Did not have a clue who this was until she gave me dates time and email I had sent.I did my checks and she was correct. Very good customer service, helpful, friendly.

In a short time of requesting a chat, an agent assisted me, sorted my queries. Best service ever, I’m relieved right now, my worries have been erased. The agent further on assured me that an email will confirm everything and in a short time, an email was received.

To be honest I was redirected from another site to allyours.vip and was not aware of the funds related to this website but when I contacted the support services they were very helpful in stopping the debit orders.

I ordered three Victoria secret body sprays for my nieces for Easter I haven't reserved them and they have took four £8.13 payments out my bank and they said its for a subscription but I never signed for the subscription am forming not happy I want the box sets and my money back they took off me

I was browsing on facebook for some dashcam monitor and wanted purchase one but after filling in all the information required for shipping and payment, for what reason it redirected to Allyours.vip site and my card was immmediately charge and also a recurring charger a few days later.I am very appreciative of it and wish him all the best.Abbey

I encountered issues with cancelling my subscription, that I didn’t sign up to (I didn’t share bank details). After several months I was emailed today with the offer of a full refund, on the proviso I post a review suggesting ‘the problem is taken in charge’ and I upgrade my rating to 4-5.. ‘Once your review is posted, we'll promptly process the refund.’

Good company to deal with. My experience was great even I cancelled my experience. Refund was quick. Even today it was quite nice speaking once again to Eugine informing me that i have a refund that i did not know. Welldone to this company and great staff.

They took money out of my account without my authorisation, for a subscription I did not sign up for, I have had to have my card cancelled which is inconvenient and details changed.Be very careful

Answering to an advertisement on Facebook to get an Apple device for only 2€ I gave my credit card details and waited for confirmation of the shipment. Nothing of the kind came. What came was a charge on my CC of 69,50€ resulting in a total 'credit' of 71,50€ for purchases on a site I never heard of, with a no-refund policy. I entered the cancellation request on their site. Long story short; 10 days later I got notified of an imminent next charging of 69,50€ on my CC. I ventilated my firm dissatisfaction with this line of conduct in a second filling of the cancellation option. To my surprise shortly after I received an email from them stating their escalation team had reviewed my case and was willing to cancel the second charge of 69,50€ and even to refund the first one. In case of an effective refund I appreciate the efforts of their escalation team to conduct fair business. As reviews can be updated, I have no doubt they will honor their promise.

I never signed an account with this company and I don't know from where they got my credit card datas. On March 18th I've been charged 39,5 Euros, I immediately contacted them, have been told I "signed"a one month subscription. I've canceled it. Today, 31st March, I've been charged again. I wrote to their chat on line that I was going to place a complain with the italian post police and they immediately tried to charge my card again. Thanks God I was smart enough to close it. Be aware! It's a scam!!!!!!The problem has been solved.

I tried to order something and they charged me for a membership. Today Scott from customer support contacted me for a full refund. Seems problem is solved.

I have no experience as I don't know the app and how I ended up there. I just saw when my money dissappeared I was furious.
