This company is a complete ripoff. I was shipped a bike with a dead battery that they refuse to resolve. I would NEVER advise anyone to do business with these criminals
This company does not treat their customers fairly. They are known for not honoring warranties or treating their customers properly. The phone number listed on the website is just a gimmick, they never answer it. They really do not support their customers and are very defensive and self serving. I would avoid at all costs. Their "customer service" is disingenuous and self serving.
this company blows I must tell you I do not like Ariel Ryder as a bussiness. if I had done my due diligence I would not have done business with them. I am extremely disappointed with my interactions with aerial Rider after the point of sale. they tell me my bike is not under warranty because I did not tell them that I bought it they know I bought it. it doesn't really matter the warranty is so skewed in their favor it might as well not be a warranty. I looked up the owner of the business and it does not surprise me that this is the way it has gone.
I purchased a Arial Rider Grizzly several months ago and finally got it the other day. They never gave me any updates on shipping and I’ve reached out to them several times with no response. My bike came with missing parts and Now I have to try and get my parts by emailing them again and again because they don’t answer calls or personally respond. Worst purchase ever. Now I’m probably going to have to find someone in the Twin Cities that can work on it for me
Ariel, All the reviews are correct about this so called company, not only that their bikes being awful and breaking down. The have the worst customer service EVER!!! Do not waste your time with this company. They just want their money and will not call back or work with the customer! I hope they get sued for stealing your money!!!! Go elsewhere!!! Save yourself time and grief! The attorney general office in Washington state already has been contacted about this company and I urge people to contact the Attorney general in WA.
I own two bikes from this company (m-class and Grizzly), and the products and customer service have been outstanding. The delivery times were not great during the pandemic, but other than that, this company has exceeded my expectations in every way. They've cut me deals on parts, and they reply to their emails within 24 hours on work days. The bikes are among the best deals around.
The bike is advertised at a 75 mile range. The instruction manual describes a situation where one is able to achieve 40 mile range in perfect riding conditions. Nowhere in the manual does a 70 mile range scenario occur. One would need a grade of 70 miles to achieve the amount of miles on a single charge.

Bike broke down after 3 Months+-!They said I needed $100 part to fix it so I did that bike still doesn't work and they got another $100 for a $20 cable. No warranty coverage at all. My $600 E Bike was MORE DEPENDABLE and this experience is painful literally. I donated my last bike to a friend I did not think this bike was going to break down like this with zero warranty coverage on a brand new bike is ridiculous.
I purchased the Kepler 52 V fat tire. The company claims 30 to 50 miles per charge. This bike is my main form of work transportation. It dies after 20 miles. The company has done nothing for one month. They promised me a “battery kit“ Customer service for this company is a complete joke. There is a 14 day return policy for the bicycle. It is not humanly possible to repackage the bike and return it. Go to a local bike shop and buy your bike there. The aerial rider is built in China. If you get a lemon like I did you are completely out of luck.

Ordered TWO bikes. Convinced our friends to buy this brand also instead of RAD - what a mistake. Two + months later our bikes arrived. All of the packing material was broken. My bike was fine, my husband's bike has a deep gouge on top of his frame and a bent front disc rotor. 3 weeks now, avg of 3-10 emails a day X 5 days a week between Chloe, Jason, and Route Insurance you are forced to buy. Route will state they are not paying because it can't be "proved" it happened in shipping. Jason and Chloe use the same cut and paste wording every email about how sorry they are this happened, but be sure and let them know if there is anything else they can do - besides the nothing they are doing.

Our local ebike repair shop said they do not work on Ariel riders and that should have been the first sign. They said when you need parts for repairs they never answer and it takes weeks to get ahold of someone. I have Ariel the benefit of the doubt because they looked cool only to waste 1 month waiting , another week fighting with their team who refuse to help out in any way and they lie on the reviews saying we are wrong and another 2 weeks for a refund just to start back to where we started. No bike in the middle of summer when the website said shipping end of June . Have they heard of emailing their customers a week or two before they miss the deadline offering a refund or solution? No. Because they are not a real company.

This company does not stand behind its warranty. I sent a warranty card in. They have a copy of my invoice that shows when i bought my bike. My control went on my ariel x class. And they would not send me out a new one. Do not buy from this company. They don't stand behind their warranty in my opinion.
Tried to purchase an e-bike. The model I wanted was out of stock so I emailed the company and asked if they had any sort of ETA on when it may be back in stock. To my surprise they said it would be available "next week". Well the next week came and on Thursday the bike was still not available so I asked them again about when it would be available as the week was now almost over. The response was just simply that they do not have an exact date of availability. When pressed again as they had already set the expectation, I just got the same response as the first one. Clearly they are not interested in any new customers. The support rep, Jamie, is doing the company a lot of harm and likely resulting in a lot of lost business. I will happily take my money to one of the many other e-bike manufactures and give it to them instead. Thankfully this pre-sale experience has given me an idea of how the company operates and why it would likely be a bad idea to do business with them.
I recently purchased the Ariel Rider Grizzly - 52 Volt Dual Motor Ebike and have had the worst customer experience. The bike has had multiple defects and this company refuses to replace or refund it and has been incredibly unresponsive. When I first purchased it in August, it had a leaky brake line, so I reached out to them and it took multiple conversations over several weeks to get them to replace the parts. After I finally received the parts and replaced them myself, the computer system completely failed and will not turn on, so it no longer functions as an ebike. Since this happened over a week ago, I've had multiple back and forths with them regarding the issue with no solution to this now fully non functioning bike. And when I asked to be connected to a supervisor or manager, they claimed "supervisors are hard to get a hold of," and then completely stopped responding to me after that. So I now have an ebike that does not turn on or work and they refuse to respond to me or provide any sort of replacement or refund. Hoping someone will reach out to me ASAP to rectify this. Considering this was a nearly $4,000 purchase, I'd like a replacement ebike at no charge and with no fees, or a full refund
In June, I emailed and asked about ordering a bike, they said it was pre-order only but I would get it by the second week of July. I decided to order and wait the 4 to 5 weeks because it looked like a great bike. I continued checking the shipping dates on their website and it seemed legit. I received an advertisement email from them titled "the wait is over!" And it claimed to finally have several models "now in stock!" So I checked their shipping page again, and the ship date now said "pending container release - ships late July". During the last week of July I emailed and asked about shipping, they didn't give me much info, said late July/ early August will ship. Still did not receive any updates or good communication. In fact, it's August now and their website still says "late July".... has been "pending container release" for three weeks (not believable). So I emailed to cancel my order and get my money refunded. They were happy to do it, but said they had to charge me a 2.3 percent fee for their web payment company. So I was not only out $47 bucks for canceling on a product that wasn't even in stock, but also got the runaround about shipping, along with very little communication, no updates and pushing ship dates out. This company is awful, zero customer service, and I feel like I was scammed out of money, seriously. Please beware of Ariel Rider, I would recommend going with any other company.
