Excellent selection of wines that were not easily available at my location (UK). Unfortunately a small number of bottles were damaged in transit. Aporvino were fast to resolve and promptly reimbursed the cost for the damaged items.

When I placed my order the Aporvino website informed of shipping delays of 1 to 2 weeks. Now over a month later their website says my order is still 'Waiting for shipping date'. I have emailed them 3 times, finally asking to cancel my order & refund my payment. I got only one response saying sorry for the delay we will move you up the queue. I am now worried this is an untrustworthy company or even a scam. If anyone has had similar issues please comment.

Still waiting for delivery of wine ordered in March. Was told that there might be a short delay due to Brexit etc but it’s now nearly 3 months after payment. Had an update a month ago saying it was now shipped to UPS warehouse and awaiting dispatch. I have been getting daily notes from UPS (which may be spam) saying that further notification needed.I have emailed Aporvino to clarify but as yet no response.Based on this experience I would say avoid this company.

aporvino.com established in Madrid is not trustworthy.my order has been changed without any kind of notification or consultation, and no excuse have ever been sent to me. They are my worst experience on the web, where trust is so important when you are buying online. Do NOT trust this merchant. Do NOT ever buy from him.

Aporvino are very quick to process your order but are being let down by UPS delivery which is not very reliable eg. breakages and email updates have stopped. But i will continue to deal with Aporvino as they care about there customers.

It took around 4 to 5 months to deliver the wine. At no point did I ever receive a response to emails or FB messenger messages. Now, as a final treat, UPS has sent me another bill for a further £81. Whilst I realise the issues around Brexit, they were very quick to take my money but gave no customer service and extra bills. NO NOT USE!

Looking for help. Does anyone know how to contact aporvino. I ordered 6 bottles of soberano brandy but received 4.The box of 4 came in a UPS box with bubble wrap also wrapped with ups tape. Obviously they have broken 2 in transit and re- boxed it themselves.
