Is anytimemailbox.com Legit?

My questions were answered andan explanation provided for what was done. I was satisfied with the response I received.

Have been using the service for 4 years now. All I can say it was great. no mail was ever lost. the communication through the app is seamless. my only complaint is that I am being asked to go through the verification again after 4 years

I could not access my account for 3 months, I could not cancel my membership, I kept being charged and customer service didn’t respond to me until I posted a review here. When customer service finally answered, they kept not addressing my ask of being refunded in a typically bad customer service fashion. It has been 5 emails and I am still not refunded.

Absolutely horrible experience.One of my credit cards that was "forwarded" to me was never included in the actual shipment and mailcenter claims it was in the package, which clearly IS NOT the case.Basically, they lost my credit card and do not take responsibility.Also they charged me for 2 shipments which were included in future shipments, so they simply scammed me out of money as I paid for every single shipment separately.Mailcenter's name: NELA Mail Center

I wouldn't use these people ever again, because if you open up a business and you put that address on business cards in your website you're going to have to wind up changing it. Because they don't keep the shipping departments informed, and then therefore they close up their area. Also then you have to update all your address what kind of business is this? On top of that for some reason they got both my email addresses when I only gave them one. Sounds like to me this needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau in the World Trade commission, because when I asked for a refund due to the inconvenience of it they said no.

Never received the parcel paid and shipped Nov 22nd.

I used another service (Traveling Mailbox. Check them out!!! 😀) for my 1st 2 years living in an RV during Covid. I had no issues. Made the HUGE mistake of joining this outfit, and I must warn every traveler against them! My fees went from under $30 a month to $648 in December. December!!!! You know, when people like me would like to buy things for my loved ones. After almost an hour w/ “customer service” (who could only say what the charges were and not who just STOLE FROM ME out of THEIR OFFICE), I was encouraged to call the people holding the keys in Spokane. They could give me no reason why the rates jacked up, only that they’d call me the following afternoon. They didn’t. Instead, I got an e-mail from AMB saying they’d be taking $400 something off, and I still owe over $200 for “scanning”, which I thought would be easier than forwarding since I’ve been on the move for months. Had I known it’d be over $200 to do this (and I still can’t find fine print for how I got charged that!!!), I’d never EVER have requested it. Did they scan it on to gold paper? I’ve paid far less per page to have legal documents transcribed by a pro. A trained monkey could scan. WTH?!?!This service was supposed to be a “convenience”, not destroy my Christmas. Sorry, son, I have to pay this scam of a service instead of get you anything this year. I hope you don’t make my mistake. RUN to the next option on your list of services, and vet/research them HARD! There is no end to the number of shady businesses looking to separate you from your money, but this one takes the CAKE!

After taking the monthly payment, they ask for an extra fee of £50 to start the membership. They do not respond to any refund requests.

I needed a physical address for an online business. Anytime mailbox let me choose the location & price for my address. They made the application process online quick, easy, convenient & affordable. I suggest them to others all the time.

I Created ATMB Account in August 2022 and today ATMB Disabled my account without any reason. I used my USA address in my LLC, EIN , Sales Permit, Paypal, Wise Business and all accounts. Also i have to do IRS Tax Filing on 20 Apr and have to get Very Important mails on my ATMB Address which which i paid $109+$25.Such a pathetic Service by Anytimemailbox.Edit: Issue Solved.

My Anytime Mailbox experience has been stellar. We have been in Europe for 8 months and we receive our mail and follow up actions promptly and without fail. Importantly, we experienced a couple of unique problems with USPS and a sender and Stacy the local representative at our operator (Safety Harbor, FL) was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to problem solve and follow up. She is truly awesome. It is nice to know that they have smart, forward thinking people behind the scenes to jump in when needed. That is so often not the case in other businesses. Keep up the great work!

The worst service! They would take weeks to respond my request for scanning, mail forwarding, or shredding and charge me daily storage fee for it.

Hi,I want to settle a new mailbox in Sydney or Melbourne. I requested a complete price list of Sydney and Melbourne to be sent to my email but no body replied to me. I wonder if you could do that? thanksPrices in Australia website are the same for all mail centers except for the monthly charges. Each mail center in Australia has different forwarding, opening, pickup prices. The real prices are much more than the ones listed on your website. I signed up because of the reasonable prices listed on your website, not the ones hidden and excessive. I insist you send me the complete price list to my email address you already have. Thanks.

I dreaded checking my mail. When I learned about Anytime Mailbox I was thrilled. It only took me a few minutes to set up my new address. It was nice to be able to select my box number and know my address right away. Anytime Mailbox also offers a lot more features for less money than other options. The additional fees are lower too. It will be so nice to never check a regular mailbox or change my address again!

I need an address from California. The website promises to give the address quickly.I paid for the subscription and then was told that I need to pay another $25 to get a notary public.Good!!! I did it. The service then said wait 2-3 business days and you can use the address.It's been 10 days and still my address is not active! Customer service says “We are solving your problem” and does nothing.Horrible service. If you need to get an address quickly use another service.
