allagents.co.uk Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives allagents.co.uk one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 83. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 83 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to allagents.co.uk's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning allagents.co.uk, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between allagents.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of allagents.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of allagents.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. allagents.co.uk is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether allagents.co.uk has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether allagents.co.uk boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, allagents.co.uk.

Online Reviews of allagents.co.uk

  • Trustpilot
  • Score: 2.1
This website allows people to leave fake reviews/ mistaken reviews and keeps them up. We called the company and asked them if they could amend this or contact the poster and their response was to pay them a monthly subscription. That is unbelievable and borderline illegal.
We have just used Forrests Estate agents in Feltham Martin & the team have been amazing. I live 60 miles away. They have done all the viewings. Kept us informed at all times. Dealt with any problems with solicitors and have even taken meter readings on completion. Would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for an agent in Feltham or surrounding area
Having given more than 3 months notice to cancel our subscription with Allagents, they still failed to cancel the account at the end of term and continued to charge us. Despite numerous emails requesting a refund we have not had a single response. Their customer service is appalling.
As an estate agency, South East Residentials, we recently discovered that AllAgents.co.uk had listed our business on their platform without our consent. To make matters worse, they have allowed several false and misleading reviews to be published, which are from individuals who have never been our clients. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation, AllAgents has denied us access to manage our profile or respond to these damaging reviews. This has caused significant harm to our reputation and affected our ability to attract new clients. We are currently taking legal steps to resolve this issue and are deeply concerned about how such practices can affect the integrity of online reviews for any business. If you are another estate agent experiencing similar problems with AllAgents.co.uk, we encourage you to contact us. Together, we can take a stand and ensure our businesses are protected from such damaging practices.Let's battle this together and ensure fairness in how our agencies are represented online. Feel free to reach out to us if you've been affected as well.Best regards,South East Residentials
They are justifying a Plymouth Estate Agent, who has gone into liquidation owing nearly a million pounds and reopened with the same director under the same brand, they have been informed about the situation and are still recommending them to the public. All Agents are not the site to go to for recommendations.
This is now the 3rd time I’ve had to change my review because they complained it’s unfair. Stop posting malicious reviews on your own website without any proof if you don’t like being treated the same way by the people who’s businesses you have helped get an undeserved bad reputation. Yours however is well deserved.
I was referred to Allagents by a couple of Landlord advise articles I found on the web. I spend an evening compiling a shortlist of letting agents I might use, but am now questioning the value of the data. Website also very slow and went offline. Some big-name agents in my area have very few reviews or scores against them, whilst a small independent agent has large numbers. How can this be? Also some have small/large numbers of reviews, but the majority of their reviews are many years old. Companies change over time (staff/mgmt changes, resourcing, branch closures, demand change etc), so hundreds of mainly eg 7-year old reviews for some of the agents I shortlisted are almost useless. I'm going to use the data, but will cross-check it with other rating services such as Trustpilot & GoogleMaps. The principle of Allagents is great, but I don't think it has enough uptake to achieve balance and I couldn't see obvious info on how they check authenticity of reviewer accounts.
5 star to Allagents, as you allow genuine reviews about well known scammers. Those scammers are now leaving 1 star review to AllAgents for not removing those reviews. Just check 1star reviews and familiarise yourself with estate agent scammers and thieves and beware of them. One of them famous Harrison Clayton from Assured Estate Agents (he changed company name to AE1 Estate Agents and changed it again to Watson & Edwards, thinking he can getaway from scamming people by changing company names and not submitting accounts on Companies House, bless!!!) Thank you Allagents, keep up good work!
Terrible company who seem to filter reviews according to their own agenda which results in a severely distorted picture of any agent that has the misfortune to appear on their site. They are thoroughly unprofessional and dishonest and I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your research. Rude staff who will claim they acting only in the interests of "the consumer" when actually they really don't care about the consumer. Believe the many bad reviews on here - funny how there are only two 5 star reviews in recent weeks which have come from a "Mr Barber" and a "Mr & Mrs Barber". Coincidence?! Of course not.
Absolutely terrible company. They list other companies without their permission. When you ask that they remove your company they say ok, and then they don't do it. Then they ignore all correspondence regarding it. Over 6 months we have been ignored now.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Fake negative reviews are left for hardworking family businesses which can be proved to be fake. No action is taken by this website even though we can provide irrefutable evidence. that the reviews are fake. If we were to take out some form of subscription though our voice apparently may be heard!* well this is interesting. The only way you actually reply is here and your comments are incorrect. Why will you not engage with the agents? This is the only contact we have had from your company in over two months. And a ‘spate’ of negative reviews is 3 reviews from the same person who we have never actually had a business relationship with! Three reviews from the same person contravenes your own rules! The calls to your sales team were only made due to the lack of engagement from your company, what else are supposed to, there is no other means of talking to you.
Great Review Site, Really helped me find the right estate agent to use. Allagents were being bullied with a certain well known Online Estate Agent (Purplebricks) after PB tried to have bad reviews removed after bad customer service to vendors. They will be the ones leaving the bad reviews on here!
When asked to remove a false review from disgruntled customers who post fake reviews, we were told to take out a Gold Package for £300 per month to do so.**This has been altered, due to accuser reporting the comment to be accusatory or defamatory. Only edited to comply with TrustPilot T+Cs**
I’ve never had a reputable company treat me the way all agents have treated me. We will be ceasing all business with all agents until this matter is sorted. Their shortsightedness is just the beginning of the accounts teams incompetence. The sales people are under staffed. I’ve never once had a reply back. All agents owe me around 2 years of fees after purchasing a company. I handed in notice and they charged regardless. The account was an only used to pay the outstanding bills of the business of which all agents wasn’t one of them. Stay well clear. The accounts team put the phone down on me before I got a chance to even speak to them. The director should be ashamed of themselves employing an accounts team with this attitude. I’m never able to speak to anyone but sales. I may just instruct a solicitor to prove a point and then share my journey online with all to see. I have many friends in the industry being in it for 22 years. No wonder you don’t hear much of them anymore and looking at the reviews below I’m clearly not the only one who feels this way. Following on from your reply. Thank you for doing what I would have done anyway. I refuse to pay a scamming company anyhow. We do not require your services. If you are aware of who I am, why not return my calls. It’s only because I’ve been avoided for months that I have lost any patience with all agents. Your poor staff have taken the wrath that you should be taking considering you’ve avoided paying back what is rightfully mine. It’s funny how you’ve attacked my character rather than replied to the actual matter of owing 2 years of fees.
As per many other reviews on here. This website is not fit for purpose. They allow fake reviews to be left by people who have no connection or dealings with the businesses they review. When you highlight this to them, they are arrogant and refuse to remove any reviews. AllAgents also allow the same person to leave multiple reviews on a business, just slightly changing the wording, so a business can appear to have LOTS of negative reviews when infact its the same person. Unfortunately, businesses do not have a choice or say if they appear on their website.
Doesn’t bow to pressure from rogue agents. In an industry where a bad egg can cost you dearly, it’s good to have companies like Allagents who will publish genuine reviews so that the public can make wise and informed choices about which agents to choose. I’m sorry so many disgruntled agents see fit to trash your ratings, but it’s just proof of exactly the kind of people we don’t want to deal with. Thank you for not giving in to blackmail
This company seems to run for the benefit of Estate Agents rather than consumers. I submitted a review for bad service from an estate agent but it wasn’t published without any explanation or contact. So I submitted a request to ask why & they haven’t even bothered to reply
I am gobsmacked by the way this company operates. They don't allow positive reviews to filter in. I promised my estate agent a great review all due to the extraordinary service I received from them while renting a property, but my review hasn't gone through at all after 2 weeks still no review to be seeing. Not trustable
An absolute joke of a company.Would not recommend to anyone. How they are still in business is baffling.
Shocking service, go elsewhere for a review site estate agents! Waiting for over a month for amends to happen...still nothing :( Reps just want to sell and NOT interested in customer service! After saying on a number of occasions I need the basics doing 1st then I can look at spending money. TO then get a follow-up email asking if I'm wanting to upgrade! I emailed to check when it's likely our updates will go live, I get this response "We are not prepared to troll through emails" Let's see if they action my request to close our website page down from their site?

“Can't be trusted”

Our experience of this site is that totally false poor reviews appear for your company closely followed by a sales call from Allagents.co.uk trying to convince you to pay them a monthly fee to try and improve your profile. Very suspect!

“Contact with Allagents is exasperating!”

The site is essence is a good idea although I suspect that agents are creating good, positive reviews for their agencies. Regardless of this, my main issue with Allagents is that you can't speak to anyone. There is a number for the advertising line but they clearly state that they won't discuss anything but advertising. There is no contact email address. You can send a contact form but no one gets back you - I've sent 3 messages thus far about removing branches of our firm that have been sold to another agency. It's infuriating. Tip for consumers:As I said above, the idea is good but probably best just to go on the recommendations of friends and family.

“Not honest”

I wrote a bad review of an estate agency and it never appeared on allagents.co.uk I looked at the estate agency's review page a week later and all the negative reviews had disappeared and had been replaced by 5 star reviews. I read on the internet that estate agents can pay allagents.co.uk to remove bad reviews and for a bit more money get them to write brilliant reviews. This looks like what has happened in my case. In my opinion allagents.co.uk is a con, I would not trust the reviews on it.

“A good customer service”

I want to say that I have had a very pleasant dealings with Richards a staff of Steps Agent in Dagenham. He has been a wonderful person. His customer support has been so great. Step agent in Dagenham overall is doing fine with home sales and renting of properties from feedback from friends also.

“The agent is given the control, not the reviewer!”

I posted a negative review of a letting agent on 'All agents', but he alleged that I had posted it for personal reasons. All Agents allowed him to manipulate the system and took it down. Their service towards me was bad to say the least. I had to chase them for answers and finally they said they didn't want to 'get involved'. This is a ridiculous answer because as a ratings site, they are naturally involved. All they had to do was post the review and all the responses and allow the reader to come to their own conclusion. Now I am unable to warn the public through this site which was set up for that very purpose! I wonder how much the agent is paying them for this amount of control? I do not recommend this site.

“Fake reviews on this website.”

All Agents website consists of many fake reviews to defame and affect the business of many respectable and honest estate agents. Some of the reviews are put on by people who have had no business dealings with a particular company. Also, some positive feedback do not show up because allagents seem to think it's more important to investigate positive reviews from genuine clients rather than investigate negitive reviews by people who are dishonest and put on fake reviews.

“Excellent service throughout”

We used Gascoigne Halman of Holmes Chapel Cheshire. The service provided throughout was totally professional from all members of staff and in particular their Sales Negotiator Sarah Lawrence was outstanding. The staff at all times were not only helpful and polite but also cheerful and extremely responsive to any matters that arose. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this Estate Agent. Tip for consumers:Shop around and choose your Estate Agent wisely as there is as there is such a large disparity between the choices available. Service Value Quality

“False representation best describes AllAgents.co.uk”

False and exaggerated views. If it is holiday related look on TripAdvisor. If it is a company look on TrustPilot. Look up "Mann Countrywide" on all agents and then review them on Trustpilot. That says everything about AllAgents.co.uk

“I have recently made a house purchase in Hayfield using...”

I have recently made a house purchase in Hayfield using the Estate Agents Gascoigne Halman in Whaley Bridge. All three ladies (Cheryl, Lorraine and Sue) dealt with my enquiries promptly and politely liaising effectively between the vendor, solicitors and myself.

“Dubious business practices”

A review company with a 1.5 star rating on trust pilot is hilarious. How ironic! Anyway my experience was that I posted a review of my former estate agency, giving them 2 stars which wasn't particularly controversial, I just shared my experiences saying I found them rude, they didn't give 24hours notice before viewings and the flat wasn't cleaned as promised prior to moving in and it didn't appear on their website. As we were four sharers my flatmates tried posting too, just in case they were censoring comments, each time saying less and less, till finally my last and fourth flat mate just wrote, personally not a great experience. And guess what no review showed up? We then noticed that our old agency only had 5 star reviews! When we looked at other reviews about other agencies we noticed people said far worse things than us and their reviews were allowed. Which then made us think that if an agency pays them money they can control their reviews hence their free, silver and gold package. Surely that is a conflict of interests isn't it, as its not independent and instead works and charges agencies like in our case where we weren't allowed to post anything remotely negative and below 5 stars otherwise it doesn't get posted! I will stick to Google next time!

“DISGUSTING COMPANY”

This company ALL AGENTS write reviews without any contact to the innocent agents who have no idea where the slanderers remarks are coming from. We noticed a review that has no record or justification of the fabricated complaint against us. No one from ALL AGENTS will speak to you and when I called for a copy of there complaints procedure a very rude lady shouted me down. They are the company with no customer relation skills. It seems its time agents unite against this terrible company that will not take responsibility for their bad practises. We are seeking to take serious legal action against them for deformation of character. Honest agents like us will not stand back and take false unjustified comments. ALL AGENTS are the bottom of customer service and should not be allowed to carry on in business with out standing up for there responsabilities. They should take a close look at there staff and company practices. Please add to this review with your comments on bad experiences as watch dog is very interested in our complaints against the company (all agents)

“They are were professional and nice”

They are were professional and nice. You can put full trust in them. They always send me the news on e-mail. Great Website!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices
