This clinic helped me so much to get what I needed. The only thing I didn’t like was I did feel a bit over charged because of having to do the therapy first which was $79 and the $250 approval visit. I didn’t think renewals had to do both. However, it was simple quick and painless.

Website intentionally takes you down a rabbit hole to cause confusion. After paying $385 to renew card, on Screen call, Representative demanded $79 for a therapy consultation on dosing. It was an option on website as add on. I said, I've been using over a year. She said, no choice. Pay it or be denied. Extortion.

They'll tell you that this "form" is required by law and required for all forthcoming renewals. Then, you'll pay an additional $90 on top of the $250. That $90 form is the scam. It's not a legal requirement and will have no impact on the issuance of your mmj card. Once they get your money, you'll never be able to contact them again. If you have a problem, they'll ignore you. Patient beware.

“Exorbitant price for invalid card”

First off this site charges about $400 to get in then a $100 fee before you get your card. This site is for Arkansas residents only. The drop down menu for states served is a scam. My state has only one recognized application site and it is NOT this one. My state charges you $100 for everything.

This company is a Scam! Kaitlynne Williams the Records and Billing Manager is a Disgusting human. Karma is a you know what!? She's manipulative and doesn't want to refund money for services they never provided. I within less then 24 hrs spoke with my dispensary who literally said this is a scam and put me in contact with a wonderful program and provider who already has my med card renewed for $75 and not the $298 they raped me of after the caused me to have an anxiety attack and kept pushing forms and emails and pushing me for a payment. I work in a medical office and we dont treat patients like a cash cow and rape them and leave them with no way to contact someone. We care for our patients.
