I purchased a long sought-after varsity letterman's bomber jacket of the kind actor KJ Apa wears as Archie Andrews on the CW series RIVERDALE. I ordered this jacket on the heels of getting one from another online seller whose product was cheap and flimsy, so buying from ALJ was a leap of faith. Discovering after sending my payment that "American" Leather Jackets was actually in Pakistan had me worried. I needn't have stressed.The staff was very attentive to my concerns and kept in contact, making sure they had the best fit for my size. They even provided illustrated charts to guide me in how best to get the proper measurements. When the jacket arrived, I was pleased with the finished product. Unlike the lightweight costume versions of the Riverdale jacket you'll find in Halloween shops, THIS is a genuine letterman's bomber jacket, with the real weight and strength a varsity player would have.The fit is excellent and the resemblance to the photo used in the listing is almost exact. The yellow of the sleeves is a bit brighter than those shown in the photos, which is actually closer to the version seen on the CW show, so I see that as a bonus. The only drawback, if we can call it that, is that the "R" is in a slimmer font than the broad letter seen in the listing photos. It is genuine chenille and sewn on well, as with any actual high school jacket, so I'm willing to overlook it.Overall, a positive experience with some conscientious people who turn out good work. Just like “H” below...I also bought a $170+ jacket...the “John Dutton Yellowstone” jacket. It took 3 weeks to arrive and, upon opening the pkg, I knew that I had made a mistake. Poor quality product so I submitted immediate return auth request. To date: ZERO responses after multiple attempts from “customer support team” that is a GMAIL address. A painfully expensive mistake. Buyer Beware!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Purchased a San Francisco 49ers starter jacket (before I realized this company isn't even based in the US mind you). I actually own the exact jacket I purchased from them since this was to be a replacement, so I have the best point of comparison one could have. The 49ers colors are red and GOLD. What I received was some cheap fugly BRONZE monstrosity with cheap ass embroidery. Not even going to waste time and energy trying to return it since they are based in Pakistan and I already know how that story is going to go. I'll charge it to the game and give this peace of crap to the Salvation Army or Goodwill.

This is one of those scam companies from China! Yep - our jacket did not fit and when we requested a larger size, they tried to get out of replacing it. Here is the email I received: "Sorry that you are facing a problem.You can exchange it with which ever size you want. But exchanging process is too costly as you will have to pay for both way shipments.Moreover there are some times custom issues while returning the jacket like it sometimes stuck in custom.We can offer you same jacket with 20% discount and keep the old jacket with you, if you don't want to pay both way shipment fees."
