Signed up due to good offer but immediately received an invoice rather than a welcome package. Emailed support to cancel contract the next day but has been ignored. Now have received an invoice for a website build that I didn't even sign up for. Scam company just looking for easy money. Bank and ombudsman have been contacted to retrieve monies.

Everything is fine at the moment. Nicole was super helpful, she give us a very good support. We need just time to practice to understand all the Amenitiz functions.

Amenitiz is a simple and effective channel manager.Pros: you can connect with Google hotels, airbnb and booking. The price recommendations tool is handy. They set up your own website with booking engine and it looks very professional.Cons: a bit pricey for small accommodations. I'd like it to collect ID'S and send them to the police automatically or semi. Can't connect to VRBO yet, though it's supposed to be fixed soon.

Prompt to respond with human interaction.We were having some bugs on our calendar and a issue with some pricing.They managed our phone connection problem with a specific country line by proposing alternate effective solution.They were attentive and took over promptly our problems and will look into the matter. Terrible - don't even think of signing up with them! Amenitiz blocked my access to my booking.com account! In the beginning they made huge promises in their sales pitch- all lies- the signup was so much admin, then the did nothing as promised:Calendar view is not what was shown in the demoGoogle hotel link requires 1 night stays and same day check ins which was never mentioned in the sales pitchWebsite is clumsyCan’t edit or message manual bookingsHousekeeping can’t get a calendar view only without editing bookingsCan’t take credit card payments for direct bookingsMobile app view is terribleThe don't connect to any of our local OTA'sSupport takes ages and when I refused to pay the next subscription fee (emailed and explained why) they somehow blocked my access to my booking.com account.

I love having one platform with all my bookings and my website which I can edit anytime I want to. The customer service is excellent always fast to reply, easy to talk to and very good!
