Anxiety wave gave me hope when I needed it most. I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks since I was 5 years old. I’m 26 now, and I can officially say I haven’t had a panic attack since I started Jorts course months ago. When it was at its worst, I couldn’t leave the house. Now, I’m able to go to nfl football games, concerts, camping with friends, and whenever I want whenever I want. Feelings of anxiety still pop up because they’re a part of life, but I now know what to do with them when they do, and they don’t run my life anymore.

I am 46 years old and have had anxiety my entire adult life. I've tried cognitive behavioral therapy, read books, meditated, used grounding as a tool among several other tools to alleviate symptoms, etc and this is the first, effective modality that is leading to real healing. Going into it, I was a bit doubtful because I've tried so many things, but I can say - IT'S WORKING. I am in week 6 - my anxiety is decreasing by the day and I haven't had a panic attack in weeks (previously I was having them daily - sometimes 2 in a day!) Plus, the videos are fun. Jort, who presents the videos shares his story and is so relatable. Anxiety Wave is a game changer for me. I am starting to walk my dogs again and have gone to the grocery store alone, etc... I am starting to actually live again.

This course is absolutely great. The concepts are laid out in a very clear way, and you are not bombarded with too much content all at once. The weekly pace helps you solidify your understanding, and the feedback if you have questions is fantastic. What spoke to me about this program is that the way Jort describes his experience, you can trust that he truly understands what it is like to live through panic. That experience has clearly informed the development of the program. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a handle on how they deal with feelings of anxiety and panic.

Easy to understand and explains the fear cycle well. Only someone who has suffered from anxiety can articulate what it feels like.

Already in the first week of this program I feel hopefulness for my struggle with fear and anxiety I haven’t felt in a very long time. It is very encouraging that the “guy in the ad video” is not just an actor. He has really experienced these things and you can ACTUALLY speak with him. Schedule calls with him. He reviews and gives feedback answers questions you may have etc. So far, this is easy to follow and inspiring.

I’m about half way through the program and am very happy with the results so far. I’ve tried most things available to treat anxiety, with little to no results and the ones that worked are just a bandaid. I felt like I needed something tangible and action oriented and I feel like I found it with this program. Simple concept but not always easy to implement.

After trying numerous methods to deal with anxiety from expensive counsellors, hypnotherapy, psychiatrist sessions, online programs, I was hesitant but there was something about Jort that gave me confidence. Rather than an outsider trying to help, here was someone who had faced the same issues as me. I found his sessions easy to watch, easy to respond to and inspiring which was what I needed. My anxiety has reduced. I have eliminated some medication and know that I now face anxiety with greater understanding.

Life Changing at Week OneI struggled with anxiety/panic attacks for 13 years. It's a great program to help with general anxiety and panic attacks. It helps understand the body and brain and ways to sit with it -taking away the worry of worrying.

Have not finished the course as yet. Well done. The presenter is personable and easy going. Feels like it will be helpful. Easy to follow.

It taught me to stay calm and let it pass. And it works. Haven't finished the lessons but will get back and finish 54 lessons, I think. The only thing that I don't like taking the quiz. I made a lot of notes and took my quiz. Something it embarrassed me to write my personal answer on your quiz. This is the best counseling than any other counseling in the past. Thanks to Anxiety Wave ❤️

every time i logan the system doe not take ma back where i finish i have to watch older session to be able to continue by then i am so tired
