STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. ONLINE SCAMMERS. THE PRODCUTS THEY SEND YOU ARE NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND THEN YOU HAVE TO SEND THEM BACK AT YOUR OWN EXPENSES TO HONG KONG IF YOU WANT A REFUND!!!!

Positive side, the dress actually arrived but by then I had seen all the reviews for poor quality, difficult returns etc. Another positive, the size guide was surprisingly accurate and it fit well The downside was the fabric was horribly cheap feeling and it didn't look anything like the lovely dress I wanted to wear for my wedding! Bought another dress in person from a trusted retail outlet. A waste of money, and couldn't be bothered sending back which is what I assume they are aiming for. If I had known it was return to Hong Kong I wouldn't have bought it It's set up to fool you that it's a Spanish company.Luckily only 54 euros but it looked like something you'd buy for 20 on the weekly market. Wouldn't repeat.

SCAM & FALSE ADVERTSING. The store is advertised and called Anna Barcelona. However, the returns you pay for are in CHINA! You have to pay anything expensive return (because the tailoring is so bad). I returned my package now nearly 2 months ago and they keep claiming it is still on its way and they can't refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Total scammers. I ordered a dress arrived late then it was terrible quality made from garbage bag and not at all what it was advertised. I returned it and after three months still no sign of refund, , do not order any items from them total fraud , Estafadores totales. Pedí un vestido que llegó tarde y luego era de una calidad terrible, hecho con una bolsa de basura y no era en absoluto lo que se anunciaba. Lo devolví y después de tres meses todavía no hay señales de reembolso, no les pida ningún artículo, fraude total.

huge scammers and the product is horrible quality doesn’t look like the demonstration of it on the website and they don’t even bother to pay the refund, had to pay it myself to send it back. They should close your business once and for all no customer service no customer care what’s so ever.

Total scammers. Clothes are nothing like advertised. I ordered a sweater and it was paper thin. They told me that I had to pay to return it. So now in bin. Also took 6 weeks to arrive. I wish that I had checked here prior to ordering

I regret not researching this company beforehand. The product I received looks nothing like the images advertised. The quality is extremely poor, and the design is disappointing. To make matters worse, when I tried to return it, I was told to ship it back to China, costing nearly €30 from Spain – none of this was mentioned on the website. I paid €50 for this dress, and the return process feels like another scam. Horrible experience overall. Avoid this seller at all costs!

Not bought anything yet but communication with company is poor

Products very different from the pictures, lousy quality, meaningless patterns.Also, the return policy they have is completely misleading, to make the return you have to send the product to China, when they send it to you from Bcn. The shipping alone can cost you on average twice as much as any of the products they offer.I have been cheated, I will lose 50€, but I hope this review will help to prevent this from happening to the rest of the people interested in their products.

The boots I bought are not matching the images on their website. They sent me the wrong colour,, the logo brand is missing from both external shoes side, the zips are different size and sued very badly, the bottom of the left shoe is coming off and it’s not glued properly, on the website they promote the shoes as leather boots but they are absolutely not leather. They also confirming that the shoes are hand made !!! They are horrendously made with very poor attention to details. They don’t want refund the money !!! They are asking me to send them back paying the courier costs myself and they would only consider refunding the 20% of the total I paid. Real disaster and very upsetting.

Terrible cheap quality different from the photo and long delivery wait. Then when you want to return it they ask you to send it to china and pay the cost or receive a 10% refund and keep the product that I will not wear because it looks terrible. Very bad company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Complete scam, I regret not reading the reviews before. They sell cheap products from aliexpress for high prices, the shipment is coming from China and there's no way to return the package for free or fixed cost if you're not happy with the quality. You can return but it will cost you more that the price of the package. The quality is very poor. Please avoid this seller and tell all your friends never buy from them.

I did not recieve my package. They claimed that it had been delivered to me personally, but i wasn’t even home that day. Furthermore the company refuse to make a refund, as i should go out of my way to find out where the package could have ended up. Such bad service!

I was looking for a dress to wear to my brother's wedding, and saw that they were having a sale, and I bought a dress for 50euros on sale. It arrived, the quality could NOT be worse, AND it does not match the dress from the picture of what I bought. Cheap material, shoved into a plastic bag and shipped from China. I contacted customer service, but you know, these scams take your money, not refund it. Never again. I wish I would have read TrustPilot first, now I'm regretting it.

I have returned an order on 31st July. Despite contacting them twice I have still not had my refund. I would advise people to be very careful about ordering from them.

I wish I had googled the reviews and checked the website now carefully before ordering! Ordered a dress and it arrived about a month later. The material is very cheap the fit isn't great. Wanted to return it, but it's at my own cost to China. The website is in Spanish and the prices in euro (and it's called Anna Barcelona?!), so my assumption was it was shipping from here. I think that is quite misleading.It'll cost me more than it's worth to return it, but they did offer me a 10% discount. Never again.

SCAM, SCAM, they use a name of a Spanish fashion designer to sale clothes FAKE and what received are cheap clothes, nothing similar what I BOUGHT!
