I hired AMZ Experts to manage my online store. They took my money, promised me certain profits and did absolutely nothing. They switched me to 4 different people. I repeatedly asked for proof of where my money was going as it was supposed to go to marketing and ad management, they never provided anything or one single sale. When I asked for a refund they simply stopped answering my calls or returning emails. Then their main number is disconnected. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, state attorney generals office as well as Shopify and amazon. This company is also affiliated with the companies Tek Geeks LLC, amz professors and Teknobyl Digital LLC. these companies already have lawsuits against them for scamming. “Bait and switch”
I was asking for help in setting up an amazon account for 2 products. The employee they gave me tried to get me to do another website instead... sent me a mock up and when i tried to just do the amz acount, she would talk down to me an over me and i was having trouble understanding her. She did not explain the process properly and i couldn't get the account set up. Asking for a supervisor who then called me and tried to tell me to do google marketing and for that for 6 month would be 1500 after i had already paid 600 for an amazon set up. I then asked him to just refund my 600 and that my budget for small business did not couint for as much as 1500. He said absolutely NO and when i said i would review his company he threatened me by saying it was defamation and they would take down my current website if i continued. I found company first on facebook with 100 others. i did research on reviews and this company had way more positive than bad reviews. Yes i don\'t believe all, But thought hard to found that many positive . I have been with company now for 5 months and broke even with expenses. Customer service sucks and a bunch of young kids acting a account manager. So far i don\'t recommend this company. Research on this company is hard like hiding some things
