I've worked on 4 different projects with AMZ One Step and none of them went well.- Massive delays (few weeks)- Literally no apologize when they do something wrong- Lack of communication - They'll send you undone content without even checking it beforeAlso, I feel like they are all trained to answer scripted answers every time there's an issue, and it just makes you even more angry.Don't fall into the nice first sales call where they promise you heaven, they can't deliver.
