I bought my wedding outfit from Andaaz and I have been truly impressed with the level of service. From the placement of order , communication skills, easy of sending your measurements and their follow up. They asked questions if the measurements did not make sense. The outfit came out perfect and everyone was raving about my outfit. Tanushri was the designer of my outfit , she even helped with matching the jewelry for the outfit which I did not get since I had my own. Thank you Andaaz ! I have found my new online shop. 🥰🥰

Wow! What an amazing experience. I reached out to Andaaz Fashion for 3 custom outfits for a 3 day Indian wedding that I needed ASAP. Even with my tight timeline the team at Andaaz was able to pull it off perfectly. Being a bit out of my element, I was supported in types of garments for specific events, colors, and styles. Would recommended to anyone! Cannot wait to work with the team again.

As always, I am amazed by the customer service provided by Andaaz. Specially, this time I accidentally ordered a size too big and the customer service reached out to me to remind me that normally my size is. smaller than that. I requested them to make the change and they send me the correct size, the orders came very quickly and the dresses are beautiful. I will continue to shop at this place for all my future needs.

I recently ordered 3 custom sized outfits and my experience was a 10/10. My sizing can be difficult. I ordered custom sizes and they walked me through how to properly measure and my clothes came within 2 weeks of providing my size even over Christmas. The clothes are a perfect fit and I plan to order more! Andaaz kept in touch through WhatsApp and communicated the entire time. They are the best! I will be using them all the time.

Do it! Order! Great qualit, style and support. I recently order 2 outfits for an upcoming wedding. Being plus size it has been challenging to find beautiful styles in bigger sizes. I was so impressed with the selection. I was a little nervous to order online, however the customer service was incredible. The chats on whatsapp & support helped with all my questions and gave great advice. This week one outfit arrived and was way beyond my expectations. Unfortunately my other piece was unable to ship at the same time and will not make it for my event / wedding which was very disappointing but the customer service team also helped with this situation. I live in Canada and from ship date to deliver took 4 days...very impressive!

I ordered a saree and received their pre-stitched saree outfit which was completely wrongly stitched and not as per specifications requested. Initially, it was an ordeal to get in touch with CS. The phone numbers did not work and after many days and emails to prove the product sent was defective, Andaaz Fashions finally admitted to their error . It was very frustrating to get across to them as they were completely silent on many occasions ignoring my emails. They lack post sales communication . AF agreed the product be returned to them, and then, another issue cropped up. They were reluctant to pay for its return cost. They expected the customer to bear the return shipment costs, even thought the issue was a result of their error. This is not ethical business practice. They should not expect the customer to bear an additional return cost loss. They should take the responsibility and pay for the return cost. They were only willing to refund Usd$7 as a 'goodwill gesture' -just ridiculous! I had to proceed to dispute the charges with Paypal. Finally, the disputed case closed in my favor . So buyers please be wary of any post sales' issues that may crop up with your order. The company communicates well prior purchase. Once they have your business, the post sales service is poor. This leaves the customer frustrated for trusting them. Be cautious!

NEGATIVE 5* if there was one!! I wish I had read the previous reviews before I bought from this company. Exactly the same thing happened to me. I asked if the outfit would arrive in time for an event on 23 March. They said yes if I placed the order that day. I went ahead then they said it wouldn't arrive in time and asked me to select a different design which would. They sent me photos and I picked one. Of course the item didn't arrive till over a week later ( despite having paid for 2/3 days express delivery ). When it arrived, it looked nothing like the photo. No sleeves, and the bottom half a completely different design. They would only refund me if I send the wrong product back at my own cost! How is this right? I had already paid for the express delivery which was useless, as well as customs and taxes on import.On top of that, there is a price difference of €90 between the one I first ordered and the replacement that they offered me. They told me that would be refunded when the replacement was despatched. Well I still haven't got this refunded!What a scammer! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. UPDATE 29/04/2024 I have gone through paypal dispute and I am only going to get a full refund if I return the item to them at my own cost. Paypal washed their hands off the return fee stating it is of no concern to them. So be VERY AWARE of Paypal's so called buyers protection. Next step: Trading Standards for sure!!!!
