Disastruous! I received a tablet Plus 10 running Windows 10 Home 32 bits and because its memory was already used 100% by previous person I could not reset it to original state or even to use it. So I reinstalled Windows 10 from scratch and now I am looking all the internet to find a suitable driver since camera not working (it says there is not any camera!), the SIM connection is inexistent etc etc. I contacted them and they sent me the link from their site I already knew where the so-called drivers for this model are incompatible or cannot be downloaded since they are not in .exe file format! And I tried via Device Manager to add Legacy Hardware but the massage there tells me there is not any driver in the folder I wanted to download! And it seems they are not interested in this problem since how they wrote me: the tab is already 5 years old and no support anymore! I expected more seriousness from this old and as I knew big company! I bought a mobile phone from them already in end of 1990-s but I will not buy something again from them in the future!

I have .. very briefly had two alcatel phones .. both returned very swiftly.They are absolute junk .. poorly made, do not work properly ..and the feeble apology for instructions .. a tiny inadequate leaflet in 3pt. grey type (grey! .. what is wrong with clear black?instructed or online .. nothing on text input caps to l/c or numericals .. loads of necessary information just not available.French/Chinese junk .. avoid it like the plague.

Bought an Alcatel flip phone. within hours came to write texts and it auto changed itself from letters to unreadable words (I don't use T9 so not the problem) and I had to keep resetting it. my partner got me a more up-to-date model and again it auto-changed words for numbers again I was constantly having to reset it. my adivce. don't waste your money on Alcatel rubbish take heed of what others say.

Alcatel 1T7 is a nightmare it switches itself off and on after 30 minutes, while you are busy. You can control its on and offs whenever it decides it does so.

Absolutely ridiculous whoever made these pathetic excuses of phone ls should be ashamed of themselves as soon as you open another tab on Google the first one dissapears I was trying to pay for online shopping and had to approve it through the bank website so I minimised the online shopping website and after I approved payment went back and the trolley had emptied. Absolutely useless phones don't waste your money I threw my Alcatel off a wall in frustration they will cost you your sanity aswell as money I cannot stress it enough AVOID AVOID AVIOD.
