I order March 29, 2024 and it's been two months that I have received nothing. Fake phone number, email is also fake, and when chatting to their bot and spamming it I finally got a response from "Daniel". Offered essentially zero help and assistance, said my order was coming and weeks after still nothing. I reported the website for scamming. Waste of money and time.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! Scam!!!! I ordered a Xbox controller skin for my boyfriends birthday over a month ago! They took my money, and never sent the product. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING ANYTHING!!

At best they're dropshipping from China - at worst they're straight up scamming. I had 2 orders - neither of which arrived. Emails, webchat, messages etc were all ignored. No tracking info given, absolute frauds. Opened a dispute in Paypal - and was refunded instantly. Not the first time Paypal has dealt with these clowns.

Total scam, ordered on June 4th and still haven’t received my order. Customer service hasn’t responded to me a single time after I tried emailing 4-5 times. I even started trying to comment on their posts, and then on their most recent post they disabled commenting. Company is a total joke and seems like it’s run by a 14 year old kid.

Really happy with product was super easy to understand what I was ordering off the website! The stickers are great quality! I have bought from this company before n still have my sticker and it’s still holding up.

Took over a month to come in & never responded to either of the two emails I sent them. When they finally came in, the pop socket vinyl literally took all of 3 days to fade so much that it looks like it's been on my phone for 3 years. The prints on the Pokemon card covers are very low resolution and are smaller in one direction than a standard card. I don't know what they think "highest quality" means.It's like they dropship from an OfficeMax overseas lol.

The poster I originally ordered never arrived. While customer support was initially very responsive and agreed to send me a replacement, they stopped responding to me or providing updates, so I lost confidence that they’d sent it. It eventually arrived, but months after my son’s birthday.

Poor print quality of their credit card skins. They look great on the pictures on their website but once you have them in your hands, big thumbs down.Terrible customer support. Tried to contact them multiple times to talk about the poor product quality. didn't respond via mail/instagram.

Live in the US. Never received the package

Honestly I was skeptical because of the other reviews but I'm was very haply with my order. I ordered a switch skin and paid extra for shipping so it'll come quicker and it came when expected. I got notifications and consistent updated on where my package was. Overall I'm satisfied and would purchase again.

The quality is insulting. When you see other reviews here saying the quality is terrible, believe it. I'm normally a very forgiving buyer and don't typically bother writing negative reviews, but this is actually pretty bad.- Grainy result- Low resolution- Cheap material/coating (I have worked in professional print shops)This stuff will not last, and is likely to disappoint. I ordered three skins (2 standard, 1 holographic). The only remotely passable is the holographic credit card skin, but that obviously is made with better material.

Does not provide tracking. Does not respond to emails or social media messages. All means to find tracking lead back to invoice.I purchased a switch skin and $10 expedite fee and have no gotten item at max. expected wait time (today).

In short, its way past delivery expectationsi sent emails, and i am just ghostedwell have fun with your 30 dollars lolmight as well have ordered from alieexpress at this ratenever ordering from you again

Update August 28: Item finally received after almost 5 months. Still never received a reply so whether it arrived or not the store could not care less. Will go to AliExpress next time. Bought items in April. Its now June I haven't received anything. I do see some people saying their stuff arrived months later but the site claims 10-25 business days. Had I known that was false, I would have just bought from China. Whats worse, they never respond to messages.

Been 2 months since I ordered, haven’t gotten the package, tracking doesn’t show anything, and their customer support won’t respond anywhere. Scam. I’ll be disputing this charge through my bank

First order didn't arrive but they re-sent another and it arrived a couple weeks later. Quality is fantastic and I'm very happy. They look great. Thankyou.

I have bought several stickers from Anime Towns to place on my credit cards and not only have the stickers stayed in place, but I CONSTANTLY get told "Omg that is so cool!!" When I pull it out to pay lol. And each time, I recommend Anime Town because it's well worth it.
