Is airsoftmegastore.com Legit?

After 3 weeks of waiting for my order, I email them asking where it is and they tell me the payment never went through even though they took the money off my card. Literally scammed me and now they won't reply to my emails.

Sold me 3 Enola Gay smoke grenades that where 3yrs. out of date & when I reach out crickets for 4 days until I correspond for a 2nd time which they respond to the positive part of my message ONLY! No where in the description did it say that these items be where out of date and certainly not 3yrs. out of date. I would Love to post screenshots, but do not see a place to do so.

Bought $300 worth of airsoft equipment from them. Package had a mysterious return to sender request 5 days after it shipped and caused ti to be delayed even more. After the package got here the magszine on the co2 1911 i ordered had a factory defect. Called customer service who said they will ship a new one. 12 days later, no magazine, no confirmation email, no shipping or tracking information, contacted their customer service again, no response.

Took a full week to make a shipping label for an order that was "in stock". Non existent customer service. Contact via email was never answered and when you call you will spend a lifetime on hold listening to (I'm assuming the owner) make stupid jokes about their crappy customer service. Given all the other bad reviews here I have little faith that my order will show up to my house intact, if at all at this point.

I ordered from them on the 1st of this month, they took the money out on the 3rd and now its the 10th and i still haven't heard a thing about my $250 order. The customer service doesnt seem to respond or care about their customers and on top of that, IF and when you get your order (only happened 1/3 orders) the item you get, it wasnt put together right and parts are loose enough to snap off unless you manually tighten everything. HOW THE HELL IS THIS PLACE STILL RUNNING.

No reason to expedite shipping because it will still take 4 or 5 days to process your order. Oh and customer service is a joke. It sounds like it one girl answering the phone after waiting 20 min just to speak to someone always managesbto hang up on you. Don't bother emailing they will not reply. For awhile I thought I got robbed by a fake conpany but 2 weeks later after paying expedite shipping I got my gun

As others have said - ZERO customer service. I ordered a pistol from them, but it came with no instruction manual. ZERO response to multiple emails to their “customer service”. Thanks to independent posters on YouTube i was able to figure out what I needed to know. Do NOT recommend purchasing from these guys!!

DON'T BUY HERE. The gun arrived pretty soon. It broke on its first use. We contacted them for the required return information, and sent the gun in for repair. We were given another order number, and have heard nothing for MONTHS. I've tried e-mail, and gotten no reply. I tried calling, and they don't even answer the phone. We have now contacted our credit company to dispute the original charge, and it appears we'll actually get our $140 back. I've never seen ratings so low on any business and want to make sure as few people are hurt by this business's BAD behavior. My son has learned an important lesson - don't buy anything significant from web sites you don't know. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I’ve made 4 orders in total and received my orders in 2 days on each order. I had an issue with ordering on my iPhone but called and got it fixed straight away. My orders were correct every time and I received an extra gift (Knee pads, Pistol, Extra ammo, bracelet).I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. I definitely recommend.

The first place I bought a gun from gave me a horrid product that was similar to a child's toy. Stumbled upon Airsoft Megastore and haven't used any other retailer since. AMS gives quality products and has excellent customer support. I've never had any issues with them, whether it be the product itself or shipping. Highly recommend.

Tried calling to setup a order. Called multiple times never was answered!so i called airsoftgi.com. Got connected right away placed on a brief hold and then it was a breeze they helped me threw every question or concern i had! definitely wouldn't advise dealing with airsoft megastore if they cant pickup a phone to help customers..btw they lost out on a $700 order from me due to lack of customer care/support! Seems they take more time to make a YouTube video then running the actual online business... hope this review can help anyone looking to avoid a not so good online store!

ordered a mystery box and the description said customers could choose the gun model but I was never given the option to choose. contacted customer service multiple times and no response. Order said it was shipped with no tracking number!! So i'm basically gonna get something I didn't order if i even get anything!!!!! will never buy from here again

Ordered from them for some Black Friday deals. Placed order, and several hours later it was cancelled. I called to ask why and I got no answer, just excuses as to why it might have happened. Also in the past few months I've had orders shipped to the wrong address, and was contacted by the person receiving my order, not the Megastore. When I contacted the Megastore, they were completely oblivious to the issue, and offered no solution other than having me ask the receiver to mail me my order.

Super disappointed with this merchant and I have to echo the many customers who got poor or zero customer support.It's a month after my Christmas purchase for my son and I have no response from Megastore. Tried contacting them by phone, email, and their chat system. No one answers. I have zero recourse to fix the issue with the airgun we purchased and it will only cost me additional money to return it.Just not a good company and they definitely do not live up to their claims of providing customer service.

Stay away from the company. Last time I purchased from airsoft megastore was 8 years ago. The product I received did not work upon opening and I sent an email to solve the problem. The representative took 10 days to read my email and then sent a broken replacement part that they believed would work. Clearly, the part did not work and ended up contacting again. The representative waited until the day after the returns expired(21 days) and told me that I am out of luck. This company is unprofessional and unreliable selling broken airsoft gun and not backing customers on their purchases. I recommend stay away from them.

Would be zero stars if that were an option. I ordered some gifts for my nephews birthday a week and half before his party. After 1 week of the order saying it shipped and not getting a tracking number I called and the rep said the gun was out of stock. Airsoft megastore took no responsibility for the delay and had no intention of correcting the situation. They refused expedited shipping and honoring their prie match guarentee on a similar product. Overall terrible customer service. There are plenty of other online airsoft retailers out there and I will take all future business elsewhere. I would not be surprised if the positive reviews were from employees based on my experience.

Purchased a AR styled rifle for a Christmas present for our grandson beginning of 12/15. He opened Christmas day it fired 3 rounds & quit. After making numerous phone calls I finally spoke with a young lady. She promptly informed me I would receive return information within a few hours. 3 days later the email arrived. The short version, today's date is 03/25/16 the replacement is to ship 03/29/16. If you don't mind 40-60 minute wait times on hold & no response to emails other than automated ones then this is the company to buy from. However, I feel 3 months is a long time for our grandson to wait for his Christmas present!!!!!!!!! Oh, the on-hold message must have been written by a 14 year, it certainly was not written by a responsible adult. Sorry for insulting 14 yr olds.

I have done business with Airsoftmegastore roughly once or twice each year for five years. I have been mostly satisfied with the products and the pricing, but I don't know if the company sold or what happened, but Customer Service is now nonexistent. If you buy it and they don't ship it, you can't do anything but dispute it with your credit card company, and that is always a lumpy process. Airsoft does not answer their phone and they have ignored my Customer Service emails. They gave me a tracking number that the Postal Service says is nonsense. I could not be more furious with these people for ruining my son's most important birthday presents. I paid for expedited shipping. What a joke. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

Was going to buy 3 products from this website, Only to find out my order had been cancelled the day after for no apparent reason. I called them up asking if I can Resubmit the order or atleast get my money back. They told me that the servers had glitched so orders got cancelled and that I couldnt resubmit the order and that I have to call my credit card company to have the payment cleared. Now I have to wait 7 days to get my money back.

I've been purchasing guns and gear from air-soft megastore for more than 2 years, and they're just getting better and better. They are responsive to my inquiries (usually gun questions) and ship FAST. And the pricing is unbelievable, I know now why they have that 125% low price guarantee, it's because they really DO have the lowestprices on most of their stuff.
