Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 71.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to airportappliance.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning airportappliance.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between airportappliance.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of airportappliance.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of airportappliance.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. airportappliance.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether airportappliance.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether airportappliance.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, airportappliance.com.

Want to feel gaslighted and ignored? Submit an inquiry via the Airport Home Appliance contact form. You will never hear back, and the chat function only works during business hours. No one will ever get back to you. I am avoiding them now -- if I purchase and have an issue, I need to be able to reach somebody!
We needed a refrigerator rather quickly and our first choice was not available without a 2 month wait. I wasn’t sure about 2 freezer drawers on this LG, but this model met all of our other requirements and we really like it now. Generous storage space for our needs, especially in fridge doors. Delivery and installation went extremely well, and after a couple of weeks, we’re very satisfied with our purchase.
Emergency appliance shopping was not something I was looking forward to. I was greeted by John Eaton as I walked in and John's easy demeanor and extensive knowledge made my decision making a snap. I never once felt pressured and knew he was looking out for my best interest. While I won't say it was a fun day, thanks to John it was enjoyable. I am thrilled with what I bought and if the delivery/install goes as smoothly as the purchase I will never shop anywhere else for appliances. Also good to mention that COVID-wise I felt completely safe: available hand sanitizer, social distancing, masks, plastic counter shields.
Delivery team brought the upright washer/dryer unit into our home as one unit. When the lifted the unit up the three stairs into our entryway, they lifted it straight into the ceiling, marking it, chipping it, and knocked into our chandelier. What they should’ve done? There were only two bolts securing the dryer to the washer. They should’ve brought in each one, washer first, then the dryer, and reattached in place. Now I need to retest Ute the ceiling and repaint. (Sure, I expected the door trim might be dinged, but not the ceiling). Expectations unmet.
Just successfully bought a new washer & dryer, all virtually. Had specs sent, info emailed back & forth, a few phone calls, the delivery & installation was done. Still need to find out about the rebate, but other than that, it was a very good transaction. The Electrolux models have been great! Thanks.
Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. They match the lowest price and honor price reductions within 30 days. We experienced it without any hassle. Also, installation service is top notch from knowledgeable technicians. These guys are pros.
Do Not Buy An Appliance (dishwasher in our case) from this place..They will first try to sell you the pricier option. Next once the contract is signed and payment exchanged for delivery. You wont hear from them even when the appliance is delivered to their site. Once you reach out and find out the appliance is now ready to be delivered to your home and installed, their scheduling team will be unavailable to setup an appointment. You will pretty much have paid for an appliance atleast 1 month in advance. Better off buying anywhere else but here.
I spoke to Amber. She was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. She took my order over the phone, and she got me a free extended warranty because my husband is a retired AF disabled veteran. She checked availability and I received my Frigedare Frost Free Freezer in 5 days and no delivery fee. I love my freezer. It has all the space I need and the brushed S/S finish is perfect.
I had the first early appointment refrigerator dropped off in my area. They were early, on-time, clean, safe, wore masks, super easy hauled-away, and quick installation. Less than the 2-4 weeks lead time delivery! So overall 5/5 for service, delivery, and professionalism! It was super quick and fast!!! I was super impressed!
I ordered a washer and dryer pair through Airport Home Appliance but soon after, was notified my initial selection was back ordered due to production delays. While that was disappointing, Ken, the sales rep, quickly assisted me in finding an alternative as I couldn’t wait that long. He provided a great suggestion that I intimately went with. He was courteous and efficient, and got the order placed and delivery scheduled quickly. The delivery team notified me the day prior to the delivery date, also called ten minutes prior tomake sure I was home. When they arrived, they were friendly, installed my new washer and dryer, and tested it before they left.My overall experience was seamless and easy!
the overall transactions (in the store ) was okay. the item that i purchased refrigerator was out of stocked so i waited for about two weeks. the thing was the people who delivered it. this person was one probably the rudest person he trampled several of my plants on the walkaway. keep on mumbling "profanities " in spanish. overall experienced is not smooth.
Was glad to have used Airport Home Appliance. We were able to purchase out GE refrigerator over the phone. The delivery was very efficient and they all use masks and precautions. I was kept informed on delivery time and they arrived at the time they said. I will go back for any future appliance needs.
We needed to replace our refrigerator so we checked around the web and it seemed that only Airport Appliance offered delivery to our address. They also had the best price for the unit we decided on. Home Depot came close, but their website said no delivery available. I had neither the appropriate vehicle nor the desire to haul a refrigerator up a flight of stairs and dispose of the old one. Airport Appliance did everything for us. The salespeople were excellent. They followed up at all stages of the sale. The delivery people were on time and called ahead to let us know they were on the way. If you ever need an appliance, be sure to check Airport Appliance first. Thank you!
Poor attitude of delivery/install team. They were dismissive of our concerns; just seemed to want to finish as quickly as possible. Scratched a washer in the process (subsequently replaced). We got one follow-up voice message from a service manager, but our attempts to reach him or any other responsible manager afterward failed. This poor experience has impacted our view of Airport Home Appliance to the point that we'd rather purchase elsewhere in the future.
Samsung had a significant issue with delayed delivery. We went back to the store to see what else was available. We left with a returned delivery of an LG which was delivered two days later, before our move. We were thrilled. Don was an excellent help!
Needed a new dryer ASAP but when I called a few stores I was told it will be delivered 3 weeks to a month...... surprised and disappointed! I've seen ads from Airport Home Appliance in the past and I said why don't I try calling them. First time experience and I was very satisfied. From the person I spoke from the store, the product I needed, the time it was delivered and installed it only took a few days to have. Not to forget the courtesy and friendliness with the whole purchasing and delivery experience was wonderful. If needed, I will definitely call Airport Home Appliance for future purchases. Thank you!
We waited weeks for a Miele dishwasher and after purchasing on line confirmed a Miele factory technician would install the appliance. When it did arrive almost 5 weeks later only the company’s installers arrived. They did not know what they were doing and spilled water all over the floor from the old dishwasher. We’ve bought 3 refrigerators and 2 sets of washer - dryers from AHA and this is the last purchase. If you want Miele installation confirm in advance as you will get from Miele a free second year of warranty.
Derrick Nguyen and the delivery team were terrific! While other places in the area couldn't deliver for a month, we got a washer and dryer for a lower price within a few days. I'll definitely use them in the future.
I purchased a kitchen set from another company and due to several manufacturer back orders there was no date in sight of when I would receive my items. For this reason I decided to shop with Airport Appliance in Emeryville, CA. I explained my situation to the staff and Cinthya was very understanding and helped me pick out in stock items. She even helped me get the items shipped to my house within two days, which was when I was expecting my shipment from the other company. The appliances look great and I am truly appreciative of Cinthya's help and positivity especially while working during these uncertain times. Thank you!!!
We love our new refrigerator. The team that delivered did a great job removing our old one and putting in the new one. I would love to give 5 stars but I took one away. When we bought our refrigerator we told the saleswoman that we were going to have a plumber come in and run a line for the ice maker for our new refrigerator. The plumber ran plastic line and the delivery team said they couldn't connect it because we didn't have copper tubing. If we had been told that we needed copper tubing run, we would have done that. We ended up calling a plumber to come the next day to connect it.

“Buyer Beware”
I have reduced this as much as possible and do hope that I am able to get my point across without including every grueling detail. BEWARE, they will lie to get you to buy then deny it. My stove quit 12/20/20 they were the only people who had items in stock and able to deliver right away. I should have waited and just ordered Christmas dinner. I found a stove with a griddle, but I needed a grate (as a 5th burner and because of arthritis, the griddle was too heavy) Adrian, the sales person said it was $50 to get a grate. I told him then I wouldn't $1300 for a stove and have to buy it. He left, returned and said he checked and it would come with it. So, of course I bought it, an extended warranty, and parts for the install. Paid in full. Delivery was on (12/22/20) NO GRATE, they would not install it because the part they brought and our gas line were not compatible. So they took the old one, didn't install the new one and off they went. That day@ 4:15 I called talked to Natalia, explained everything, she was going to be off a few days but would pass the info on someone would call me. NO CALL, so 12/27/20 I called, talked to Natalia again, "do you want to return the stove?" NO, I want the grate or a refund for it and a refund for what I paid for the install that was not done. She will talk to her manager and he would call me. NO CALL. 12/28/20 she called said they are going to order the grate it would be 4-6 weeks and I have to pick it up, they would issue a credit to my card for the install. 2/26/21 I called Natalia to check on the status, she asked for my original order number, put me on hold and some guy picked up no hello, didn't identify himself and says I have a balance due her for a little over $50. What? Turns out his name is Brad (salesman) rude, and told me I owe them the $50. I explained all details and he said Natalia had no authority to agree to anything. I told him what I was promised, he "did you get that in writing?" offered to split the cost, told me he was sacrificing his time and that he was sure I misunderstood what Adrian in as much indicating that I was being untruthful. From that point our call went downhill. He persisted with his rude unprofessional dialogue. He said his manager will call and have my witnesses ready. The end, NO CALL BACK again. Lies, unethical, dishonest, it seems a prerequisite for working there is to have no morals, the willingness to lie and cheat customers. I should have researched complaints before I bought not after but I had to cook Christmas dinner. Bah Humbug! Tip for consumers:I checked reviews "after" I started having trouble with them. I was amazed at the negative experiences people have had. I don't understand how people like this stay in business. My tip is check before buying

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet.
