Is appleyardflowers.com Legit?

I spent £50 on a bouquet from Appleyard Flowers, and it barely lasted three days. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. For a brand that markets itself as “luxury,” this was a complete letdown. These flowers were meant for a special occasion, and seeing them wilt and brown by the second day was unacceptable. This will be the first and last time I trust Appleyard Flowers. I expected much more.

Standard of flowers poor. No longevity. However I have had excellent customer service from Appleyard and previously bouquets have been stunning, I think the heat may have been a factor. Thanks Max for helping to resolve you were fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful plant, thoughtfully wrapped and delivered quickly and safely. The recipient loved it. I chose Appleyard as they had a wide choice and the website was super easy to use. Felt like it had been designed very carefully from the customer perspective. It’s always tricky when buying online but the quality of the potted lily was fantastic, bigger than I expected and a nice mix of plants just starting to bloom and still in bud. Would highly recommend them and use them again.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered flowers from Appleyard and on each occasion the recipients have been absolutely delighted. I love that they offer a choice of arrangements are a little bit different to other online florists.

Paid through the nose and was mostly greenery and flowers were dead within 3 days. Some flowers from Tesco however are still beautiful and cost a fraction of the price.

Ordered the black roses which are beautiful however following conditioning them I find I am now covered in blue dye which having washed my hands vigorously several times still refuses to budge. If you order these would recommend the recipient wears rubber gloves to avoid the same predicament.

Service was excellent, I had an issue with my initial order and Max got in touch and resolved my issues immediately. Definitely 5 star service.

I ordered Blue hydrangeas for a friend. They arrived absolutely beautiful and she was made up. The flowers were larger than I thought and great quality for a great price! I'll be going to Appleyard from now onwards for my flowers.

I am very disappointed with this company I have used them a few times without any issues I have a business account and a personal account. But I had placed an order last Friday for delivery on the Saturday for my elderly mother for the anniversary of my fathers passing to say I was thinking of her as I was away on that day and could not get to see her. They have taken funds from my personal account three times and three times from my credit card account and these funds are not in a pending status any longer. My mother has not received the flowers due Saturday just gone and they are stating they have no order on my account. I am emailing daily without little response apart from the postcode for delivery has no order against it. No apologies or sorry for the confusion let alone a refund of the 6 transactions taken which amount to nearly £200. I have asked for a phone call but no reply. I have never written a bad review before but I am at a loss as to how to resolve this issue with this company?
