Ms Hunter provided me with utmost support and with all the areas I needed for especially with my appealing resume. She always returns my call everytimeI leave her a message about any questions concerning my resume, cover letter and employers who could possibly hire or at least step my foot on an interview. She’s very patient, very polite and accommodating case worker, always reachable. Her work ethics is excellent!.

The program really help me financially. I was on recovery for three years and had really used up most of my resources. So the program has been a big help. I was very thankful for the opportunity.

Lack of knowledge when it comes to services and time frame

Allsup really makes the complicated process of ticket to work really easy and they give you plenty of reminders and instructions on what you need to do to be successful. Recently I spoke with Megan B. - I have worked with her in the past but didn’t get her name, she is the sweetest employee, not only did she help me out with my paperwork, she went the extra mile and updated my file so that everything would be complete for a while. She wasn’t pushy or cold- she had compassion and was patient with me when I didn’t understand something- she was professional and thorough and made me feel like I wasn’t just another number! I believe she would make a wonderful manager or trainer and hopefully Allsup feels the same way! Nonetheless, Bravo Megan! And bravo Allsup for hiring people who genuinely care!

My reprsentative was cordial and informative, she asked probing questions about my work history and my various titles. She spoke to me about how the agency operated and the types of support available and stressed the importance of open lines of communication.

I guess this company is not able to help everyone the way the company professes to be able to, nor the way all the raving good reviews say they were helped by this company.
