Site has now begun disguising ads as emails. I always open unwanted emails and unsubscribe. This keeps my inbox manageable, but now some 'emails' are really just links to an ad. This WILL cause me to stop using all yahoo services. I. HATE. ADS.

absolutely horrid website the way it just doesnt function at all everytime i try to check my fu/cking emails it just doesnt work telling me to come back in an hour icl this is why no one uses yahoo might aswell close down ur business cus ur basically getting no sales. u dont even have reliable customer services and ur overall emailing thing doesnt work 95% of the time. Why are you guys even an email? gmail and other emails are 100 x better than you guys so why bother when the competition is so far ahead of you?

I'm receiving about ten spam emails per day which these silly company fail to recognise and block.They're asking me to pay for services that are actually for free and should be their responsibility! Paid extortion. . Yahoo decided to lock me out of my account for "too many attempts" and refuses to do anything except offer paid support. Riddled with ads, have been breached numerous times, current pending class actions lawsuits..All signs point to Yahoo is going under and this is a pathetic attempt to retain user numbers to prove they arent the largest joke and technical dinosaur.

It is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was trying to find out my password because my backup email didn’t work anymore. Yahoo’s customer service guy just told me there was not enough information of verification and hangup on me! Obviously avoiding problem solving for customer. That is how yahoo loses customers…

Are you really so short of money that you have to reduce the space on mail to a minute square!??? Today a second advertising bar appeared at the bottom of my screen reducing my email visibility by 50%. They block my account for no reason. No any support chat/email/etc. contacts on its site. I was able to contact with them via reddit (Yahoo-CustomerCare) but they did't help me and more don't explain me why would they done that.

I have alwas had gas appliances and it helps to use common sense. Good ventilation in your home no matter what appliances you have or what oyher things you are doing. Somr of the new homes are so closed up tight that might also contribute to problems. Neither of mu adult children have asthma nor my 20 year old granddaughter who has always lived with me. We are always being told about our overloaded electric grid and have had electric outages but I never hear about how that is going to be repaired or when it will be repaired; so what do you think will happen when everyone switches from gas to electric? I'm not switching. When electric is down I still have some options left.

I tried logging into my account on a new device after my old one became unusable and was unable to sign in, even after inputting the code from my recovery email, as I no longer have access to the phone number I signed up with. I was hoping customer support would be of some assistance but they just wasted my time. For whatever reason, the rep could not confirm I was the owner of the account, even after providing proof of identification, personal information, and the recovery email and code. I was told to call back in 24 hours to try again and reminded it was a paid premium service. I've had my yahoo account since 2006 so I guess it was time to let it go anyway.

I recently had my Yahoo and Facebook accounts hacked, and I can't remember my last password to get back into my Yahoo account so I can unlock my Facebook account. Trying to reason with a Yahoo Chat Bot is a waste of time, indicates they "can't help me" unless I go Yahoo premium and gives me an American 1 (800) number, when I'm in Australia! I have had my Yahoo account for 23 years and they can't even organise anything proper. I should have got rid of Yahoo years ago. Totally disorganised and worthless to boot.

They really need to add a Zero Rating or even a negative to these for times like this because the rating of 1 implies they have done atleast something good in their service. I have multiple personal and business emails through yahoo.com. As I was looking at my email one night on my phone it showed there was someone logged in in another state. I was given the option to log all users out of my email from all locations which I did. I proceeded to try to log back in to change the passwords but due to the two-step authentication I was unable to log back in. The first step sent me a text to verify who I am, then it sent me an email to verify who I am. Unfortunately, I cannot respond to that authentication because I cannot log into my email to get the email to authorize me to get into my email. Does this even make sense at all? The first tech was going to help me for free due to my situation but because I was unable to remember the information I would be calling him back and he put on the account that I was not to be charged for this, The next tech says we are going to start over and he will have to charge me because it is not their problem so if I want my email back I will need to pay them for a premium service.

I have been using Federal Express for many years to ship expensive items I sell on peer to peer marketplaces. Lately, about the last year or so, their service has deteriorated. Each time I ship, I create labels online, fully insure each item, and drop off the boxes. The last one was damaged. FedEx says I did not insure this item. I went back, and they did not email a receipt with this label purchase. They cannot provide me with a receipt. Talked to 4 CSR's so far, each promising to resolve, and in each case no follow-up, Case languishes. IF you choose FedEx who usually does OK, make sure you get a receipt, all documentation, and hope you don't ever have to deal with any problems-they just run you around, doing nothing, until you give up. All my insurance I paid them lost - will use UPS moving forward. Just be careful!
