Delivered item that did not work, asked me to send a video of it not working so I did. and they still never replied. having to dispute with my credit card company is embarrasing and that is what they are banking on when they send you broken items. Avoid them and go with a trusted name. I learned a $200 lesson.
I was kinda skeptical at first but overall im pretty impressed. I had received the wrong item at first i was able to contact customer service and they sent me the correct item. The shipping wasn't as bad. I recieved the first item within the first week and then the correct item the following week. Overall I'd probably order from them again.
Toy is GREAT! I recently ordered one of the multi-tool toys, and it was taking a while to ship, and the tracking was pretty sketchy (I just said it was in transit for three weeks without saying where it was starting from or the destination). I was pretty concerned I got scammed especially after reading reviews on here. I decided to reach out to their customer service, which was terrible. I literally got back a terribly misspelled reply in which the customer service rep basically told me to chill out because it hadn't been that long. I was literally just asking about the timeline and was not rude in my email, so I was pretty unimpressed with that. I was able to cancel the order after a month when all of a sudden, it arrived! Yay! And honestly, the toy is great quality and lots of fun.
I received my product today. Website claimed it had 3 functions. 1 out of the 3 worked. It works so well it will not turn off. It is still going and starting to get hot. I have no idea what to do. I have emailed and am waiting on a reply, but what am I supposed to do in the meantime? When I first tried it the lights for the buttons turned on. Now no lights. Just over here thrusting away. I praying I have no company until this thing's battery dies. Smh.
I would never have ordered this had I known it is shipping from CHINA. The Amovibe website is very misleading which shows the item is shipping from Georgia. Pretty big difference in time frame expectation. Tracking gives no indication of when to expect delivery. This is a birthday gift - I would have ordered elsewhere had I known the truth.
I bought this as a gift for someone and I received it much later than expected so decided to return it for a refund. On their website they claim they will refund you if you return it unused and unopened within 30 days of purchase. They responded by telling me they'd refund me 40%, then 80%, trying to barter with me about the return. Do not buy from this company, they're trying to scam me out of getting my money back and don't honor their website's policies.

Disgusting Biohazard ☣️Edit: The quality seemed pretty good for the product I bought. And it had good features, but that doesn't matter since it's unusable because of what I found on it.
