David Hernandez helped me to save my home and to enjoy the rest of my life having been able to pay off all debt and live mortgage free through a reverse mortgage. His patience were gold standard and helped me to overcome all potential obstacles. His commitment was gold standard. He was able to have some pre-approval charges paid at closing and I was pleased to have found that my homeowner's insurance was paid through its term through escrow. In the end, I asked David to stay in touch because were I to need services such as his again, I won't need to look elsewhere.

I called several weeks ago. She stated she would call back that day and never did. She took all my information, name, address, house worth, balance owed, etc. if they didn’t want to give me reverse mortgage, the decent and professional thing is to call back and advised so I can go in a different direction. BTW, it took a couple of calls leaving messages for a call back. That should have been an indicator for me.

My lender David Houghten, was very efficient; he did not waste time I was able to get the funds right away. I can compare the expedient efficiency of my lender with another reverse mortgage company I was going to go with, I must say I’m glad I didn’t!
