Needed help from the drop-off point at LGW with 2 heavy suitcases to the BA check-in desk.With no shame they quoted £410 (Public price) or special 'discount' price of £337.50Unbelievable rip-offUpdate for response from Airssist:My apologies for getting the information wrong, I had not read your small print:The charges I mentioned above increase by 50% if a weekend service is required, so just £504 for the 'discounted price'.Also this fee only covers 1 person with a maximum of 2 cases. So, if you are an old couple with anything from 1 to 4 cases, the charge is then over £1,000.Therefore double rip-off. Sometimes, Airssist, it is better to leave reviews alone, rather than trying to bat them away with mitigation and denial, you only make things worse for yourselves. Want to double down? This was the 2nd time I have used Air Assist and it is a must for starting your trip in a welcoming easy way!After a total of 32 hours of travel seeing Air Assist driver with my name on the sign once I got off the plane was wonderful. He carried my luggage, guided me through the process of getting my Visa On Arrival, helped me fill out customs form on my phone so I could pass through easy and after immigration he had contacted my driver and walked me to their car.It was SO EASY!

My wife and her sister had an amazing experience and could mange to complete all formalities seamlessly and quick . Without the service from Airssist they would have been completely lost and tired being Senior Citizens. I would be their client for future trip of our family and company .

Airssisit is a 3rd party booker, as they put it "just like booking.com". They charge much more then the local providers they use & do not hold any responsibility for the actions of the providers they use nor do they offer any kind of support or protection for their customers.I had a horrible experience with a greeter provided by Airssist in Istanbul & Assist provided no help at all. I would not recommend this service, book direct & save yourself a headache & money.

An airssist employee loaded my bag on to an airport cart & while she drove the cart my brand new Louis Vuitton bag fell off and became damaged with large scratches all over. I contacted airssist immediately & they responded by saying “ we cannot assist you further in your case of damaged item”Airsisst does not care about you or your item. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Availed the service for my Mother In law at the Chennai International Airport. The service was confirmed but never provided on arrival. My aged MIL had to wait for long and had to handle her luggage by herself with fellow passengers help. An Irresponsible reply with a simple sorry, the greeter was busy, was provided upon following up by myself. Can’t really understand how the greeter cold be busy from providing a confirmed, pre-paid service. Though provided with the contact details of the passenger, she was never contacted. Neither was I contacted, leaving us in a lot of mental stress and frustration leaving an aged person without help in an airport.

Hello, I use assist for my wife every time she flies .I know that she is well looked after from the time we enter departure they meet us I leave my wife with the wonderful staff they see her throughout all the system and wait until she boards her flight. They can not do enough for you the care they give to my wife makes flying so much better. I can say to anyone if you stress about flying these are the best well worth the payment.

Made a Meet and Greet booking for my airport journey at DXB. I had made a last minute booking. The booking process was easy and quick, with detailed information of the what the service will include.The Greeter at the airport was courteous and friendly, helped me with the airport formalities. I had booked the porter service as an add on, which tuned out to be really helpful, as I was travelling with a lot of luggage.Highly recommend AIRSSIST, will surely book the service for my future travels.

Simple approach and very friendly staff.I needed to have a fast track on my arrival as this time is very busy in the airport(July is the middle of vacation and I live in resort ) and I had kind of limited time. So airssist organized everything fast and efficient. Literally in 24 hrs. And for adequate price.They also work for individual needs and they are very flexible.I will definitely use their services in future, especially I recommend them for transits when connection time is critical.

I recently booked this service for my mother who was travelling to Australia from Dublin via Abu Dhabi. I found Airssist to be extremely prompt in answering any queries and I had a lot as it’s my first time booking this type of service so I did not know what to expect. I would recommend that Airssist make it clearer for departure services when service commences and how to pre arrange meeting times. My mother was very happy with the service and it really eased her nerves about flying on her own. Once in Abu Dhabi she was met straight off the plane and helped all the way to the boarding gate. She said she felt like a VIP! Will definitely use again thank you.
