The backpacks are pretty good. Able to store a good amount of clothing. Also able to store a good amount of electronic accessories. Used the backpacks for personal and business travel. No issues with having the backpacks as a carry on bag.

Great info on the products. Did wait a while for it to come but it was a good quality product. I’m happy with it .

I responded to an ad on Facebook and ordered a carry on. It took forever to come. It was delivered while I was out of the country and stolen because of Post Office negligence. I will never buy anything from ARCA again.

It’s really a pretty nice bag for the money. Great capacity, a bunch of different compartments ,etc. my only complaint is that the strap to attach it to the handle of your carry on is too small! It needs to be bigger to go over a standard carry on handle. SomeOf the materials for the internal pockets seem a little cheap too.

I bought the Arca Flight Friendly Backpack 3 weeks ago and it went on sale today. I sent an email through the Arca customer service portal asking about honoring/matching the 5 hour sale price. I received a response and service I have ever received from a contract email. Super service!

I recently bought an arca backpack, the flight friendly model. It took approximately 10 days to arrive, but everything was in order. The backpack has a very good quality, very spacious, and has internal pockets that allow you to keep everything organized. And also, is a beautiful bagpack! The expander closure saves your life if you ran out of space on a trip, and it fits perfectly on the plane! super recommended!!

I was initially skeptical about the space for clothes, but I was pleasantly surprised. This bag has excellent material quality and an abundance of compartments and pockets, making it perfect for daily use and weekend trips. It feels incredibly durable. I managed to fit my size 11 shoes, three outfits, a toiletry bag, and my laptop accessories with ease!

Poor quality items, poor customer service. I ordered an item from them a year ago which has broken and is completely unusable. Whilst I appreciate the offer of extending the warranty, they offered a replacement “valued” at £169 (which, based on the quality of materials used with the broken bag is not worth that) as a replacement but then mentioned I was responsible for the shipping costs, which were around £45 then after complaining, reduced to £27. I have never in my 34 years of life had to pay anything for a replacement item due to an original breaking, albeit from shoddy material. The customer service team are reluctant to even think about the experience of the paying customer and only concerned with charging them. The response from them will be on the lines of “we tried to offer you a solution and a FOC charge bag etc. etc.”. They failed to disclose the “FOC” bag would come with a shipping cost of more than I paid for the original broken bag! The items are cheap material sourced probably from alibaba/aliexpress with Arca official slapped on it. Honestly save your money and get something better. You can also find the exact same bag on sites like Temu for about 10th of the price. *in response to the reply* The item as it should be, was offered free of charge but as mentioned above, I was required to pay shipping costs of £45 (more than the cost of the original bag!!) The response to my post is clutching at straws. It is completely misleading how they state in their response “we did dispatch one of our bestsellers to you completely free of charge, including shipping and without any associated fees.”“Including shipping” is entirely untrue as they required me to pay £45 for it. How can you also offer a lifetime guarantee and then because the zippers broke and fell off somewhere, and I couldn’t find them then say it is not covered. As mentioned above, save your money. Buy elsewhere that’s better quality and has much much better customer service.

It's a fantastic product and I use it for both daily to/from office and also 3-4 day business trips. A couple of minor issues developed with the bag and the customer service to handle the lifetime warranty claim and get a new product shipped out asap was absolutely excellent. Would highly recommend!

My everyday carry to work, love the versatility. I also love that it stand upright on its own when loading or unloading if that is how you want to use. This is the first backpack I ever was able to buy for my self that was what I wanted. I was always using packs given to me by family that didn't really fit my wants and needs, this one is exactly what I want.

Had a Duffel bag for well over a year, used every day and always full until I managed to break the strap. I was only expecting a replacement strap but they replaced the complete bag. Great customer service and a great bag!

I have had the backpack for about 3 weeks and so far it has worked great, I travel at least every week for work and the set up with all the pouches and zippered pockets is ideal. I would definitely recommend it. I am interested to see how durable over time it is.

Ordered a rucksack which arrived and only used it twice carrying a laptop and notebook - stitching has come apart at the top - i have complained and asked for a replacement but they have told me to send back the original item at my expenses from the UK to Canada - shame when their website talks about caring for their customers - clearly not!
