After placing the order, they request payment without warning that the minimum order is 2 units. The order is cancelled even if you have already paid and there is no refund. If the minimum order quantity is two units, change the order form so that you cannot order only one unit.Update: check yourself, try to make an order with one unit, no warning appear asking for two unit. Only after a payment they ask for the second unit.

I placed an order for one unit. Fortunately, I read the other reviews before making the payment. Effectively no error message appeared despite the fact that the minimum orderable quantity was two units. I thank the trustpilot reviews that alerted me in time.Check yourself.

Good equipment, reasonable prices, delivery works perfectly without failures. The purchase process is very easy, I made an order on the site, support immediately contacted me to clarify the configuration and delivery address, paid with a bank card and that's it. Two weeks later I received a parcel with the goods. I recommend it checked.

This site is a fake. There sales order confirmation email is from apextominer.com, if u look at the reviews on that site, its the same as the .org one. They are very responsive before your order. After you process the order, you will not hear from them. They will reject your emails and block you afterwards. First time buying something via crypto, and its disappointing. No wonder their needs to be regulation in crypto.

I wanted to share that the quality is simply at the highest level, it does not make noise and does not get very hot. And they delivered it literally instantly, after a couple of minutes they phoned for delivery details and the next day I had the equipment. I am a beginner miner and on the advice of my friends I made the right choice to order from this company, and besides, the prices are cheap compared to other companies! So, I highly recommend cooperation with this store!

This site is a scam. I purchased a miner by paying for it in full. As soon as I made the payment my account was deleted and assitance was no longer responding to my emails. In order to get a response I re-registered and placed a new order pointing out that I had already paid. They keep asking me to place an order of two units because in the meantime the minimum orderable quantity has changed to two. They do not agree to refund me any part of it.In reply to apextominer:How can you say my review is fake? I placed the order and paid in full with more than 19 litecoin. The payment is visible in the blockchain.I don't think it's a coincidence that after a negative review many positive reviews appear immediately afterwards all on the same day....

This is a SCAM site.I ordered 1 miner.They forced me to order 2nd as minimum quantity with 25% discount.They confirmed me no other payments.Then they asked for 0.08 BTC for shipping,even though the order says free shipping. They didn't refund my $4000 and removed my account from their site.

I paid, in full, in Bitcoin, for order #598 on 18 January 2022 when the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) was (1) Goldshell KD5 miner. After I paid, in full, I did not get my miner. They changed the terms of sale from the minimum order of (1) miner to (2), after I paid in full, they insisted that I pay the difference, in price, as a result of their policy change of the MOQ which is now (2). I sent over 10 emails to this "company" to try and resolve the problem, but they kept responding to me requesting that I pay the difference. That is the only answer that I have received. I requested my money back and was informed, by "support" that my purchase was non refundable under their terms of "Service." That is not good business. These people are THIEVES, they don't have any mining equipment, of any kind, and are not to be trusted. They ignored all of my inquiries from my initial order #598. I sent screenshots of the original invoice for order #598 and proof of payment in full. They kept ignoring me. Not until I submitted another order, #633, to get their attention, they kept acknowledging the new order and ignored the original order, claiming that I needed to pay the difference and that they were doing me a favor by making an exception from their new MOQ policy of (2) miners. Why would I send more money just to not get what I already paid for? I requested my money back and they refused, saying that it was due to their new terms of service, but I completed the original purchase under the original terms of service. If you pay for something, in full, and the company receives your money, then changes the terms by demanding more money and refusing to give your money back. That is a scam. ALL OF THESE GREAT REVIEWS, FOR THIS "COMPANY" ARE FAKE!!! For me, this was a lesson earned.The company replied and is now claiming that I did not place an order with them. They are lying. I have already provided proof of order #598, in the form of screenshots, of email communications, and proof of payment, in Bitcoin, in full. They stole my money and are now acting as if they've never heard of me. I will not accept their offer, to submit another order, send them more money, and be scammed again. No thank you.
