Quick response and quick action to find alternate carriers when the first one fell through. Car was delivered earlier than promised and no damages

The broker was honest and upfront about how the process worked and how the pricing in the industry was determined through a carrier bidding process. Once a carrier was chosen and I approved the pricing, the carrier picked up the truck the next day and delivered it in perfect condition on time.

They secured carrier to transport my truck from Oregon to MI. Inside an hour, ( was contracted w/ someone else for days w/ no carrier contracted) was gona dive it home if they wouldn't of come through, they were great, and cost were as expected.

The car was picked up and delivered in good shape. The date was changed from Sunday to Monday for pickup and delivery was Tuesday not Monday. This was inconvenient for us, but we managed. The driver was good.

My experience was made great by Ameri Freight, because while I was trying to figure out how to go about finding a carrier to transport my vehicle, I needed a company to explain everything to me and guide me, since I had never had a vehicle transported for me across the country. I was unfamiliar with the process and fortunately I met a very nice Ameri Freight Broker/Agent over the phone, by the name of Charity Hindman and she was absolutely wonderful. She guided me through every step of the way and she was very transparent when it came to keeping me informed on this new unfamiliar experience that I was about to take on. She was always there for me, every time I had a question and she always seemed to efficiently respond back with me with an answer, whether it be by phone or texts. My vehicle made it back home to California from Georgia and I’m so glad the process was smooth. Charity Hindman is a great asset to the company and they are lucky to have her on the team.

Melissa explained everything to me in detail. When we didn't get an offer from a carrier in a timely fashion she figured out what the problem was. We were to out of the way in both pick up and delivery locations. She suggested we change the pickup location. Within a day we had offers. The carrier was awesome. Professional, communicated very well and the car was here a day early in great condition. We highly recommend AmeriFreight.

Gina Dodds was up front and honest. She asked questions to better understand my needs. She explained what to expect. She didn't give me unrealistic prices like most companies. My cars were moved with no issues except a locked up brake, which was my fault for not checking it. I couldn't be happier with this transport.
