Is aireclaim.com Legit?

absolute rubbish.They did not help me get a full refund from the air company, although I had paid a fee when initially buying the tickets which was supposed to guarantee me a full refund no matter what, so it should have been an easy case. Then they harassed me with e-mails asking me to transfer them money through a fishy service I had never used.I had barely recovered 30% of the money I had spent, so I was still losing, but the amount they were asking me to tranfer was higher than what I had recovered.So for "assisting" me to recover less than 30% of the amount, I was supposed to pay more than what I recovered.

SCAM!! they are doing nothing useful but they ask you for updates and ask you to pay the percentage of refund even if you did not get the refund from their channel, they will threaten and chasing you to pay otherwise taking legal actions you can ignore them simply and threaten them to sue them as they are doing a fake or a scam work

Like thousands of travellers, my flights were cancelled during Covid and, as I could not get the airline to refund me, I asked Aireclaim to take up the case. Aireclaim's communication has been appalling, I never received any updates from them unless I chased. After more than 2 years waiting, I chased again and they told me the airline (Aeromexico) "does not respond to our inquiries and therefore we are unable to proceed further with your case."

After almost 2 years I received today my compensation for a Swiss flight.The 25% (that now increased to 30%) was correct but never I was informed about the VAT nor the 25€+VAT (again) handling fee.Not very transparent..Would recommend to read all the fine print

Last year I had booked a flight via 3rd party website i.e Opodo. As there was a change of date for my flight, I had to cancel my ticket and switch to another airline. When I cancelled my flight, I was told I would be refunded soon. The refund process turned from days to weeks to months and now to a year. In the middle of this refund process (almost 6 months past), I had read terrible review of Opodo of how it takes so much time to get refunded and even sometimes don't get refunded at all. I then decided to look for organisations and legal companies that can pressure them to return my refund. I found airclaim and decided to use their services. It took them about a bit (7-8 months) to pressurize them enough to get my refund back. I'm glad that I used their services and recommend everyone else to do so too.

High commission but flawless service. I contacted them 1 year ago and they confirmed they would bring my case to court, after 6 months of not hearing back from them all my hope was gone. However, they did get back to me in the end and within a week my money was transfered to my account.

We had booked round trip tickets for May 2020 on Laudamotion which is owned by Rynair. Flights were cancelled, rejected offer of a voucher and kept waiting for a cash refund from Ryanair. Impossible to communicate and Laudamotion went into liquidation. Don't mind at all parting with 30% commission to get a full refund five days after submitting the paperwork to Aireclaim. Good work! Now if they will only get me my money back from WOW AIR :)

Very helpful guys. Considering how complex getting compensation in this turbulent times might be, it took quite a lot of communication and I just want to thank them for their efforts. Thanks to Aireclaim, we could be refunded by OPODO. Without Aireclaim, OPODO would never refund us. We have insisted many times for our tickets refund related to our roundtrip flight Paris-Vienna but in vain. We do recommand Aireclaim for any travel refund. The staff is efficient, kind and reactive! We surely get back to Aireclaim in the future if we will encounter travel issues again!

After zero results of phoning and e-mailing dozens of times to try and re-claim lost flight ticket money I had all but given up ever getting anything back. As a last resort I though I might try a company that specialises in that sort of thing but with very little hope of success. Aireclaim however we're very professional in their approach and I had to do very little and they recovered the full amount. Obviously there is a charge which I was happy to pay and would recommend there service to anyone that needs help.

We are very thankful for airclaim job. It took long time to get back money from Lufthansa, but finally they got. We bought 2 business class tickets from Madrid to Riga. The government of Latvia closed airport in Riga. Reason covid pandemic. We canceled tickets, but Lufthansa refund just 140 euro, because of their policy. Airclaim did perfect job and got rest of all amount.

Job well done.After a few months Aireclaim managed to get the refund for our flights. We were supposed to travel in May 2020 however the airline defaulted in giving us our money back, not even acknowledging our claim.Through internet i contacted this company and they started the process to try and our money back.They did so obviously against a fee, but we managed to get something out of nothing.

Having wrestled with Wizz Air and their deliberate pack of half-truths, obfuscations and palm-offs for over a year, we gave the matter to Airreclaim. At the time, we had all but given up but because there was a significant amount at stake, we didn´t really want to bow to the Wizz tactics. Nevertheless, Airreclaim collected in a short while our whole refund. They were professional and easy to deal with. We would recommend them to anyone unethical airlines like Wizz Air try to rip off

My flight was cancelled due to Covid-19 outbreak that suppose to take place in May 2020. As the ticket was bought through travel agency, it made difficult claiming refund. Definitely would recommend Aireclaim. Although it took a year to claim the money back for the flight tickets, they did a fantastic job eventually and we received full refund in this difficult covid time. Hopefully we won’t need to claim any airline again, but if we do we will definitely ask Aireclaim again. Thank you 🙏

My flight were cancelled due to technical problems and the company suggest me to fly home at the next day at 17:45,not the best solution as I were with a 4y.o boy in different city,I would to say thanks to air claim as they helped me to fill documents and the checked everything so I could receive compensation
