Signed 3 contracts to be completed in 3 months of signing each contract. 10 months later they are still working on them. Incomptence, missed phone calls, lies and an inability to do what they promised. A complete waste of time and money. All they are good at is talking & terrible at executing.
It was amazing working with Mark smith. He was very professional, and very good at communicating. I look forward to more projects with them. My experience was amazing
My novice book writing journey has been extremely pleasant and productive because of Hailey Gray. She is absolutely the “BEST” project manager. Extremely patient, always available, AND …. she knows her stuff. Couldn’t be more pleased with her service and the results.Dwain Harris
I have been working with Rachel Austen for the last year and half on multiple books. I can honestly say she writes the best cover blurbs, ever! She has an ability to cut to the chase and find the true meaning of the words that will encourage readers. Rachel executes excellent written skills in copy also.Mary Barr / Author
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shawn Hill. He has been a tremendous asset to the project and it was wonderful working with him. He has been patient, thorough with me. I have had some technical difficulties a few times and he has been very understanding. He also picked a splendid team for the book cover and proofreading of my book. I appreciate the effort they put into publishing my book and will definitely love to work with Shawn Hill and his team again in the future. Kind regards,Emiljan
Harvey Anderson brings positive and enthusiastic energy to his position as project manager. Whatever issues arise, Harvey resolves them quickly. I can place in his hands my trust that he will make the best decision in areas where I have no expertise. He is very personable and remembers details about the author. I would be happy to work with him again. If it was logistically possible, I would take Harvey to a fine dinner to congratulate him on a job well done.
Amy White has been my publishing case manager and has always been polite and punctual with her replies. I was quite anxious and overwhelmed trying to publish my first book by myself and she was with me every step of the way to answer my questions and provide reassurance. I’m so happy my book was able to be brought to life for such a good price with such a great team.
When publishing a book for the first time you really don’t know where to start or what questions to ask. I consider myself blessed that I was connected with Amy from Amazon publishing. Amy is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuine. She has gone above and beyond what I expected. I feel like she inspired me to keep going and followed up with me to ensure I completed every task. I’m so thankful we connected and I hope this is one of many books we will publish together. Amy, you are best in class and made a dream into a reality!
From Wallace John, author of Chasing Hemingway: Sam Taylor and Ivis Anderson of Amazon Publishing picked up my book project, after it had been stalled for four months by the previous group. I now have a complete book that is available on Kindle and hopefully will be available in hard and soft cover with the next week or two. Sam and Ivis have been quick to respond to my needs and offered sound advice. I would recommend them to any novice authors as editors for their work.
I have been working with Rachel Austen on my children’s book and she has been wonderful and supportive throughout the whole process. She understood my vision for my illustrations and nailed it. Rachel is very communicative and her follow through whether via email or text is always timely. I look forward to working with her on my next book!
Since Max Conner took on this project, he has been excellent. He expedited everything and always kept me in the loop. Max not only finishes the job on time but also constantly suggests brilliant ideas for needed changes. He helped me publish my book on Amazon and is currently marketing it. I will always prefer Max Conner for my projects.
Jake Roberts has worked with me on my books 'A Spiritual Awakening' and 'From Tragedy to Triumph' with unselfish devotion. Having had experience with another publish who was not to my satisfaction, I feel blessed that Amazon is my publisher now.
Not Even One StarDon't waste your money as I did. The whole process was upside down and poorly managed. I paid for a "hard edit" package with developmental review to be followed by professional editing and formatting, etc. as would be the normal process. My first round of editing was a once-over lightly copy edit and full formatting. I am not naive or vain enough to believe I am that good a writer.
I’m truly happy with the help of Rachel Austen during the process of publishing my book. She was beyond the expectations, always answering my emails, text messages or phone calls. I recommend her 100%Thanks Rachel..!
Sam Taylor and Nave Alexander were polite and wonderfully responsive. They made the publishing of my book so much easier than I could have done on my own. Thank you, Nave & Sam!!! And thanks to Amazon for offering so many helpful publishing services!! New Author Caroline Wellington,"Caroline's Chronicles"to be published March 2024
Tina was very professional throughout the entire process. She kept me informed as to how to proceed in each step of the way, from manuscript to book. Whenever there was any type of question, she contacted me either through email or by phone. She was also able to resolve any issues that might have been encountered, in a timely manner.
My representative Tina, made sure my wishes and words came first priority. She always left me feeling I did a good job and felt confident in my work. I was very fortunate she was my rep. As well I asked her a lot of questions some more than once and she always came through with answers and that I was doing just fine. And here I am.
Using the Amazon name to mislead authors is bad. That Google permits this fake establishment to pay for placement at the top of the page is immoral. The best part is that Google doesn't implement criteria for the company description, which allows Amazon Publishers Online to describe themselves as #1 publicists with a package of $11,000+.
James Enzo has been very helpful with my experience at Amazon Publishing. He is always available to talk through things with me, explaining everything in a way I can understand, and responds quickly when I need something. Mr. Enzo has been very straightforward and detailed about what is needed and when. I would absolutely recommend him to someone else going through the same experience as me and trying to publish a book they're passionate about.
Samuel Gray & his team helped me, a first time author, get my book published and online after the process was stalled in the hands of others. They were patient, helpful, and did a great job overall!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices
The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

Is amazonpublishersonline.com a scam? YES ! I paid $1600 for a children's book to be formatted/illustrated for Amazon kdp. I was a first time author with no previous experience in publishing. They passed me from one patronizing agent to another over a 4-month period. Each agent had his own agenda pitching various other very expensive publishing and promotional services. I was never even assigned a real illustrator. Thanks to PayPal, I managed to recover half of the $1600. I definitely consider this site fraudulent and a scam.
