I bought from Germany. Through WhatsApp the team helped me with all my questions. After 5 days everything was FedEx ed to me. Even on the aftersale Alcott created a perfect experience and support. Wherever I go on the globe the clothes are with me and a also perfect gift. The Polo shirts survived 4 years heavy usage. :-)

My husband and I were traveling around Italy and found a jacket in one of the Alcott’s stores in Naples. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a suitable size there. My husband liked the jacket very much, but it wasn’t available on the website to order it online. Thus we started searching for it in stores of the cities we were visiting, but no luck. My last hope was to contact Alcott via WhatsApp and it gave great result! Martina not only found the store where the proper size was available, but also organized a home delivery to our country because the store was 7 hours journey away from us and it was our last day of vacation in Italy. As for now we have already received the package and my husband is on cloud nine about it! I would like to give thanks to Martina once again! She was my hero that day!

Shocking service from Napoli Alcott store on Sat 17th Aug 24. I tried to return two items ( a shirt and denim shoets ) to be told no refund possible to our account or exchange for somethingelse in store. I asked if the same item could be swopped for larger versions, to be told none in stock. I then asked for a refund back as nothing else in store was wanted for exchange to be told rather rudely no refund. No apology, no suggestion to make good and certainly no refund. I still have original goods and receipt. I would not recommend Alcott owing to this shocking unprofessional service in Napoli. The store is not far from the Cruise ships and many one off customers, so be advised folks! Alcott, you need to train your staff / management at Via Toledo branch as their service contradicts your Alcott online policy on returns. For information also, this was a purchase from Rome store and attempted return at Napoli Alcott, Via Toledo around 1pm Saturday 17th August 2024.

Totally is a good brand due to the price ,

Such a bad store, I ordered on sale deals but never received all items, they send you partial orders and they excuse that due to high number of orders we cant send you all items even though all those articles are still available to buy online but on actual price. Pathetic service, low quality, never gonna buy from them again.

Yesterday I received my first order from Alcott and the results were mixed. I enjoy two of the four items which fit perfectly and are of good quality, the other two are unfortunately not the size depicted on the website. I ordered on the EU website, yet I received the Italian size instead of the EU size, which was not noted anywhere. Now I would like to return the two items, but I can't escape the endless loop of clicking on the refund button logging in and the disappearance of the refund button. Can anyone help me?

Worst company ever, don't buy online, if customer service is bad in shops, custume service online is the worst ever,I bought online, never arrive my order, I asked them and no answers, unbelievable.
