Is arcoservices.co.uk Legit?

I have recently had my IRATA course done at ARCO and I can say I am more than happy with the way I was trained and assessed. I will go back there any time.

It's been a week. I've been chasing for my ticket. I've done, passed the course. I got told i could get the ticket the next day as mine has run out/expired. I've lost a weeks wages due to the non caring attitude. I've called over 20 times and been promised call back that have never happened. I've been given 3 different numbers and they haven't helped one bit. I've actually gone and booked into somewhere else provisionally as I've explained my situation and they have said I'd get my ticket straight away. Very helpful. I'll just have to try and get my money back

Order for some Black Diamond walking poles placed Monday a.m. for express delivery - a little extra cost but promised on Tuesday as I needed the poles urgently for work. On Tues a.m. I got an email saying the poles would be delivered during the day - and giving a 60-minute time-slot for this. Item arrived as promised and on time meaning I wasn't sitting indoors twiddling thumbs and waiting un-necessarily. Great service - will definitely use again.

We've used Arco for training and equipment and found the company to be professional and helpful when we've sought advice. Good locations also helps keep costs down when looking for local training.

after browsing lots of similar products on lots of similar sites i came across total access.. Website is clear and uncluttered. Products are well photographed and clearly displayed. products are competitively priced and Delivery charges are very reasonable... There is also a good choice of payment options including paypal... If i need similar products in the future i will visit this site before wasting hours crawling the net..

I bought a Singing Rock ice axe, and crampons. Although they were both much cheaper than established brands, the quality is truly excellent. Both items feel really strong and safe. Also impressive was the speed of despatch and delivery, with their courier sending email progress reports and giving a one hour delivery window. Attended a Rooftop Safety Training Course on Monday. Trainer Russ was excellent - very knowledgeable & made it fun!The content was superb - much better than any other course I have ever experienced. (Coffee was good too!!!!!)Thank you

Do to covid19 our Swansea store where I normally purchase work wear for my husband remained closed, so I had to buy clothes online. People who served me over the phone were very polite, pleasant and helpful. Service was excellent , couldn't have asked for better service. Goods arrived next day . Prices are excellent. It is worth noting that your order will continue to say "Awaiting Processing" from the point you place the order until it is sent - so if you've not selected Next Day delivery, it will spend a couple of working days saying that. It is also a shame (as a commercial customer as well as a private one) that commercial accounts cannot be linked to the webstore.

An interesting find when l came across this website and discovered it’s parent, so to speak.Professional quick service from a well stocked and attractive prices for the items l need. Specification sheets would be useful on certain items.Well done.

Thorough and accurate documentation.The karabiners I bought were described as "available with captivating pins." I couldn't find the pins or the same karabiners with pins included. It turns out I had to call after my order and request the pins.The images don't allow you to be sure of product compatibility. The karabiners are fractionally too large for comfort in one of the intended devices. It fits, but could lock at an angle if suddenly loaded.

Fast service, quick delivery, reasonable prices. Would highly recommend Total Access to anyone looking for Rope Access products and some other climbing products. Information is a little vague on some products, but they are happy to clear up any issues you have.

Total Access is the main stop for me when buying equipment/PPE for work. Its hard to come across another supplier online that 1. carries a range as extensive and 2. competes with pricing. Any minor issue I have had in the past, has been sorted promptly for me by their online sales team. All in all great place for PPE/Climbing needs and do recommend.

Best price for the headlamp I was after. Very straight forward order process. The price advertised on Google search was the same on purchase, no additional tax etc added when the payment is about to go through on the last page. Great comms, emails for processed order and expected delivery date. No delays. Will be back.

I ordered a pair of bandit ice tools to replace my older (more old school) tools. I haven't had chance to use them in anger yet but first impressions are very positive. They are brilliantly weighted and feel secure in the hand. They feel very much like Quarks and swing like a mate's nomics at a fraction of the price. Spare picks are really good value and head weights are available too. I'll wait and see how they handle on ice before I go down that route. Service from Total Access was exemplary: I ordered them on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday with email updates prior to delivery. I'd highly recommend the bandits as a great intermediate climbing axe for Scottish winter / icefall climbing. They'll certainly outclimb me!

Highly recommended! Prompt despatch of my ordered item. Would have been better if there is no delivery charge (hence didn't get the full 5stars),.. or at least for items costing more than a certain minimum amount.

Very pleased with everything regarding ordering and delivery. Last time I ordered similar product it had to come from America and I was not sure it would arrive before I left for my holiday as it took weeks before it arrived . This product arrived more or less by return post. I have not used it yet as I am not going away until later in the year.
