This company allows multiple fraudulent vendors on their platform that solicit you via what’s app after contacting them on the Alibaba platform. They take your money claiming they have products they do not. When seeking to file a dispute and have Alibaba intervene they did not help recover the funds nor did they deactivate the vendor from the platform. I highly would not recommend this platform

I ordered a UTV on Alibaba through their supplier. The supplier required I pay cash to their company and promised no additional fees. They even touted their insurance company that would reimburse a buyer, should any unexpected additional fees arise. I started out with a purchase of $1249 and before it was over, all additional fees added up to $21,109. I refused to pay the final unexpected fee, with the product held in another country, where the product should not have been off loaded. Now it is not being delivered and I have paid a total of $11,909! The salesman lied throughout the transaction saying no additional fees would be charged, the shipper looks like a fraud, and I question whether the product was ever shipped at all. I would never use this Alibaba again unless Alibaba makes a full refund, or makes this seller deliver the product. It appears they do not vet their suppliers properly. Don't risk your money!

“I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER”

Last Christmas I order approximately $120.00 of products from Alibaba. They never came. However, my credit card company has continued to bill me for those preoducts even though a wrote them a leeter telling them I never received the products they were asking me to pay for. They have billed me repeatidly, and have negitively infuenced my credit even though they were witten about why I would not pay. I will never pay for anything I didn't receive, and I am NOT legally required to. I don't know what to do to get this situation resolved.

This is about the 4th time I have had issues with even viewing there site for motorcycle parts, I did order a couple items in past but never received items and fought with them for months to get a refund, as there excuse is its the supplier they use. Its BS. Now even if I view an item like last night, somehow charges ended up on our charge card from China. I have never used this card for my purchases but?. Bank Called & card cancelled permanently. Do not view site or make any purchases, some where down the road someone will access your info some how and steal from you. This time it was less than 12 hrs. Do Not do business or even view Alibaba sites

We took its membership in March, 2024 and till date its 8th June, 2024 our portal is not started yet and no training is given by their channel partners they just wanted to take money for yearly subscription and thereafter they are even not answering our phone calls and disconnecting our phone calls.
