person if wanting to exchange. Use caution when buying their products online!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
