Absolute scam. I invested $7500. They handed me a store that was never managed. The store never made profit and when I asked for a refund multiple people told me it wouldn't be a problem only for them to stall for 4 months avoiding emails and WhatsApp messages and tell me a refund wouldn't be possible but I could try another store. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!!!!

I hired them on Aug 1 with the Amz wholesale package. After that I made some inventory orders but they never reached amazon. Always this and that happened as excuse but I never got a single cent back. Although I had a good communication with them it looks they were just buying time and once I requested my refund I did not get any answers even already waited months and months for my inventory. I will keep my review because as today it looks to be a SCAM. In case they refund my money I can consider updating my review. So far be aware this really happened to me.

First of all they delayed my website , then handed me over an incomplete website but someway how i did everything by myself for paid for nothing , but as soon as i closed my store they sold my domain to someone else without my permission . Ugghhh….where do I begin with the disaster that this company is? This whole saga began in April of 2024, after much research into what company I should choose for this business endeavor, which was setting up an Amazon and Walmart store. Unfortunately for me, I chose the wrong one. It started with the onboarding process. I paid the fee of $3000 for that. Everything went fine at first, but then these clowns began to claim that I needed to pay for different things like a VPS and resellers certificate. After those fees, about a month later, they claimed I needed a “supplier subscription”. Also, they claimed they were building a website and a Google My Business for me, which was paid for, but they never did that either. Then, four months later, they finally got around to finding some “inventory” for my Amazon store. After I paid for that, it took a month to get to the warehouse, or so they claimed, and then Amazon didn’t approve it. So then I was stuck with inventory that was not approved to be sold on Amazon in the first place. So these clowns decided that they were going to sell it to a different client and then refund me, which never happened. So now, basically, they just literally stole the entire inventory, plus the money that I paid for it. In the meantime, they applied for a Walmart store, even though I had not had any sales yet on my Amazon store. This is not a good idea. After 8 days, my Walmart account was terminated, for IP violations, fraudulent tracking numbers, and horrible shipping and delivery practices. These guys have NO idea about Walmart. And then, after all of this, I finally was able to get my Amazon sales going. After two weeks, things were going very well with it, surprisingly, until I started getting the returns. I literally had 19 returns within a week. I got a warning from Amazon about my account being in danger of being deactivated, so I fired AMZ Flounders. I had no other choice at that point. I started getting returns from customers, and they literally were shipping the items without boxes, with the label stickers attached right to the items themselves! No boxes at all! I have never seen anything like this in my life. After that, I told them I wanted a refund. Someone named Joseph Smith(they all use fake names too), called me from the company. He claimed he was head of “Finance”, and he said that all the people that I was working with were fired from the company, and I was going to be refunded. I have several emails and texts from this lying loser verifying this. I have gotten nothing from this company. I am now working with my bank getting the money back, because these low-life losers won’t refund it. These people are nothing but thieves. They just try and string everything out so you can’t request a refund from your bank or credit card company. I have spoken to some of the “ex-employees”, and I have found out that there was no VPS that was ever purchased, no supplier subscription, no website or Google My Business work was ever done, and my inventory was literally stolen. I have received no refund from these people. I have just gotten some money back from the bank. It is hard to believe that this company is doing this. These people are crooks. The parent company is called Astros Digital, and they also use a company named AMZ Scientists. I have contacted local and federal authorities, and hopefully they can hunt down these people. I hope that more and more people see these horrible reviews, so these criminals aren’t able to steal any more money from anyone else. I will make it my top priority to put these creeps out of business. And “Joseph”, or whatever your name is, and the rest of you awful people, since I know you are reading this, I will not stop until I find you. When I contacted AMZ Founders ecommerce team, they keenly noted my ideas, what my business was, and the outcome I expected from the ecommerce team. I'm writing this review in hopes that no else falls for their "Tell you anything" you want to hear jargon and switch and bait. Most clients need some sort of help setting up their store sites. I'm still waiting for things to be completed and constantly get the run around (lies). Very pushy in having clients create seller accounts on big name platforms and wanting you to purchase products to sell so they can get a split. If that's another service that they offer that is great but don't make it sound like their doing you a favor. I get it they are in business. Then they continually want to have zoom calls (they use a free version and after 30 minutes it automatically ends). Just do what you advertise and are initially hired for. I will give them a few more days to complete whats taking forever on their end. If not I will make a formal complaint to the BBB in New York.

I came across AMZ founder, a scammer through Facebook. I established contact with them and someone could convince me to go for a deal to establish and run a Shopify store. So, I invested $3000 through wire transfer. They come up with a list of prospective businesses for me. I picked pet products for my store. They prepared a website by a bunch of unprofessional developers with so many mistakes. I repeatedly informed them about the mistakes but they could never solve the issues. They hosted in Shopify and started a FB page for my store. But because of the faulty website, I could not manage to sell even a single product. Then I abandoned the store. After a few months, someone with a fake name (they use fake names), called me and asked me to open an Amazon store. He came up with a very convincing business model and assured me to make up for the loss from the previous project. I trust people so quickly. So I entered the trap for the second time. I invested $2000 for LLC creation and seller certification. They did it by taking two months. After that, they asked for another $1000 for VPS. I wanted to pay monthly, but they insisted on an annual subscription. I paid $1044 for that. After that, they asked for money for inventory. I paid one company (given by AMZ founders) $3477.54 (through wire transfer, they insisted on that method of payment). Within 2 weeks the store was supposed to start selling and generating income. But for almost a month it did not. Then they come up with another excuse that the inventory seller is out of stock and they got the money back. They now come up with another vendor to supply products to Amazon for my store. They took another two weeks. After 4 weeks they could not do anything. I was calling them to talk to the person of my contact, but he never picked up my phone. Whenever you call them, someone picks up so that you get the impression that they are caring for you. But in fact, it is how they cheat. From my experience with them, I find that they are scammers working from outside the USA. So please, please, please never deal with them. Initially, they will impress you with eye-catching research and profit prospects, but end of the day they will give you a big zero. If you have money do something on your own. Never believe them. If you find any positive reviews, these are fabricated. Anybody wants more specific information, may contact me. I will love to share.
