Is apollogrouptv.info Legit?

Three points to think about 1) Good service and good customer support. I have been using them since 2019.2) there is a fake website. Be careful which website you are on3) very poor subscription procedure introduced this year. They will not accept credit cards.You have to pay with crypto currency. That is not a straight forward task and if you manage to do it. You will have to pay crypto buying admin fees (gas fee). To pay $159.99 dollars, It cost me £ 154.50.

For a few days now it has been impossible to get some of their live TV channels. The response is "Can't connect edge server. Please try again in a few minutes". I have tried using a VPN and rebooting my router with no success. They claim to know of the problem but it appears nothing is being done to solve it. My internet is high speed and I have just bought a new android box thinking that the other was old and that was the problem. I'm going to be looking for another IPTV service. Apollo used to be fairly good but has turned into garbage.

Been using Apollo Group TV service for 3 years and it has been excellent. Be aware that there is a fake spoofed site called apollotv.tv copying the real Apollo's web presence so be careful the real site address is apollogroup.tv As a longtime user I can rightfully say this is the best IPTV provider with the best options available for the price

Customer service is non existent once they get your payment....call are AUTO disconnect. I started trying to login on july 19,2024...paid thru Moon Pay and now still cannot login...I see that they are offering a 2yr deal for 50.00 more than the 1 yr usd cost I paid....this looks a entity getting ready to close shop and a money grab.....STAY AWAY.Bob in New Hampshire

I’m actually quite sad. I have been using Apollo for five years and they have decided only to take bitcoin as form of payment no other. I, myself, I am a little bit older, and do not want to get involved with bitcoin. I too, will let my subscription lapse.

My subscription is about to expire. I paid the fee by bitcoin and sent them a copy as instructed. I still get notice on tv screen it is about to expire. I've tried to call--phone disconnected. I left a message on their page ---no reply. I don't know whats going on or if I paid my fees in vain. Does anyone know how ro contact them?

This is the worst customer service ever, no contact number, charge a fee for chat assistance, hours with no contact, when you finally get support technician, they have to transfer to another technician, they have to get back to you, excuse after excuse working on the issue but no resolution. They have become the new cable with their customer care. Viewer please look for other alternative in the end Apollo Group TV will let you down. I’m letting my subscription expire and will not renew. I can’t watch it anyway.

I have had Apollo for 5 years there customer service is the worst I have come across. There is no phone number to call when you have an issue. I emailed them several times due to not having TV connection timeout no answer until 7 in the evening and they threatened to cancel my account because I was frustrated on getting help. Stated I think I should not be charged for a day of service. They said they don't give credit I said then call me they said they would not call and they will cancel my account. Simply amazing how rude a company can be to the people that keep their doors open

First off, I'm reading the reviews from everyone on here. You don't know how to use Apollo tv group, it's real simple and reliable. You have play with it, understand it. It's alot of channels on here,gotta search on there. It's real simple and easy, just because a football game or event not on a certain channel, doesn't mean it's not on there.

if you’re ever thinking about joining the Apollo TV group Think again unless you want to be called horrible things and disrespected over simply asking questions they’re right up your alley. specifically a devil in disguised named Marcus who is probably a 30-year-old man still living in his parents basement finding joy in ruining other peoples days because his life sucks specifically taking out his anger on PAYING costomers. I quite frankly don’t know how Marcus still has his job considering all the other 105 reviews talking about his behaviour. but I am a palled of the messages that I received. quote on quote saying that they’re tracking my IP address as we speak. clearly expressing concern with Marcus does not work as he’s a three-year-old child that gets worked up over simple questions. i suggest not subscribing with the Polo TV because you’re also going to have to deal with Marcus.

Marcus is a petulant little pr__k who treats his customers like scum. Apollo are an illegal service, so only take Bitcoin, which is a nightmare to pay with. If you complain about Bitcoin payment, Marcus threatens to cancel your account, keep the money, and block your IP address. The Bitcoin service they recommend, charges USD$45 for each transaction. Apollo Group are under investigation by law enforcement plus the hassle and grief you get mean the whole thing is not worth the risk. The whole thing is a scam. Would give zero stars if I could. P.S. if you want to poke the Marcus bear, just mention the forbidden word “Bitcoin” lol

Do not use them. Had a horrible experience with a rep name Marcus. I will not spend my money with a company that talks to me like trash. Their first option is to cut my subscription rather than look at how horrible their customer service is. I will not spend my money with such a horrible business. The applicator does not have VOD for Mac computers on my tablets and phones. The live TV service is okay at best. I would rather go somewhere else where I am not accepting subpar service and horrible customer service. Do not use them! Also mask your IP address they said they got my IP address.

The worst kind of company. Disreputable spammers randomly harassing the public over phone, text and email on their private contact information. Meanwhile, should you be foolish enough to use their products and services you can expect to be ripped off and disappointed. Avoid Apollo Group at all costs. They should be in jail.

I just signed up for the 10 day trial and looks fine! The only reason people would complain about poor customer service is because they now have to pay while they paid nada for KODI or CINEMA or even UK Turks! I never had to call up customer service ffs! Use it and be thankful, until governments find a way to ban it.

I actually love Apollo Group TV. On my 5th year with them. My cable company was charging me hundreds for basic cable and internet. Streaming services are the only competitors. Yes is buffers, Yes sometimes channels will just stop working - yes it’s frustrating sometimes but there is absolutely nothing available that is remotely better especially for the price. I’ve reached out for help before too and received no reply. They use discord to communicate to their customers. I used to use it. But I don’t like discord at all. That is where I almost got scammed into losing money by an imposter.

The worst iptv provider out there. Just straight trash. Customer service is even worst. I gave this trash company my money for two years hoping that something would change since they have so many channels..but no this is a scam and they suck. Do waste your money.

What went wrong is they continue to force subscribers to use Bitcoin that has to be purchased via CashApp which according to Apollo is charging a 13.00 fee on top of the monthly 24.99. So when you think the 30.00 you're converting to Bitcoin covers the 24.99 monthly rate it only converts to able 17.00 which is only 21 days of service.

Very often get "Cannot connect to edge server"? message, many freezes, connection timeout. Tried vpns, both in Canada and US. Poor to 0 customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Service does NOT work with several VPNs so be careful. I suggested that the compatibility with VPNs be very prominent when you sign up, I was told that "it does not need to be prominent or obvious." So, I've paid for 1 year of service and cannot use it. That was the response. Rudest I've ever encountered. Marcus is horrible and should not be in any customer service role. Avoid Apollo TV Group at all costs.

Service overall is ok sometimes it gets stuck and has minor issues, and everytime i go to them for technical support i get the same routine answers doesnt matter the issue. And it never helps anything it's hilarious. Might be time to go elsewhere

“Scam”

I paid for a year subscription and was provided fake login info. Wasn't ever able to use the service. Tried asking for a refund but was ignored. Save your money
