Is alessi.com Legit?

I am a big Alessi fan and very fond of my Alessi Christmas decorations in particular. When my husband damaged one of my set of 3 Wise Men I contacted Alessi to see if I could purchase a replacement rather than have to buy a whole new set. Alessi customer service were really kind and helpful and said they would send me a replacement free of charge.

Had some issues getting my warranty honoured for a toaster that died after several months. But after contacting the head office in Italy, everything was sorted out quickly and perfectly. Thank you!

I was having a difficult time finding the right gasket for my trusty Alessi Moka Pot. Looking online was chaotic. So I contacted Alessi in Italy through their Customer Service. They responded very quickly and I received the gasket in my mailbox at home in California. The people at Alessi are wonderful!

The quality of these products are terrible - they are aesthetic but when our crocodile nutcracker broke after a few uses, Alessi refused to refund us and only offered an exchange, we have wasted countless hours trying to deal with them on this. This brand is not to be trusted - our entire family and friends will be boycotting this brand going forward.

Mistakes can happen despite the greatest care given to (post)production but the way Alessi costumer service handled my challenge deserves praise. Alessi sent me an order confirmation for an item for Black Friday and took payment. Then 1 week later they sent an email saying they did not have the item after all and were cancelling my order and refunding my payment (I have still not received a refund). Now they offer the item for twice the price, and expect me to pay it. I am so disappointed, and find this treatment of me as insignificant to be unprofessional in nature. When I asked if my order was still valid, first I was told yes, then I was told no in emails from the same person.

I contacted Alessi to inquire about replacing the plastic bowl piece to a beloved chip and dip server that I have owned and loved for 20+ years (after decades of use, the bowl had become cracked, but was still usable). Antonella responded to my email promptly, requesting photos of the piece in order to better assist me. After receiving my photos, she determined that although the piece had been discontinued, she was able to find a replacement bowl in an alternate color, which she offered to ship to me free of charge. I’m so thankful for her help and look forward to many more years of using this beautiful Alessi piece.

From start to finish, Antonella was incredibly responsive, professional, and patient, even as the process stretched over five months due to my delayed replies and indecision.Throughout our 22-email exchange, Antonella consistently made herself available to guide me, ensuring I could use the full credit given to me and ultimately find the right replacement product. One star off because they don't do repairs, and offer no service points, which is not so great for the planet, but their products are actually very reliable and long lasting. My kettle started leaking slightly after a few years (close to 5), and to compensate for not being able to do the repairs themselves, they offered a discount on a new kettle. Hopefully that one will also last longer.I wish they had service points offering repairs, that's why I took one star off to push them to more environmental responsibility. But at least they produce long lasting designs and the customer service is actual responsive humans. I hope to see them expand and do more collaborations in the future. I own quite a few items and all have stood the test of time. Even the kettle is still functional, though slightly leaking.

I'm a long time (40 years?) purchaser and user of Alessi products, one of them being the wonderful 9092 FM stainless steel pasta pot and strainer, designed by Massimo Morozzi. I have used this piece so much over the years that. first. both the horizontal plastic handles on the straining inset fell off (no big deal) and then, secondly, followed by the plastic knob on the lid (that became stripped).I recently, on a whim, reached out to Alessi USA to see if said lid knob could be ordered to find them super responsive and helpful, both in locating the part and then shipping to me all free of charge. Yes, free of charge.Such amazing speed and quality of service, something not often seen in today's world. Here's to another 30+ years of using my beloved pasta pot and strainer!

I got aa quick employ. The answer was written in a pleasant way. I sent a wrong video the first time, and was explained in a pleasant and informativ way what to do, Got a reply within and before the promised time. The a answers were always respectful even when I made mistakes.

This was a very fast and reliable service. It solved all issues to my most excellent satisfaction. A broken knife was substituted immediately at no cost, and a broken salt mill was substituted by a new and improved one for half the price. Thank you!

I purchased a portable utensils set recently and unfortunately, I misplaced the fork. I searched in Google and also looked on the Alessi site and I couldn't find it. I ended up emailing Alessi Customer service and explained my situation. As soon as they understood what i am looking for, they mailed the fork to me immediately. I was very impressed with their service and I felt that Alessi really care about their customers and their experiences. Thank you!

I can only confirm the praise for Alessi Customer Service, and especially Antonella, on this site. Quick and polite, and she went above and beyond to find and send a new strap for a watch that means a lot to me but is now out of production.

The inside of the base of an aluminum small Alessi espresso coffee maker (Pulchino) oxidized after only two uses. I did not wash it in the dishwasher, use abrasive detergents or leave water in it. I was offered a 50% discount to BUY a new coffee maker instead of being offered a replacement. Alessi is blaming me for “something wrong with the use of it. I expectied better Alessi customer service.

Online customer service by Antonella was prompt and outstanding. She was understanding and congenial and did all she could to help address my problem. Despite her efforts over several weeks, the company was simply unable to find a replacement for a too-long watch strap.
