Failed to respond to customer inquiries after purchase when couldn’t get assistance from courier company.

Bad communication, no eta. No response from emails

I contacted the customer service team as I had some issues that I needed to resolve with the device. The team responded extremely fast between emails , were so kind and understanding and resolved the issue within a very timely manner. I was honestly blown away, really really impressed and can’t wait to continue using the BEST baby monitor on the market. If you’re looking for a great monitor look no further, I loveee my lollipop device and rest assured if by the slim chance you run into issues , their team will assist you with ease! Highly recommend

ArcadeGamer posted my item in just a flimsy padded bag, which had the result of my items packaging being crushed on one side. Luckily the item itself has been ok so far. I don't understand why they didn't post it in a box. Putting it in a padded bag is amateur stuff that I wouldn't expect from a business that sends customers their orders.

Although there were a couple of mistakes through warehouse they went above and beyond to make sure my son had the best birthday and received his present in time. I purchased the time crisisis arcade over a week now,still havent sent out,sent them a msg,email,fb msg multiple times no reply,ask to cancel the order, no reply.i dnt no whats going on but im 1 angry customer thats for sure.the number they have for arcadegamer (03)91937221 its disconnected

Purchased SSF2 Yoga flame edition on pre order for Apr 30th. Arrived from Vic to Brisbane no problem or damage with Hunter Express. Have had 3 Arcade 1up arcade machines from Arcade Gamer and never had a problem with purchasing or delivery. 5 stars !

Birdbike is the company I bought my electrical bike from. The bike seems to be OK, as good as the description and the money I have paid. On the other hand I have had rather unpleasant experience with the castomer service. I have been handed to James, allegaly a Beta-Brand general manager? He has been an arogant, patronizing gay who made me feel I'm trying to scam the company to gain money from. All because I claimed a faulty tube in rere wheel. I let it fix in bikeshop and never got any apology, or even refund for this action. Instead I have been blamed for the damage. Well, what a pity, that such person is in castemer service. Perhaps would better suit for some slouhterhouse commity. Ps: I should feel lucky he is not my general manager.

Bought my first Arcade 1up Packman Legacy to go into my pinball room. No issues with ordering. Receved it within a week, my order traveld a great distance but the box arived without much dammage. Arcade 1Up pack there boxes pretty well and everything is protected inside. The instructions are very clear easy for anyone to build. I used a rachit screwdriver as there's plenty of screws to put sections together. My only disappointment with this unit is it has no Lighted Marquee, thought it was standard in all the Packman Legacy units. 5/5 stars...

Was so happy when it arrived my partner love’s playing it. Reminds him of his childhood but better as it’s an arcade game. Unfortunately the screen has a scratch on it however it doesn’t effect gameplay or the display.

Whole ordering process was easy and pleasant! Arcade Gamer got the MVC2 cabinet in before anyone else and sent it out way quicker than expected. They also sent out emails to let me know that my card would be charged for the pre-order days before hand, which was very much appreciated. The courier They picked to deliver was super quick with detailed tracking, I was able to leave detailed instructions on where to leave the package which was a bonus because I wasn't home at the time. Overall 5 stars.

Great machine. Very nostalgic. Would love a more realistic coin door. Other than that, no complaints.MK is still as difficult as ever, will keep me busy. All of the other arcade game such as Rampage, Defender and Paperboy are added bonuses.

Package delivered promptly. Cabinet was very easy to assemble, looks amazing and my kids haven't stopped playing or bugging me to play it constantly since I got, so much I've barely had the enjoyment of spending time on it much yet myself ! Can't wait to expand your home arcade

I took multiple days off work for delivery. They kept failing to turn up. ArcadeGamer choose the cheapest and most poorly rated courier in Sydney. Their service centre actively tell you they don’t care whether you get your delivery. The courier is an extension of ArcadeGamer. I can’t recommend ArcadeGamer anymore, even after 6 consoles. I’d purchase from JB or a larger retailer in the future. Support from ArcadeGamer throughout the process was not there. Had to ask them via instagram DM as they don’t check their email, then couldn’t find the order for 3 days.

Got the pinball machine quickly after order but have found an issue with the power supply transformer and the game would no longer power up after 2 days of owning it. Have had no response back about the likely faulty part after 4 business days. *Email got lost but after writing this review I was contacted directly by Arcade gamer and they are organising the part to be sent out and faulty adapter returned - extremely pleased with the kind level of service I have received.

Great service by the team overall. Although their delivery partner (Hunter Express) had some delays, the Arcade Gamer team kept me posted along the way. Fantastic cabinet and lots of fun :)
