Is americanfizz.co.uk Legit?

The best USA retailer in the UK. Great range. Always lots of root beer! Always quick delivery and well packaged. The website is a bit clunky and slow to load but it's a small issue . They are great!

I was sceptical at first after reading the negative reviews but don’t let them put you off. I placed an order on Monday and it turned up today Saturday 23/11/24. All in dated products except the ones I ordered which I knew were slightly past their date but fantastic service. Great variety of stock and also very reasonably priced, I will be buying from these again. A* service

Have used American Fizz since moving here over 11 years ago. When I first started using them, they were great. Last few orders I noticed the use by date was fast approaching. Also many times I’ve tried to order things as soon as I receive the email stating it’s back in stock only to receive a message saying it’s not in stock! The new website is totally useless!!! Time to find a new company.

My mum recently ordered some things off the website and it came today. As we (including my baby sister) were trying some things, it turns out everything we got was between 1-3 years out of date. They didn't even bother to say it was out of date. I get maybe a few days out of date but a few years is pretty gross so we won't be eating anything. Plus, the jelly belly cherry drink bottle was deflated so we won't be buying anything anytime soon

Wish I had read reviews before ordering from this site. Ordered condiments first week august received a bottle with Aug 24 expiry, emailed customer service who were useless and have not responded to my follow up email. Their policy for short dated goods are that the manufacturer advises against consuming products after the expiry but there’s nothing wrong with it. Terrible customer service and a lottery if your goods will turn up with a decent amount of time before expiry

This store does not seem right to me. I need to buy 30 pieces of one product from their store, but it's been 5 days since I emailed them asking if they provide invoices to their customers. I only asked them this, but they are not responding and are not answering calls either."

Outraged at the British government for forcing drink manufacturers to put sweetener in everything I am over the moon at the products available at American Fizz. Their ordering system doesn't allow you to order too many items they will run out of. Generally their orders are sent in a couple of days and arrive in perfect condition. Extremely happy...unfortunately I think I keep cleaning them out of one particular Item! Thank you so much for your great service.

Have ordered a few times and always get my items in a timely manner, but this past order I ordered dressings which only had a month left on the best before date and are now unusable. Way too expensive to chance dates like that when ordering.

I ordered some bits for xmas. Three of them turned up with very short dates 1 1st Oct, 1 1st Nov and 1 1st Dec, 1 item was also completely wrong. These were all christmas gifts! When I messaged the lady was unhelpful and abrupt saying the only thing she would refund was the one that went off in October. She said if they were gifts I should have let them know?? how odd that all of their xmas produce is out of date as she went to check on my wrong item and came back to say the correct one would also be out of date before xmas. Clearly last years stock! There are plenty of other companies offering US items, avoid this one at all costs! I've lost out on about £12.00 as she refused to refund the xmas gifts just said I could return at my own cost even though its not my fault!

I was soo apprehensive to purchase through American Fizz!!!! I appreciate when others write reviews so hence mine. I ordered Wednesday and received by Friday. The items were clearly labelled if quick shelf life and other items would last me till 2023/2024. I can't wait to finish my stash to reorder! Absolute excellent packaging on drinks!!!

Couldn't find some pretzels in Tesco, turns out no other supermarket stocks them either!Cue panic, was scouring the American food sites and saw what I needed from American Fizz.Ordered 5 bags, decent enough price considering they were BIG - on the 11th, and they were shipped on the 14th, arrived on the 18th. Highly recommend!

Super fast dispatch and next day delivery, once the order has been dispatched. Items are well packaged, with drinks / fragile items being bubble wrapped and double boxed. I have ordered 4 times from them and I only have excellent things to say.Items are cheaper than any other website from the UK selling American products.

Customer service absolutely appalling. Placed order well in time for Christmas delivery. Chased when order did not arrive on the date , 5 days only after point of order as stated on their website site when ordered, only to receive an email stating it will now be delivered after Christmas. Requested refund no response and no phone line pick up. Now having credited card company reclaim monies back . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

So, I imagine your satisfaction depends on what you are purchasing from American Fizz. Candy and less breakable things are fine, but ordering Tostitos has not been a huge success bc they arrive mostly broken. I can't figure out if it's their packaging (ie trying to fit too many bags into one box with no insulation around them for protection) or if it's simply the problem with importing fragile food products from the States? Either way, unless you want tortilla bits to top your chili or soup, buying Tostitos from them isn't a huge success. Which is a pity because Ocado has just stopped carrying them too, so now there is no place to get them. Sigh.

I've used American Fizz SO many times over the past few years and I've never had ANY issue with them.They are much cheaper than other places and their reductions area is great.If you need assistance their Facebook page is very responsive and lovely too!There's always messages on their website too if they're experiencing delays with shipping which is very handy as not every place does this. I'll be using them much more in the future as I love the American Soda they do. It's always much cheaper than stupid Kingdom of Sweets that charge like £3 a can!!

Have recently been writing quite a few negative reviews for other companies sadly lol but just wanted to highlight how happy we are with our order from American Fizz.Firstly items proefessionally packed and extremely well, crisps in separate double padded box and everything else compartmentalised.Also received this nice and quick less than 3 days from ordering and delivery with a tracked fed ex service. Good to see some companies keep up their high standards in difficult times.Excellent products and by far the best place to get your American snacks in the UK.Well done American Fizz!!

This company offers an appalling customer service. If you make the mistake of giving the wrong delivery address there is no point trying to contact them about it, no matter how fast you do it. They won't read it and answer it for days. And your parcel will end up at the wrong place. Even if they retrieve it and they promise to deliver it to the correct address for a supplemental fee like they did with me, don't believe them! They won't. They will just redeliver it to the wrong address, like they did with me. And they won't even apologise and they will blame it all on you. Avoid that company at all costs! They are a total waste of money, and of time. And also their stocks always run very low on everything. Extremely disappointing experience.

Super fast shipping, very well packaged, items came just as described, I am over the moon and will be putting another order in next pay, I ordered so much stuff and the prices were so cheap! Everything is so well priced and a lot cheaper than what I’ve seen in stores and on tiktok, such a huge range, and plenty of choices for sugar free, vegan etc. I also love the variety of the different hampers they do which are all also very reasonably priced. Most definitely the best website I’ve come across for sweets/snacks etc. so far and couldn’t recommend enough, so excited for my next order. Thankyou so much!

So I ordered a LOT of stuff including 4 cases of mountain dew (50 cans). The order was received within 4 working days, all brilliantly packaged. The customer service is exceptional. All items very reasonably priced so happy. This was my first order but you have a loyal customer now. Ps I've not told my husband how much I spent so let's keep that between ourselves.
